Collected our nearly new car from Tom last Friday and overall very pleased indeed both with the service received and our new car. Prior to placing the order, we'd travelled some good distance to view the car and Tom was very accommodating about my request to have a long test drive to make sure everything was in order. Great service all round at Marshall SEAT but special thanks to Sam and Aaron for sorting out my Seat Leon Cupra. When it came to sorting out the deal for me they discovered an issue with how the finance on the car had been dealt with for the previous owner. This meant I couldn't drive away on the day as hoped but they said they would get it sorted and offered me free delivery for when it was all sorted, which was helpful when I live over 2 hours away from Leicester. They spent every day over the next couple of weeks going back and forth with VW financial services chasing to get this sorted for me and kept me updated all the way throughout which I really appreciated. They even loaned me a new Ateca free for the duration so I could still get about. When it was eventually sorted they let me know straight away and even threw in a free Cupra hat and mugs as thanks for being patient with them. I can't thank Sam and Aaron enough for all they did, and the car if definitely worth the wait. Absolutely spotless inside and out and was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any Seat/Cupra car 👍

I purchased an awesome Volkswagen Scirocco from Marshal Seat a couple of weeks back now. Having always wanted one it was important that I chose the right car from the right dealership. From the minute I called in to reserve the car, to the second I drove it away, Sam, the salesman I dealt with, was absolutely brilliant. When I first saw the ad I knew this was the car I was looking for. He did his best to describe anything I needed to know and had the car ready for me the next day to view it. Once I view it, I was extremely particular about a few small things i wanted done to make it the perfect car for me. Visited with my son today with a view to buy a car today, on finance. It was cold outside, can't do much about that, but the showroom itself was even colder! Now, if you're expecting me to buy a car from you, irrelevant of whether it's 'second hand' or a brand new model, then it's kind of relevant if I'm spending £14,000 or whether I'm spending £60,000, that I'm in a warm environment/showroom. It was that unwelcomely cold, that I had to stomp my feet on a couple of occasions. Relocate your front desk to the right, so the showroom entrance isn't constantly open. Simple really. On the back of this alone, I've recommended my son and money go to a Ford dealership.

My husband brought me to buy a used car fiat 500 for my birthday. He had been liaising with Megan who provided a personal, top-class service! We were able to take the car out for a decent test drive, they happily offered to do the paint repair and alloy repairs and were professional and respectful when taking my old fiat as part exchange. On collection I was given ample time to look the car over and to set up my phone whilst niggles over a lost service history were chased. Buying a new car is a big decision and after 7 years with my current model it’s hard to change. Having sourced a suitable brand and model I visited the showroom of Marshall Seat Leicester and spoke to Sam Lenihan who was very knowledgable and welcoming which is very important as a new customer. Sam kept me up to date with the ordering and delivery process throughout the 3 month wait, we discussed additional products which were clearly explained. Overall the service of the whole team but especially Sam was superb, I would highly recommend them, and the Cupra Formentor is outstanding BTW.

I first spoke with a gentleman called Jermaine who is the finance manager at Marshall and he got one of his team members to call me to deal with my enquiry. From the first conversation I had with Sam who is part of the sales team it was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. Sam’s knowledge on the vehicle was admirable and not only that Sam always went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and had the best experience possible. I was treating myself to a new car for my birthday and Sam made sure the car was ready for me on time and made the part exchange process really simple and easy. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from Marshall do ensure you speak with Sam as I can promise you will be looked after and treated really well! That doesn’t mean the rest of the team won’t but I can’t speak on their behalf as I didn’t have any interactions with them but I truly believe the whole team at Marshall are amazing as even Laura who is part of the Servicing and after sales has kept in frequent contact to ensure I am happy with the vehicle and haven’t had any issues.

