Last week I used Mercedes-Benz Leicester to purchase our new car.
The sales team is excellent to make sure I was getting the car I wanted with the best deal possible. Special & Massive thanks to Mr Jordan Fern who kept daily contact and ensured I was always kept in the picture. The brunch manager Michael, and Jordan were always happy to answer any queries and came back with a quick response. Nothing was too much of an ask. Top notch Team!
The process was quick although it seemed to be complicated on paper, the team explained the process so it was not complicated and easy to understand. I was aware of what to expect and what they required me to do. Very professionally done!
Overall, we are extremely happy with the whole experience and I will be recommending MB Leicester to family and friends! Thank you.

It was a pretty good experience all round. I was well taken care of by staff (offered a drink numerous times etc.). The Mercedes systems went down while I was there to collect my new car and this caused issues as my new car could not be taxed meaning I couldn't drive away with it at the time. I was assured I would still get my new car on the same day and was offered a temporary vehicle to drive home in with a promise that a sales manager would deliver my new car later in the day when the systems were back up and running. This was sufficient and a good solution and I had no concerns about the service as the situation was understandable with a reasonable resolution offered. My sales manager was very polite and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. I did not feel pressured to buy the car or any extras, although I was offered them. I did end up ordering a car upon my first visit but this was more driven by timeframes and the car shortage and order backlog than any sales tactics.

Had a great deal at this dealership - much better than the leasing company I had used which said I wont get my new car until June 2022! Leicester dealership not only secured me a new car which I collected yesterday but it was a better spec and cheaper. The service I got from Michael Martin and Alvin Sarkis from beginning to end was impeccable. Alvin called me every fortnight since November with an update on how my order was progressing and was always happy to answer any queries I had. Great service! Its been a pleasure to deal with them. I recently purchased a used car from Leicester Mercedes and my experience was great. All the staff were friendly, hospitable and made me feel very welcome. I turned up unannounced around 1pm, we negotiated a deal and left the showroom with my new car that same afternoon. My SLK is 15 years old, so I was surprised to have a safety recall on the drivers air bag. The part took a while to arrive, but was booked in promptly by this dealership (Leicester), treated to lovely coffee, excellent service and the job all done in 1hour, complete with a free visual safety check. There is definitely nothing Tameem or Sim could improve on in my opinion TOP service recieved throughout my car buying experience.
The finance department did make things a little frustrating buy refusing me the option to take out finance on my car (even though I had the funds to buy the car outright) which resulted in me not being eligible for the 2 years extended warranty on my car.
Putting that factor aside I have been 100% completely satisfied with the service that I have recieved from Tameem Miah who has gone above and beyond to fulfill my requests.
I will defiantly be returning to him personally for my next vehicle and I have already recommended him and mercedes-benz of Leicester to my friends and family.

Last visit was to collect my new car, ordered in October 21 and delivered in March 22.
Delivery was longer than anticipated due to supply chain issues however my sales contact was excellent in keeping me informed of progress and provided a first class handover of the new vehicle.
This being an EQC 400. I was helped with Mercedes’ me app and I phone connection. He also made it clear he was available to help with any arising issues and gave a follow up call after a few days of ownership. All in all I am very happy with the service and experience.

The car seats had been pushed all the way back and was left that way. Also the car hadn't been valeted, which would have been nice as it was a repair under warranty.

