Travelled nearly 70 miles to view a car we had secured. Must say we were well Impressed with the way we were treat although a cup of coffee being offered would have been nice. The salesman was very nice explaining everything and you didn't feel as though you were being talked down to as lots of sales people do. Salesman checked our car thoroughly for paper exchange and then We were allowed to test drive the vehicle on our own with out them being sat in car, which I was really pleased about as wasn't too sure of having someone in car since Covid. Was told we could have bout half an hr but no problems if needed longer. When we got back we was given a fair price for our vehicle and proceeded to finalize the deal. All in all a pleasant experience in purchasing a new car. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership

Wonderful people and amazing costumer service I came in to get my lock in bolts removed. I got quoted a price from the garage but after speaking to bhavik the services manager, he ended up doing it instead for free and very quickly, plus I bought my puppy with me and the staff were really friendly and let me bring him in there with me, and really lovely lady in reception that looked after my dog for me whilst I went to the toilet definitely recommend this place.. lovely staff quick service

I was on the look out for a BMW M135i and came across one at Marshall Nissan in Leicester, at first I was in two minds due to the dealer being quite a distance from my house but I made an online enquiry and the following day was contacted by Kenneth one of the vehicle sales executives. Kenneth made the whole process a breeze and completely put my mind at rest with this being my first 'contactless' online purchase. He went through all the paperwork, service history, even taking the time out to contact BMW direct to get a copy of the service history for me, and even sent me a video of the car to make sure I was happy with it before any commitment was made. Once I had made a decision he sorted all my part exchange out, got all my paperwork sorted and even delivered the car to me again giving me time to test drive the car and visually check everything to make sure I was 100% happy. I have had the car a week now and I can not thank Kenneth enough the car is in amazing condition considering it is 8 years old and exactly as he advertised it to me, there was no pushy sales he left me to make my own decision in my own time. For me Kenneth has gone above and beyond with supplying this vehicle, I will 100% be contacting Kenneth and Marshall when looking to upgrade. Mark was thorough with sorting out of insurance and covers for the new car and finance on the same day and arranged car pick up in few days time. We were pleased with part exchange as well.

We had been to Leamington Spa to see a Juke that we had seen online but weren't happy with the vehicle when we arrived. The salesmen said he would be able to sort the issues for when we go and collect the car. We drove to Leamington Spa again, but the issues hadn't been resolved so I got a refund for my deposit.
While on our way back to Leicester, we decided to go to the Leicester garage reluctantly due to the bad experience we had received a few years ago when buying our first Juke. On arrival we looked around the forecourt but couldn't see anything that court our eye. Richard came out with his manager and asked if we were looking for anything specific and what our budget was. We explained exactly what we wanted, to which he replied one had come in only 2 days ago so hadn't even been cleaned. He brought the car round and we took it for a test drive, on return we pointed out a few issues (cracked light, dents, alloys, missing service and window seals). He promised that these would be resolved for next week when we arrived to review it.
On arrival the next Saturday, Richard met us on time and showed us the car. The standard of work was brilliant and couldn't be faulted. We agreed on the price advertised as I believed the standard of work and amount of work was amazing.
I cannot fault Richard, and hope that the birth of his child which is due any day went well! If you could pass on my praise and believe he is a asset to the showroom.

I recently made enquiries about Nissan , a car that i would not have even considered, let alone consider a motability version for my relative. We were provided with Alvin Parmar's details as apparently he had helped a friend of mine who was eulogising about how Alvin's customer service was second to none. So we called him and gave it a go. Initially he was not able to speak with us as he was busy, but within a few hours he called us back, apologising for the delay, bearing in mind he was already with a customer, so the apology was not required. Anyway, I advised that I was not a Nissan fan but that my relative was very interested. Alvin explained everything in great detail making sure that at each stage we understood what was being said. There was no hard sell and at no point did he push us for committment. Alvin just went through everything and once he finished, he simply asked us if we had any questions and that a decision was not requried immediately. Infact he asked us to think about it overnight, especially as we were not existing Nissan owners or ever owned a Nissan and so he wanted us to be sure. However, the way Alvin spoke with us was with the utmost respect and making us feel valued throughout the whole time. My relative wanted to buy the car immediately. That was the impact of Alvin's customer service. I personally have worked within the customer service industry for over 36 years and Alvin is one of a very few elite individuals that provide the customer service of yonder years. Nissan should be very proud to have him as an employee. Thank you Alvin for everything, it is a shame that the pandemic does not allow us to meet up but I will certainly be recommending to you forward. Many thanks.

Got a fantastic car for a good price and was able to pick it up within a couple of days. However after service has been poor. I rang one morning got told would get a call back, no one called so called again to be told to ring next morning. Rang the next morning sales advisor said would deal with my problem and get back to me its now 2 days since that call and I haven't heard anything. Seems like they happy to sell cars but once they've sold you one they don't want to know.

We found a car we liked on internet and booked appointment for next morning when we arrived we were greeted professionally and offered drinks the car wasn't quite ready but we were put at ease by Simon and the sales manager straight away and agreed to go back at lunchtime when we got back Car was pristine. Nissan recall me for airbag I went there reception desk no one to attend customer and it's aprox 9:30am after 10-15 minutes someone ask why I there when I said the reason that person told me to wait after another 10-15 minutes someone attend me take car key said after 3pm car will be ready to collect as soon as car ready they will call me I waited for their call they didn't call me I have to call them and it was 4:30pm no response I went their they said car is ready give me key point where my car is park in car park didn't explain what works they have done Just feel like I'm unwanted customer for them not good experience never step in for anything again

Update, the little Sandero has a .9litr petrol engine which thinks its a 1.6 turbo,
Very comfy handles light and quick, brakes excellent as are the headlights, air con is useful 5door 5 seater a little noisy on bad surfaces but for less than 7K a bargain.

went to buy a used Renault Captur on Sunday 8th March, and was greeted, by Craig, who was very friendly and helpful. we were left alone to wander around and look at the cars available, then we spoke with Craig about my needs and a test drive, to which he arranged.
I didn't feel pressured into buying there and then.
I am very happy with my car and the service we received.
I would go back to Renault Leicester to purchase another car.

Nice showroom but finding a parking space is a nightmare. Also it was a struggle to find a second hand car we came to see as it's absolutely rammed with cars plus they've got more in the outside compound which they cannot access on Sundays. Shane saved a day though, he's a great credit to the company. Ordered a car from them but due to circumstances out of our control had to cancel last minute. Once again Shane was very helpful. Will be coming back to purchase brand new on once we ready unless we find better deal through carwow.

We chose Abbey Lane in Leicester to look at new cars due to the fact that you have Peugeot, Renault, Dacia and Nissan all within walking distance of each other. All the makes we had shortlisted.
Nissan and Renault both surpassed expectations with their customer care and service. Far superior to their close rivals. They were brilliant from start to finish and ended up buying a brand new X Trail which wasn’t even on our shortlist!

Staff were as helpful as they could be but a lack equipment hampered the service and for my cars m.o.t Renault Leicester could not get the E.V. tires for my ZOE. I could not leave the car their because there was no courtesy car available ( I live in Coventry ) even though this was a pre-booked appointment and the potential need for a courtesy car was raised. I now have a car that has failed its M.O.T. and I have to source the tyres myself!!!!! I will sell my car and have nothing to do with Renault again.