Made enquiry over the phone and dealt with Sam from start to finish who was very professional from the initial enquiry through to the day of collection and even afterwards with follow up information. Sam provided high quality videos of the vehicles I was interested in and was very responsive to my follow up mails and phone calls!

there’s not a single thing I could fault Marshall’s for. They provided a really professional and personable service from enquiry, to delivery, and even into after sales.
This was the first time I bought a new car on finance and Toby and Ben made sure I had all the information I needed to make the purchase that was right for me. They managed to get the best deal on the market for the car I wanted, and explained their additional products and services without being pushy.
When I visited the dealership it was a beautifully clean and welcoming environment, with very helpful staff at all angles. Ben was fantastic to deal with and made me feel very comfortable, making sure the purchase and paperwork were really hassle free.
Overall Marshall’s made me feel like I was their best ever customer which I very much doubt I am, but I can’t fault them for that level of service. I seemed like similar experiences were had across the dealership the time I was there too.

Bought a low mileage Seat Ateca, great car although the final valet before collection could have been a bit better. To be fair this whole pandemic has had an effect on this service for all garages. However, in saying that we were looked after by Tom Pallet, a very knowledgeable and courteous young man who listened to what we needed and got the deal we wanted. Recently booked in my Seat for a major service, excellent service all round - carried out the initial booking online & then received a phone call 20 minutes later from Marshall stating that my chosen day for the booking was unavailable due to the current COVID-19 situation & them having to stagger the bookings, though however they booked me in for a couple of days later which was not a problem.
On the day I also requested a courtesy vehicle to get to / from work, within 15 minutes of dropping my car off I was away in the courtesy car. A few hours later I was text an update and a video of my Seat having had the work completed, I returned the courtesy car not long after & I was away in my own Seat again.
Very happy with the level of service I received, and the social distancing measures throughout within the showroom was of a high standard and well enforced.
I will also be considering Marshall's for when I look to trade in my current car for an newer model in the next three or so years time.

From the first phone call to Marshall's, I was made to feel very "at ease". Tom Pallett was extremely helpful and friendly in arranging my test drive and subsequent purchase. I bought a Seat Arona, which, although a year old was made to look "showroom fresh" by the valeter (who I also had the pleasure of a conversation with), someone who takes his work very seriously. I was offered more than I expected for my part exchange (very pleasing). I would say that Tom treated every query I had in a very professional and friendly manner, was not "pushy" in the slightest and treated me more as a friend than a customer.....Top marks......!!!!! I will certainly be using Marshall's again in the future and hope that Tom is still there to deal with again....!!!!!

Could not fault Samuel Lenihan who sold me my car. The show room was very well looked after in these difficult times with hand sanitizer everywhere and even masks provided for you. Sam was very helpful and accommodating and although the car I was looking to get was unfortunately sold whilst out on a test drive of another car he managed to find me a better car that I love even more. The only complaint that I have was to do with there insurance. Because of my age I wasn't allowed to drive the car on a test drive which was disappointing. Just because I am young doesnt mean I shouldn't be allowed to test drive a car im going to buy.

I saw a SEAT Leon FR at Marshall Leicester that I was interested in purchasing, I spoke with Tom Pallet whom looked after me from the Initial phone call, until I took delivery of the vehicle. Excellent customer service at Marshall SEAT Leicester. On my first visit Sam was great; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He even managed to get the car I wanted to test drive out of the middle of the parked rows!
My following visit was with Tom Pallett and he was great too – an example of what I wish all car salesmen were like. He was accommodating, polite and happy to answer all my weird and wonderful questions to make sure I had all the information I needed to be able to buy the car. Dan was brilliant at making sure I was satisfied with the price I was paying – his patience was much appreciated.
Upon picking up the car Tom made sure I had everything I needed and was happy to answer any questions I had on how the gadgets and things worked! He also called me a week or so later to make sure I was happy and to answer any further questions.
In addition to this I am over the moon with my car (SEAT Leon FR Sport), I love every minute of driving it; even in 50mph restrictions on the motorway!! (maybe the novelty of cruise control with wear off 😉 )