We had decided to replace our car with a BMW 2 series, an Audi A3/A5 or our third choice was a Mercedes A class. After speaking with 3 different sales people across the three dealerships and explaining our criteria and left it with them. We investigated websites and visited Audi for a test drive. Jorden Fern of Mercedes Benz Leicester called regularly with updates on vehicles and introduced we to the Inchcape website. I am from a sales background and due to this the way sales people work really matters to me. Jorden never applied pressure, he explained everything, he never forgot our important requirements and most importantly to Mercedes he up sold without me really knowing it at the time. My husband and I visited the showroom without an appointment, kind of as a curtesy as the BMW was still our first choice at this point. Jordan was tied up and we were left to browse. My husband liked the A class AMG Line, however due to Jordan's input I made a b-line for the C class. We then met Simeon. What a lovely guy. Again no pressure was applied, just a factual but friendly conversation. This led to a test drive as I had spotted a beautiful C300 on the Inchcape website thanks to Jordan. The rest as they say 'Is History'. We now own a gorgeous Mercedes C300 AMG line Premium Plus and we love it. Having owned 5 BMW's in the past we really thought we would be buying our sixth. Our move to Mercedes would never have happened without your team being as great as they are. Jordan, Simeon and Helen too, were amazing to deal with and I/we would recommend Mercedes Benz Leicester in a heartbeat. We would really appreciate it if you shared our comments with the team. Mercedes-Benz GLA 220d
picked up my first Mercedes-Benz Friday 17th October
Had no appointment, but luckily Mr Khaleeq Rehman came to our assistance.
After looking around the cars on site, they did not have the right spec car their.
This was not a problem though, after some time discussing what specifications we wanted, Khaleeq found us the perfect car and spec.
In less than a week an appointment was made to view and test drive the car, it was parked on the front with, reserved for and my name on a sign across the window screen, I thought this was a nice touch.
The agreement was made, Khaleeq explained everything, helping with the process, paperwork and keeping us informed throughout the whole time.
On picking the car up, Khaleeq was very helpful in finalising the agreement, explaining everything in basic terms, then very kindly helped set my mobile phone to the car showing me how to use some of the electronics.
The following day Khaleeq made a follow up call to see how things were, and completed the registration for mercedes me.
Overall, I definitely recommend Smart of Leicester - Mercedes-Benz to anyone who is thinking of buying a mercedes, the car is absolutely amazing too, it is the best car I have ever owned.
Khaleeq Rehman also went above and beyond, I can not thank him enough, for everything, from the day we walked in to the aftercare received and hopefully still receive in the future.

Recently exchanged my old vehicle with Mercedes Benz Leicester. I was offered a good amount of money for my old vehicle and the exchange was a very seamless experience.
Sean Nealon was the sales agent I was dealing with and Jack Norton did the deal as his manager. Everything was pretty much done for me. I didn’t have to do anything extravagant beforehand. Everything they needed, they informed me off beforehand with plenty of notice which was brilliant.
He wasn’t like the other sales agents who can pester you a bit. He understood that I am busy with work and he worked around me. He wasn’t pushing to get the sale either. You could tell he genuinely wanted to get us a good deal and that he did!
Sean provided outstanding customer service for me and went above and beyond to get me a deal I would be happy with. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales agent to deal with. Everything was pretty much sorted within a couple of weeks of speaking to Sean. He is definitely an asset to the business.

During a visit to a client in Leicester, having already decided to purchase a Mercedes as our next family car, I headed to Inchcape Mercedes in Leicester during my lunch break.
The service from the start being greeted by their host was fantastic, as I was then shown through to be seated and have a coffee whilst I waited for the used car salesman, Henry Barre, who was currently talking to another prospective client.
After 5 comfortable minutes, Henry came over and introduced himself in a very confident and welcoming manner. He shown me over to his desk and we commenced discussions as to what I was looking for in my next car.
We arranged for a drive of a car on saturday morning and despite me being an hour late (I did call to advise ahead of time), the test drive was still able to take place on the saturday. The C class C300h in red was stunning and the drive was fantastic. My heart was set to understand just how great a C350e was and unfortunately there were none in their Mercedes group at the time, bar an estate version however this was at a another branch.
During the test drive, my 7 year old son was looked after by their branch staff whilst he played on the XBOX and built an amazing Lego building, whilst drinking Diet Coke. I would not do this any ordinary car dealership.
The next day unfortunately we decided to go with an e350e that was at another dealer. After speaking to Henry, he understood that it's important that the customer gets the car they want, even if the branch doesn't get a sale. If Henry had a c350e or a e350e on site, I'm confident we would have done a deal.
That said, I shall ensure that when it is time to upgrade, that we return to Inchcape Leicester and ask for Henry, giving him ample time to find us a car (in this situation, our lease expired on our CLA45 and we only had 12 days left).
Overall, a great experience given by a first class dealership by a salesman that is a true asset to his team and the group as a whole. If there are any rewards given out each year for outstanding performance, I nominate Henry Barre of Inchcape Leicester.

The only qualm I have is the covid restrictions do not allow hot drinks to be served to customers when I it ok for staff to have them. Every item is washed after use so what is the problem? Adam was very good at his job but seemed to disappear leaving me to twiddle my thumbs for a while while things were being sorted. He was very helpful, friendly and not at all a pushy salesman. In the end i decided not to buy at the time. 1 year later (10th December 2020) I paid Adam a visit again as he was very helpful previously. I knew what i wanted, he found me a couple of options and i chose the car i liked and drove away a few days later with my new car once he had the car prepared for me.
Overall a very helpful dealership, Adam was superb and did everything in his capacity to make the whole car buying process a breeze and kept me informed the whole way, and it was, it was a very smooth and non-stressful process.

