Collected my BMW 3 Series from Leicester Autos yesterday and I have been extremely impressed with their service throughout. Steve and Tom seem like genuine honest people with no pressure sales. There was a minor mark on the rear bumper which I asked them to repair before collection which they arranged and it looks fantastic. They gave me a good price for my part exchange and made the process as hassle free as possible. It is refreshing to deal with such a professional company. Would definitely recommend.

WOW what an amazing experience buying a car. Steve was so helpful all the way through. I bought the car without viewing it. Put a deposit on. He had the car mot and serviced. We came up from Dorset so over 300 miles away. We were very late but Steve waited for us no problem. The car is amazing, everything he said it was. What I liked most was that he honoured the fact that I wanted to buy the car even before I put the deposit on. Even when someone phoned up the same day saying they would buy it there and then. Went to see a CLA 45 ///AMG at Leicestershire Auto's. Steve was very friendly and had a no nonsense straight to the point approach. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and whole process. He allowed us to test drive it and answer any questions about the car. As it was late in the day on a Saturday, Steve sorted out all the paper work and advised us very well in terms of sorting out the insurance. All the paperwork and receipts were meticulously kept and explained and given for scrutiny. Furthermore, his boys ensured that all the stuff from my A7 was transferred across to the new car. Upon getting home, I realised that I left approximately £10 worth of change in the A7 that I part exchanged. Steve counted the change and wired it across to me. A fantastic service, and now the proud owner of a CLA 45 ///AMG. I thoroughly recommend Steve and Leicestershire Autos Ltd. This is what customer service is about and honest salesmanship.

Well, in more than 40 years of buying over 20 cars I have never experienced such a stress-free and unpressured sales experience. Steve was extremely helpful when I initially contacted him about the car and put up with the fortnight wait as I put one of my cars into storage to make room before I could travel to see the car. Picking up the car was equally pleasurable and Tom, Gary and Josh made me not only very welcome but sensed exactly when to be attentive and when to let me get on with checking the car. I spent over an hour crawling over the car checking various things and taking it for a test drive and it met and exceeded not only Steve and the adverts details but my hopes as well. Not quite sure how Steve manages to source his cars but I’d like to know as he’s got some cracking vehicles there. In summary, what a nice company to deal with. Thanks Steve and the team!

Genuine and decent car dealer I have bought over 50 cars spanning 40 years and can honestly say Steven Joy and ths team have really exceeded my expectations .I searched everywhere for VW Beetle the same colour an spec as the one that unfortunately had just been written off and Leicerter Autos had it. From the first time speaking to Steve I realised it was a genuine dealer not a con mercant.The car was MOT,d the following day and brought to me 2 days later. I bought the car without seeing it as I am based in Devon. Steve took a video for me, and arranged for the car to be delivered. Unfortunately, it arrived with a scratch (not Steve's fault!); he had it taken back to Leicester, and had a fantastic spray job done on the door. He also redid the alloys and put new 'go fast' stickers on the bonnet. The car was delivered again and it was beautiful. He also brought me some flowers!! I would definitely buy from Steve again. He just wants his customers to be happy.

Last June I saw an E350 Mercedes for sale here. It was a long way to travel, (I live in Tenby S.W Wales), but after a number of phone calls I went to see the car. I was not disapointed, the car was exactly as described and prepared to a very high standard, spotlessly clean inside and out. The car came with a six month warranty. I've used this once, to have a software update done. I paid my local Mercedes dealer to do the work and Steve reimbursed the money with no problem or dispute involved. I have no problem recommending Steve and Mathew for a quality used car, at fair price. No high pressure salesmen, just a relaxed helpful attitude. Cheers guys. Ten out of ten.

Bought a Mazda 6 sport from Leicester autos. I can honestly say they are the best garage we have ever used. Car in fantastic condition, sales team are not pushy at all . Test drive the car as long as you want. We informed them of a few niggles upon test drive and they had all this rectified as we went for lunch. The after sales is spot on. Had an issue with door mirrors not working and since we live 120 miles away we booked it into local garage and Leicester sorted it all with them. Our next car WILL be bought from Leicester Autos. I recently bought a Honda CR-V from here after test driving quite a few others. This was by far the best one and from by far the best dealer - not at all pushy like every other one I visited. The engine management light came on a few days after purchase which turned out to be just a loose air intake and nothing they could have noticed. Leicester Autos immmediately bought me another car to use and got mine to the local Honda dealer. The Honda garage even commented on how great the mechanical condition of the car is throughout when I collected it. Leicester Autos could not have reacted any better and I wouldn't expect many other dealers to react in the same way. So much so, when my wife needs a new car I'll definitely check their stock and hope to buy from here again.