I picked up my one year old SEAT Leon last week. I'm very happy with the car and the price was fair. I visited the dealership on the Sunday beforehand. The sales guys were both busy when I went in, so it took a little while before I was approached, but I was happy with that - it gave a chance to browse without feeling pressured. I took delivery yesterday of my 68 plate Leon ST FR 2.0 just one week after contacting Tom Pallett about the car. Tom was excellent. He listened, answered specific questions quickly and accurately and always with absolute patience for my sometimes very detailed points. My mum has a seat ateca on motabillity and the dealer we’re pretty decent on telling my mum about the car, the only issue was communication with ben flavell, who forget to mark down the date of handover and failed to tell us that he had a course until 2 days prior. Otherwise, he was brilliant, he help turned on the folding mirrors (which we needed considering we have had a mirror take on off our other car) and made us feel as at ease as possible. We have had the car for 4 months and put 3000 miles on and has been the best car we have had. My only other thing which I couldn’t pick was the delivery date was extremely close to the 1st of September, so why couldn’t we wait until the 1st of September and have a 70 plate instead of a 20 plate.

Disappointed with my visit this weekend. I was looking at options for my partner who is toying with the idea of changing her car.
Positives:
1. I was approached quickly and courteously without the hard sell.
2. There are plenty of SEAT Leon's to choose from
Negatives:
1. The presentation of cars leave a lot to be desired (especially compared to Vauxhall across the road!). Some didn't appear to have be cleaned, quite a few had distinctive scuffs and scratches, scuffed alloy wheels etc. I think a bit more quality control is needed. Gaps between cars is also quite minimal.
2. I queried the online rate of 12.9% to be told 'this is what everyone gets', well I know for a fact it isn't. I have been quoted as low as 7.9% by other SEAT dealers and as low as 5.9% by other car manufacturers.
3. The atmosphere seemed quite tense, maybe you're struggling to hit your targets?
My advice would be to assess a car that your interested in thoroughly and if you need finance look elsewhere.

The attention to detail I was given by Dalwinder the sales representative was absolutely first class.
He couldn’t do anymore than what he did for us.

About 6 months ago myself, my family and a friend all descended here to purchase new cars. I think within around a month we had agreed on 4 cars in total. Service during this time was excellent and in all cases dealt with Tom Pallett. All very happy indeed. So why am I reviewing 6 months down the line? After sales is always key. Not only has Tom arranged for an extra key to be coded for a car sold with only one key, he also fore-fronted a request in to specific Cupra servicing details which was very vague even after myself speaking to 3 other dealers including a Cupra official dealer which couldn’t confirm the answer! Given that this isn’t an official Cupra dealer as such, I think that’s above and beyond. Tom even arranged for this servicing package to be added to our other purchased Cupra without even asking. All sorted within a couple of days.