When I phoned to book a service on my A180 I was chatting with a nice young man who asked me if I was happy with my car as my mileage was quite low. I explained that the lockdown had kept the mileage low and I was very happy with the car. I did tell him that my Wife and my Mother-in-law (93) find it difficult to get in and out and was thinking about changing to something a little "taller". He said I should perhaps consider a GLA. I opted to bring the car down and wait while the service was carried out and said that while I did so I would go to the showroom and have a look at a GLA. On arrival I found the receptionists were somewhat less than welcoming. The young lady who come to collect the keys and talk me through the process was quite the opposite, very friendly and professional. After handing over the vehicle I went to the showroom. There was no-one there, and despite the staff seeming to outnumber me at about 20:1 no one came to ask if they could help. The same was true in the approved - used section. All the vehicles in the showroom were locked so the best I could do was peer through the window of a GLA. To be fair there's a guy who lives along the road with a GLA and I could have saved some time and peered through the window of his. So the best I could do was sit and wait for an hour and a half. The receptionists continued to chat and ignore both myself and another chap who arrived later. The were no drinks available, not even a water cooler. I suppose the locked vehicles and lack of creature comforts could be due to covid restrictions but you didn't do any thing to entice me to spend my money with you in future.

I've wanted a C-class for a while now so decided to pop down to the local Mercedes dealership. Once I was inside and got to sit down with Lewis Davis who provided absolutely excellent service and always with a smile. He managed to find the exact car I was looking for and handled all the arrangements to make sure it was perfect for me. Upon revealing the car, I spotted a few scratches and paint chips (which was understandable, considering it was a used car). Upon telling Lewis about this, he took the car away without hesitation and made sure that they were buffed out, returning the car looking brand new.
The car was perfect but the service from Lewis was even better! I would certainly refer anyone to him if they ever wanted to get a car from the Mercedes dealership.

I recently went to the Leicester Mercedes showroom with my mum who wanted to look at the Smart for Four cars as she had seen one parked on her next door neighbours drive and really liked the look of it.
We went with the intention of having a look and trying to get an idea of prices etc.
We walked in and had a wander around, found one of the Smart for Four cars, sat inside and had a look around it. We weren't hassled by anyone which was refreshing! After a few minutes we were greeted by Simeon who asked if there was anything he could help us with. We explained mum was looking to see what sort of price she was looking at for a new Smart for Four car. Simeon took us back to his desk, made us a coffee and fired up his computer. He asked if she would be interested in a used car or did it have to be new - mum didn't want one with many miles on and she wanted a particular colour & spec.
Simeon searched and they had the exact car/spec/colour which was a demo model with approx. 1000 miles on the clock - it was almost like it was meant to be!
And being too good a deal to pass up on she ordered the car there and then and collected it a few days later! When we went to pick it up it was all covered up and we went outside for the unveiling!!
I have to say it has been the best experience I have had buying a car - all the staff were lovely, very helpful and not pushy at all - it made the whole process a pleasure! I would definitely recommend them!

I finally settled on a car I liked, so I came back here as the owner posted an update stating they take customer feedback seriously.
The sale was completed on the New Year, I collected the car and went home. I found three issues with the vehicle, my initial contact was with the sales person. It did not go well, I did not feel that the sales person was listening to my concerns.
To cut a long story short, when this got escalated to the Sales Manager and Head of Business it was too late as I had initiated legal action to get the issues dealt with (nothing major, which is why I was shocked that I had to get to that point).
Once this was properly escalated though, I received amazing service. I felt that the business was finally listening to me, taking my concerns seriously, and working with me to resolve the problem. I withdrew legal action, the vehicle was repaired, and throughout this whole period I was kept informed. Attentive and caring attitude by the Sales Manager A.M. and Head of Business M.H. who restored my faith in this business, I will definitely be a repeat customer as I know that things can go wrong sometimes and what is important is how it is dealt with, in this case I was impressed with the way they took ownership of the case and resolved it quickly and with minimal hassle to myself.
In the end, a happy customer and I love the vehicle, definitely feel like I made the right choice.
My advice to customers is: Make sure you research the vehicle inside and out, understand all its features or lack of any, and test EVERYTHING to ensure it is satisfactory, agree any repairs before you collect, note all of it down. Of course you have the warranty but my issue was, things were apparently excluded from the warranty even though I was told they were included, and I was only told that after collection, so ensure you get everything in writing.
If you have issues with this dealer I would urge you to get this escalated and ask for the higher ups to discuss with you rather than the people making the sale, although on the surface it appeared that the sales person was knowledgeable and was listening, they were not, and weren't cooperative in finding a solution for me, it was not until it was escalated that things started moving, give them a chance by requesting someone high up to deal with your issue if you find that things aren't moving well with the sales person as they will be your initial point of contact should you find problems after collecting, and in my experience they aren't that good in dealing with problems but the ones high up will be.
I only give 5 stars to businesses that show consistently exceptional service from start to finish across all areas, despite receiving really good service after the escalation, I feel the initial negative experience detracted 1 star from what could have been a perfect score.

