I enlisted Lawrence to source me a new second-hand car. The process could not have been more stress-free. Lawrence is clearly an extremely experienced and passionate car consultant. He undertook every part of the process on my behalf diligently, including a visit to inspect the car, and kept my objectives in mind while also imparting his own expertise and knowledge to help me with decision-making along the way. I've just completed the purchase of a new car for with support from Lawrence - and his support has been fantastic from beginning to end. It started with talking through a range of alternative makes/models, and once I'd made a decision, guiding me through every step of the way. As a first time buyer of a brand new car, I really appreciated having someone to help me work a way through decisions about the best configuration, as well as provide helpful advice on financing options. Lawrence was absolutely committed to overseeing every step of the journey, including being present when the car was delivered and inspecting the vehicle to give me confidence that everything was in order. Lawrence was also incredibly supportive in helping me sell my own car, so avoiding me having to spend any time or energy on negotiating with used car dealers or online car buying services. He came and looked the car over, and within the space of a single afternoon he'd found a trader willing to offer a good price and helped complete the deal without complication. Buying a new car is probably a complicated process at the best of times, and doing it in 2021 has thrown up some particular challenges, such as not being able to test drive or even view the car in real life, but with Lawrence's expert guidance it was a remarkably stress-free process. This is the second car I have bought using Lawrence's help (the first was in 2017), so I was already confident that his services were excellent value for money. After my second experience, I am absolutely certain of the fact that there is no better way to buy or sell a car. I love my new car, but when the time does come for me to move on to something else, Lawrence will be the first person I call!
