I bought my BMW from this company with absolutely no hassle and a very quick delivery to my home address. Zam was very professional and friendly, showing good knowledge of the car with no sales pressure at any time. We completed the test drive, inspection and V5 transfer very quickly. Whilst I ran my own HPI check to see if the vehicle had previously been crashed and repaired Zam informed me they do not buy any vehicles with outstanding finance or crash damage. Overall a very simple and ho hassle experience. Highly recommended for a fair deal.

Very bad experience with this car dealer. They have received 100 to secure car in December. Should be discussed finances which never been as they offered they own finance services not even Contact via email or phone. Tried to call several times always speak with someone else, refund never been received and the car wasn't on finance which was confirmed so advert of car was incorrect and information was miss leading. Called for refund asked me for bank details it's 14 days and no refund provided.....I would stay away from them as no fair dealing with people.

I turned up at Mayfair and was greeted nicely by the staff there. I was given the keys to my desired car and freely looked around completing regular checks. I was then offered to take the car for a test drive to which I was more than pleased. Sorting the paperwork and payment was quick and easy. Adam, who runs the business was incredibly friendly and made feel extremely welcome.

Great experience at Mayfair Motors. I contacted them towards the end of the day regarding viewing the car (BMW X3), Adam was very acommodating and stayed open after hours for me to make my way there. When I arrived the car was ready and waiting for me, Adam left me and my partner to it while we looked around it. We then took it out for a test drive and Adam was happy for me to take my time, allowing me to get a feel for the car on different roads. Once back at the dealership I confirmed I would like to buy the car, we agreed a price to part-exchange my old car and did the paperwork. All very easy with no pushing salesman tactics from Adam. I was back two days later to swap over the cars, and my new one was all valeted ready for me to go. I went from the dealership to pick my brother up from uni (a ~150 mile trip) and the car performed absolutely perfectly. A very happy customer, would definitely recommend!

I bought a Skoda Octavia from Mayfair motors as they had the particular model I was looking for. I spoke several times to the salesperson and the car sounded perfect so I agreed to buy it even though I lived too far away to view it in person. I paid a deposit and they held the car for a couple of weeks while I sold my old car and the new Octavia was delivered promptly when requested. The car itself is fine, (apart from having 8 extra holes in the tailgate from taxi plates) but it arrived with the ‘change oil’ warning showing as soon as I turned the key. I also noticed that the sat-nav is not working because the map card is missing, and also the electric tyre inflator is missing from the boot. These are all things that I would expect a Dealer to rectify before selling a car. Having the oil and filter changed has cost me around £100 and to replace the card and the air pump will be another £40. I have spoken to the company on a couple of occasions since, and after a few missed calls Adam has refunded the cost of the oil change, so I’m not as badly out of pocket as I thought. I would buy from Mayfair again.

These guys are a small and humble, local business. What they lack in size they make up for in honesty and hospitality. I bought a used BMW with a 3 month warranty included. They delivered the Car after doing some work on it that we agreed at the time of purchase. After a month, as the car is quit old with high mileage, it had a small issue starting up (The car still ran fine). I mentioned the issue and without question or argument they picked up the car, (I live an hour away, in Derby), booked it in for repair on their expense and returned the car fully repaired within one week. The whole time keeping in direct communication with me regarding the progress. I would recommend to anyone that needs a vehicle to go and see these guys. I'll definitely be a returning customer; once needs be.

Helpful place, test drove and purchased same day. Too good at haggling, but friendly. EML on at time of purchase, advised it was intermittent and would switch off. Update - EML still on as it requires repairs to catalyst converter and a new timing belt. 3 months on would not expect to spend 700 on repairs, dropped to three stars as a result but initial points remain.

Think of this more as a private seller cars are not serviced or mot'd they barely get a clean so it's kind of a risk it and see what you get because they haven't been checked over by professional although they are priced as if they are.
