Took a 2018 CRV in for service. 1st time using this dealer or indeed a Honda dealer. I was given clear options on type of service and costs (inc VAT) available. I was able to book in to suit my diary and had the option of working from their waiting area if I wanted. If I've left with a £3.2m bill, the colour of the car different and at least 3 wheels, it's gone ok. We made an appointment to have a look at updating our current Honda. On arriving we were greeted by Brian Clarke. Brian is a familiar face at Honda and had actually sold us our first ever Honda CRV. I was served by SUNIL CHOHAN for after sale service and he was professional, helpful, understanding, polite and very clear, as he sorted out all my issues and helped me understand all the gadgets of my car and making me familiar with all the technology aspects of it, he was very calm, patient and proactively helped me in every way he can , so big thank you to Sunil Chohan I would further like to add on my review that, I was very impressed and pleased when I received a call from the Sales person Rob Tanser, exactly one month after I purchased my car, asking me if everything was fine with the one month old car and if I needed any assistance, therefore I was thrilled that, there was a monthly follow up which was very reassuring, I once again visited them for an advice and I was welcomed by Sunil Chohan and Rob Tanser was very happy to help me and explained me thoroughly of the technology side of the car, although it was a Bank Holiday, so keep up the good work
