5 stars! This is my second purchase from the guys at Manor Wood cars and just like the first purchase I cant fault them! What is normally a stressful and daunting task of making sure you don't get fobbed off with second hand cars , these guys take the stress out of that. Purchased my Car , they had it delivered to me as I was struggling to collect it , after a few weeks minor issues as expected with used cars , got back in touch with kano/Kull from that point on they went above and beyond and fixed the issues I was having regardless of how much it would cost them to get fixed , absolutely fantastic! Recently bought a scirocco from these guys, was helpful from the start, gave me all the details before traveling up to Leicester, sadly had a issue, tried going through the warranty, but as normal warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Two weeks ago after having my car smashed up by a drunk driver and being a key worker I made a 350 mile around trip to go and get a car I had seen online. Top quality from start to finish. Showed me the car I was interested in. Was reasonable on a little negotiation. When I got home realised locking nut key is missing. Told me where I could get them cut off - also said if o can source new nuts they would make a contribution. Once all sorted gave us full cost of nuts and removal. Car dealers have a reputation of being nice to you while your buying and dont want to know you when you have purchased and out the door. This is not the case with Manor Wood. Mechanical issues are a fact of life and its when you get them on a used car that the dealer shows their true colours. I bought an Audi A5 from Kay, I had close to 400mile round trip so you have to put your trust in people that their cars are as described and they didnt dissapoint, I let them know what time I was arriving and everything was ready. The car was superb, fresh service, valet in and out in 10 minutes. When I got home a couple of minor issues had arisen, radio reception and headlight bulbs not really Manorwoods fault, but they had text to check everything was ok so I let Kay know, got him a quote and cash was transferred back into my account by return. For a forthcoming trip to Africa I attended Manor Wood Cars to purchase an old Honda CRV. The car had been a part exchange, so they were only looking for a reasonable amount. We agreed on a figure on the basis that the stereo was working when I picked it up. When I collected the stereo had been changed to a more modern unit, which was excellent seeing as we had a very long journey. I got the car checked out at my local garage before the journey and there wasn't really much wrong with it. The car took us 4400 miles across France, Spain, into Gibraltar, through Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania (including real desert driving), Senegal and ending in The Gambia. That car didn't let us down once and was sold for charity for the same price it was purchased for from Manor Wood Cars.