Pushy salesmen. Prior to coming here I went to an Audi dealer and then a BMW dealer. Nobody bothered me at those, I went in and browsed, sat inside various cars, and never got a salesperson on my back. Not so at the Mercedes dealership, where I had a pushy salesman asking me all kids of personal questions. Felt like I was being profiled for secret service. He did give me some advice about models but frankly I wish I was left alone to just see what was available as I had no intention of buying a car there and then, I just simply wanted to see what was on offer before deciding.

I would rather have had a face to face with Nickolaos as before, but I assume this was down to covid. Would also prefer to have paper document with information, rather than video.
This seems to be a gimmick and probably more time allocated to that rather than direct verbal advice.
Having said that, the overall experience was far better than in previous years.

My wife and I visited your showroom last week as we were considering replacing our current Volvo. We both dread car buying due to the experiences we have had at BMW and Volvo in recent years. My expectations were low as I entered the showroom based on this.

The experience of selecting and buying a car from Mercedes has been great, I did not feel pressured at any stage and both Jordan and Simeon were honest and showed integrity. They made my family and I feel extremely welcome.
I cannot praise Jordan enough and above everything else he is the reason we bought the car from you, he is an asset to your showroom and to your brand. He is friendly, genuine and honest and to me that matters. He is not a stereotypical salesman and this is why you trust him, something I have never experienced in a car showroom before.

My vehicle went in as arranged for the Winter Health Check and also to check the brakes as a warning light had appeared. In the event it needed both brake pads and discs all round. The cost was going to be quite high but I negotiated some discount to an acceptable level. Very good service by the Branch in Leicester where I purchased my car 3 years ago, the Auxiliary battery had failed just before the warranty expired.

This should be done as standard before a vehicle is returned to the customer, regardless of the work being carried out to the vehicle. Very mixed experience with servicing/MOT today. Have been using Inchape dealerships for more than 6 years. And Leicester one for last 3 years.
It's quite obvious that service customers are not highly valued. Reception staff needs some training on how to work with customers. I tried to call reception on the second day to get updates for 3 times and noone was answer a phone.
Servicing/MOT person was doing all his best to sort problem out, but in general instead of planned 4 hours my visit stretched along 2 days without any good reason.

I gave my car for servicing & MOT check & the experience was very good. As a courtesy car I was given a brand new E class to drive. I got back the car on time & everything was explained to me very well by Tim who was very friendly & courteous.
I gave a 4 and not a 5 because the person who received me first in the morning of 20th June who was a young guy was a bit rough & aggressive calling me mate & buddy, even though I am at least 15 years older than him. Another lady named Seema was also quite rude & curt while talking to me on the phone when I had asked some details about the service. This was my second visit to this showroom. The first was almost 10 months back when I wanted to buy a car and did not buy it from here as I found Catherine & Alvin very rude & pushy. I bought my car from Mercedes Inchcape Derby instead and they were very good. But I had to come back to this showroom as the service was due for the car.
Someone needs to look at the customer service dept here. The people working in the service dept are good.