I came in last week and the young girl on the service desk I hadn’t seen before, normally I deal with the service manager as I find the other lady on service to be very short with you and argumentative and generally acts like she does care about you or your situation. The young girl I can’t remember her name she was kind, polite and genuinely really caring! I have had lots of cars from yourself in the past and was very unhappy that my salesman never bothered to get back to me in 3 months. She sat down with me and fully explain what I needed for my vehicle! She even went in to depth about when I should be checking and monitoring the tyres and looking to replace them! He was always very quick to respond to any of our questions and probided several different quotes whenever we asked. He always gave us his honest opinion and always gave us the best offer up front. Ok, so where do I start. On Sunday the 13th January, I visited two SEAT dealerships. The difference between the two dealers could not be greater. The first in Wolverhampton was a franchise. The sales personnel took 20 mins to actually bother to approach us, I honestly believed I had died, such was their lack of interest in either my wife and I and grown up daughter. Upon approaching us, I mentioned that I had an appointment to see Alan, 'with eyes raised to the ceiling', the answer I got was , 'don't know anything about that'.
Also no hand shake or introduction was attempted by the salesman. Bearing in mind I had travelled 70 miles for a test drive, I was to say the least gob smacked by their attitude. The test drive went ok ,But the car was in need of a good clean both inside and out! The general appearance of the salesman, raised ones eyebrows, as they were supposed to be representing SEAT? needless to say, it took me to ask for his name some 27 mins after meeting him and half way through a test drive. They basically could not be bothered to sell me a car.
Feeling very disillusioned with the whole experience we made our way over to the Marshall SEAT dealership in Leicester. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I don't give out praise easily, but upon arrival at the reception, and after a few mins to browse, we were met by not just one, but two sales representatives. Both were dressed immaculately, BOTH gave good old fashioned handshakes, introducing themselves to both my wife and I and Daughter. If they asked us once , they must have asked us half a dozen times if we would like a cup of coffee or Tea?
We were eventually treated to an incredible sales 'EXPERIENCE' with a young man named Dalwinder. He could not do enough for us. He at no point applied pressure for a sale. He understood what I was looking for, and although I spent more money than I was first intended, that was because I noticed 'THE CAR' which sold itself. Dalwinder delivered the car to us in Market Harborough on Wednesday 16th January! The other salesman Sam and the Manager Scott all played their part. The manager of the dealership Scott 'ACTUALLY ASKED, HAVE YOU ENJOYED YOUR EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!' You will be hard pushed to meet a Dealership that can offer more, with regards to curtesy, professionalism and just good old fashioned customer service. If I could, I would give Dalwinder 10 stars instead of 5 !! Quite simply, you will be hard pushed to find a nicer salesman than Dalwinder and the team at Marshall SEAT in Leicester, because you can totally trust them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Three days ago my wife and I went looking for a replacement car which would have a low mileage. We went to Leicester Nissan - no customer parking. Same story at Sandicliffe. Plenty of parking next to the fore court at Marshalls. Had an uninterrupted viewing session on the fore court and picked out a couple of Seat Atecas to look at. Entered the show room and was warmly greeted by the receptionist who found someone within a minute to serve us. Enter Bovinder Singh. My wife is partially disabled and he assisted her to try the cars to see if she could get in and out of them okay. I presented my wish list and he showed us three nearly new cars. The Ateca is lovely. Mr Singh had an appointment with another customer and we arranged to call back the next morning. That morning Mr Singh arranged a test drive. The hardest decision was automatic or manual? Mr Singh arranged for our old car to be traded in. I was more than happy with the offer the manager made. Now down to the deal........we struck a deal and I arranged to collect the car the next day. The car was valleted throughout and Mr Singh spent a good hour sorting road tax and DVLA documentation and took the extra time to sit and go through the instrumentation and workings of the car. It is a lovely car! Good job Mr Singhs 5 PM customer didn't turn up. Cars are more complicated nowadays. At some point I had handed the spare key to Mr Singh and then left the garage without them. Mr Singh attended my address later that evening and handed me the keys having personally gone out of his way. If you are interested in a car go to Marshalls Seat. There's no pressure to buy. If you like what they have and are a genuine customer then you will leave with a lovely car. Their customer service is excellent and puts the other places I have bought from in the past to shame. Top Marks and Well done. I will certainly recommend your dealership and staff and will buy from you again.

Hi thought I'd left a comment already. I bought the car on the 30th of June 2017. The whole process was made really easy,everything explained in full and got the best deal where it was fair for all parties. The car itself is fantastic!! Absolutey spot on to drive (ibiza FR 1.2 TSI TECH.) I've got to say though that who made the deal happen and helped me with everything was Ben Flavell, brilliant guy and dead honest aswell. Worked really well through the whole process and very welcoming guy he is a genuine top geezer. Kept me in the loop with everything that I needed and had everything ready when needed. Also he had my new car brought into the showroom and covered up so it was a surprise revealing it to me on the day of pickup. Fantastic gesture to do for me went all out to make it a special day. Ben is a top man,funny but professional. But on the whole brilliant all round from seat. Thanks all. Top job!
