Well ,, an exceptional experience from my very first phone call .Living nearly 200 miles away I was a bit uncertain about buying a 20k car unseen ,however this was not an issue at all as I was expertly assisted at all times by Sharon and super salesman David Ilett . Popped our Kamiq in this morning for a system upgrade, our first visit since purchasing the vehicle last December. Great service from David Ilet - genuinely nice guy. Not pushy at all and managed to get us a car during the lockdown transported up from London with no issues. Made sure small dents etc were fixed. The sales manager of the place was less warm, whenever David was unavailable or with another customer. However David Ilet is a credit to the company and provided world class customer service. He even came in on his day off on the day we picked up the car to make sure things ran smoothly. Very pleased with the new car!

Had a really good experience at Marshall Leicester. Despite the difficult time of Covid 19 the showroom was well set out and welcoming. Last week I needed an update on my Skoda warranty following the change of dealership to Marshall’s. Managed to ring straight through to the garage where I was immediately transferred through to the Service Dept. Although they were unable to give an immediate answer, they rang back within 15 minutes with all the answers I needed ... Fantastic news as I had experienced so many problems under the previous ownership! Tried to send an email to the customer feedback email address given in some of the earlier reviews, but received the following message: "The group customerfeedback only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list." Very helpful! The text of my rejected email is as follows: "Good afternoon. On 12 June 2018, I received a call from your call centre inviting me to book my car in for a service, because it was last serviced on 8 July 2017. I told the caller that I thought that the previous service was a Long Life Service (but I wasn't sure) and therefore probably wouldn't be due yet. Unfortunately, the caller wasn't able to confirm the type of service that I had previously, but advised that she would get it checked and that someone would call me to advise. I also told the caller that during my MoT at your Groby Road dealership on 16 May 2018, I had paid for my rear window washer jet to be fixed because it was not operating properly, but when I tried it a couple of weeks later, it still wasn't working properly. The caller advised that she would pass this matter on to the dealership and that someone would call me to discuss it - I live near Loughborough and didn't want to make a special journey back to the garage to get it fixed. To date, I have not had any calls from you on either matter. Please advise." UPDATE - 21 AUG 2018:- SINCE MY ORIGINAL POST GIVING ONE STAR, I WAS CONTACTED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BY A MEMBER OF THE SANDICLIFFE TEAM, WHO WAS ON HOLIDAY IN THE USA AT THE TIME. THIS SET THINGS IN MOTION AND THE CONCERNS I RAISED ABOUT MY CAR'S SERVICING AND REAR WINDOW WASHER JET WERE RESOLVED VERY QUICKLY. THEREFORE, I HAVE UPDATED MY RATING TO FOUR STARS.

The only slight negative to the purchase, was when we came to pick up the car, the interior upholstery had been treated with a fabric protector, and the carpets were not fully dry. Took my car in for its first service and decided to wait. Staff were friendly there was a free coffee and tea machine available as well as free WiFi to help the wait less of a bore. Showroom was clean. My only concern was the floor of the showroom is made of smooth white tiles, which are extremely slippery in the wet. Unfortunately the weather was very wet today and therefore my feet and elbow crutches were wet when I entered. My crutches slipped away immediately which could have caused me to fall So if you visit in the wet and use crutches or a walking stick please be extra careful. I raise this point because this garage is an official Motability provider so disabled people could well visit to obtain a suitable car. It would be a real shame if they injured themselves looking for a suitable vehicle

Dec 2019 I travelled from Manchester to Leicester to purchase a Skoda Octavia VRS after enquiring and subsequently receiving a personalised detailed video of the car. Skoda great customer service. Last Sunday we popped in to Skoda leicester to arrange a test drive of a Karoq for the following Saturday. The friendly customer service really welcoming. We had been to Audi earlier. If I’m honest not so great. On the Monday we rang Skoda to rearrange test drive for that evening. We got to Skoda and again great welcome customer service. We arrange test drive with David. David treated us with friendly, warmth service. My wife then mind her mind up she wanted a karoq. Unfortunately Skoda Marshall’s did not have the car in stock within her budget. We have now picked up my wife’s new less than 1 year old Karoq from Skoda Rochdale today. Can't speak to somebody directly on the phone when I need too, has to go through a call centre who are useless and always have to wait when I arrive on site to book/collect my car as the service desk team are all busy with other customers or on the phone. More frontline staff needed to speed the process up.