Straight away Lewis Davis took us under his wing and navigated us through a range of cars he thought would be suitable based upon our preferences. The Customer service of all staff was fantastic, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Austin and Simeon also made an effort to ensure our time here was enjoyable and light hearted. Lewis always made sure we had drinks and time to look around without making us feel pressured. So we went to the showroom, after calling to let know we were on the way. When we got there we weren’t approached by the gent we were dealing with. We weren’t offered a drink or a seat or even a test drive. Stuff you would expect when about to spend £50,000. Anyway, as we went on- we unpacked our picnic and proceeded to eat our sandwiches and the salesman ran through his iPad. After telling him me and my husband would keep the car for 2 years, he added an extra years warranty. This would mean the car would have warranty after we sold it at our expense. Which we would opt for in order to treat the next customer. We’re nice. I also loved the fact that the salesman guaranteed me to have negative equity in the vehicle. Thank you for helping me to put faith in my investment. Maybe if you didn’t charge 12% APR I wouldn’t have negative equity. He then proceeded to tell me that the panoramic sunroofs can not be retrofitted and I think this is outrageous that a company of such size can’t retrofit pan roofs. Anyway, it is safe to say that we won’t be heading back to the complex as the HP figure was too high and they only offered me £750 for my part exchange(which I bought for £3500!!!! 12 years ago) ridiculous. Thanks to everyone involved with my potential sale but I have taken my money elsewhere (Halfords as their prices are cheaper). Ugh

I arrived at the st georges showroom around 9am and was pleasantly greeted good morning by every employee i saw from the car park to the reception. the gentleman i met was nice and courteous throughout. i asked for a replacement car and was happy to see i got a white C Class convertible. shame it was cold and windy, car was lovely.
i returned the car on time, my car was valeted and no problems to report, i received a email with a link to a video and full report about my service. very nice, i can see the report on my Mercedes me app too.
this experience made me feel like a valued customer, very different to the experience i had when buying the car. the salesman was dull, blunt, and failed to demonstrate any courtesy from the time i ordered to the time i collected, same person.
if i didnt like my Mercedes i would have never bought from that person. however, this recent experience has helped to leave that bad experience behind.
i was asked to complete a satisfaction survey at time of collection. (when i bought the car) you will NEVER get the real feedback by making your customers do that in front of the person they are unhappy with, you should send a survey link by email or post.

Did not get off to a great start as on the day of my visit to look at the car there were no parking spaces. So, not a happy chappy and just drove out and went back home. I booked a test drive for 1pm on 31/1/18. I arrived at the branch at 12.50pm . I checked in and was told that the sales person will not be too long. I waited and waited and at 1.30pm, without acknowledgement, I checked in with the desk again and was told that sales person will not be too long. At 1.50pm, I went to the desk again and was told that the previous test drive that the sales person was conducting had overrun.
I left and informed the desk.
Terrible service that I wasn't contacted at 12.30pm when I could have made arrangements to come in later and no one informed of this until nearly an hour of waiting. It is now 3.30pm, no one has rang to apologise.

My Mercedes E-Class which is now approximately 8 years old suffered a breakdown a few weeks ago due to a failing injector issue. The car was booked in to Mercedes Benz Leicester under a service recall and the service team were brilliant, especially Jim who regularly provided me with updates. I have just had the car back this morning and they've done an amazing job. Under the terms of the recall they replaced all the injectors, fuel pipes and ECU for free. The only thing I had to pay for was the purchase of a new starter battery as mine had gone completely dead and wasn't keeping the charge. The car now drives like new and I'm getting much better mpg - before I was getting around 42.5mpg and now around 58mpg. Thank you once again and I will certainly be using Mercedes Benz Leicester for future services and also when purchasing my next vehicle. Top service, very professional and highly recommended.

Having had truly atrocious serving from VW Leicester on previous occasions although very keen on the Golf we opted to look at the A Class Merc. As we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant guy called Lewis who offered us a hot or cold drink and asked us if we needed any help. On stating we were only looking around he told us if we needed any help at all either grab himself or any other guys in there. Once we looked around we had a few questions on a second hand car that my wife liked so we found Lewis again. He sat in the car with my wife & I. Answering all the questions we were asking, again as friendly and politely as the moment we walked in. Firstly I would like to point out this was the third dealership we approached, you could say third time lucky!! We explained we were NOT interested in a brand new car and for the first time this was not an issue, my husband spoke to Leicester and told them exactly what spec we were looking for including the colour as I am quite particular. This was not a problem to them at all, we ended liaising with Kishan who was very professional and helpful, a car was found and we traveled from Cheltenham to Leicester on the Sunday to view the car, it was perfect. Every detail we wanted was on the vehicle, Kishan was very friendly, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, he understood we were about to spend a lot of money and the car and deal had to be right for us.
We returned the following Friday to collect our new addition and exchange our then Mercedes, The hand over was second to none, having previously purchased a Mercedes we assumed there was nothing we needed to know (how wrong were we) Kishan was amazing not only did we learn so much Kishan worked beyond his working hours to ensure he was happy we were happy.
I cannot recommend this dealership enough, we are a nation quick to complain but never actually make the time to praise excellent customer service, we would not hesitate to go back to this team when we are ready to upgrade!!!

