Positives: Workshop department is very helpful and knowledgeable especially Richard, Jon & Mark who goes the extra mile to help you: 5 stars Sales team is brilliant too I highly recommend Aaron who always helps you to get a great price within a fair timescale: 5 stars Negatives: It’s very difficult getting through to the reception to the workshop on the phone most days it just rings all the way to a full mailbox so normally have to ring back about 10 times throughout the day to get through. When you do get through to the reception to book in the waiting time to get your vehicle in the workshop is about 7 days which is very hard when you are trying to run a business with commercial vehicles that are broken down which I find very frustrating when it’s a commercial garage: 1 star

Had a problem trying to remove a blown headlight bulb so went to see the guys. Within a few minutes a very helpful technician kindly removed and replaced the lamp. Thankyou for your help.

Complex ask given this was on a small bus converted to a motor home, there was fuel leak, numerous other issues all of which have been resolved. The work on the hose was extremely neat. Super-helpful staff, although they did all look extremely busy - Stewart in reception was excellent and a credit to Mertrux. We go to Mertrux for any serious work that needs doing due to their professionalism and high quality work.

I had to have a new battery fitted at your Knights Road Leicester branch and again I was really impressed with the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble. Edit 2 years ago Great service and quick response Very clean and tidy and everyone's seems friendly Today 29th March 2022 Still same as above but drop 2 stars due to the huge wait time for vehicle service and small repair 8 and half hours to do service A and front and back brakes.... seems excessive to me... Still a good firm, but I wouldn't wait for your vehicle 👍

How very disappointing. Delivered Vito for recall on Monday 16th December.2x1hr 10m vehicle journeys to deliver 1hr return.plus 1hr return journey to collect. Work on van not even started. ! ! 2x1hr return vehicle journeys. All at my expense . Looking forward to repeating all this again in the New Year.!!