I haven't taken delivery of the vehicle yet but have found everyone to be very welcoming and interested in the customer. Your salesman Ross Grant is exceptional and a credit to you.
I was sold on the vehicle by a "You Tube" site called "Remove before Race" from Raz and his team. They did a review on the C43, C63 Estate and a C63 Convertible. I have ordered a C43 Saloon. I suggest a similar site for you as the Inchcape version is a bit tame and mundane.
I hope that my satisfaction is ongoing, especially the servicing and aftersales. In the past I have been very unhappy with the Mercedes dealerships in the South London area. it has taken me years to be able to come back to Mercedes and I hope that it will be a rewarding experience.
I have been buying cars for about 50 years now and I have nothing but praise for Mercedes Leicester at the moment. Long may it continue as we all need to be "singing from the same hymn sheet", sales, servicing and collection and delivery.

I very rarely write reviews but the service that I recently received from Mercedes Leicester in general & Simeon in particular was so exceptional that I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. I have been on this earth for a considerable number of years & have bought cars from a lot of main dealers, including BMW, but the experience of dealing with Mercedes Leicester was completely new. I found a lovely SLK on the website & called at the dealer unannounced to see if I could have a look. I was introduced to Simeon who I found to be professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & literally nothing was too much trouble. What a difference to previous dealings when buying a car. If you fancy a new or used Mercedes, go to Mercedes Leicester & ask for Simeon, you will not regret it. Thank you to everyone at Mercedes Leicester for a really good experience & for a fabulous car.

Mercedes Inchape Leicester were brilliant. Sean who is a young diamond was amazing. He got me the car I wanted from Inchape Liverpool as I had visited Inchape Liverpool the previous day and day before that day to speak to somebody about buying the car. When I arrived at Liverpool Ichape Mercedes, I was told to basically go away as all the sales staff were busy and somebody would ring me to arrange an appointment. Nobody did, so I emailed via their website and received no reply. I called Inchape Liverpool again the next day. The 1st couple of times, the phone was picked up and hung up right way and after eventually speaking to somebody, I was told again that they were too busy and would call me back. Still to this day, I have had no response from Inchape Liverpool. They should be called incapable Liverpool as they are useless space wasting parasites. I visited Porsche in Leicester and almost bought a Cheyenne and arranged as test drive the following Monday. I was passing Ichape Mercedes in Leicester later that day (on the Friday), just to mention to a Manager of how incapable Liverpool had been, when Sean Nealson approached me offering his assistance. I explained the situation and after an initial discussion, he found the car I had seen online and arranged to have it transported to Leicester the following Monday. I inspected the car a couple of days later and bought it immediately. He updates were regular, he was sending me pictures of the car and his enthusiasm rubbed off on me, making me excited to collect the car. Collecting the car was another great experience as I was presented with it in a cover and had to open it like a present. The car is amazing the spec and colour I have wanted for a while. I have told Sean I will be back to replace a BMW 330 convertible for a Mercedes Convertible in the very near future. I strongly advised Mercedes to retain Sean and appreciate him. I am a multinational business owner and strive for people like Sean I my business as they are the back bone to any reputable company.

I did find that costs on a car service can quickly escalate, substantially.
Dealing with staff went well, final invoice has a figure for labour and one for parts added together, other individual items also added, difficult to see how final figure was arrived at.
I am sceptical that any single client will pay the initial quoted sum on a car service agreement at the end.
Value for money is likely not achieved in such a big organisation.

Absolutely fantastic time at Merc Leicester. Only called in to show my boy some cars and they were very friendly and accommodating. Kelly and Chan very friendly and attentive and even made a fuss of my Son and got him a hot chocolate and let us look at the cars. Would recommend this lovely dealership to anybody. My 8 year old even mentioned how nice they were to us. Five star but only as I can’t give 6.
