I’m really happy with the Kia Picanto I recently bought from midland auto sales. The car is in a great condition and Adam was always helpful, friendly and polite in our interactions. I originally looked at another kia picanto but when I realised it was a lower specification than what I was looking for, Adam went and sought out one in a higher spec for me and reserved it so I could have first look. I experienced a few difficulties with communication and dates got pushed back a few times, hence the 4 stars, but overall I had a very good experience with Adam and he put me at ease and I found him trustworthy, which was very important to me because I am usually wary of car dealers. I would definitely use midland auto sales again!

I bought an 8 year old Fiesta which seemed competitively priced. When I told them I was coming on the train, they offered to pick me up from the station. I was given tea and had plenty of time to look at the car and take a test drive and was generally well looked after! One of the headlight bulbs had blown but they fixed that quickly and all in all, I thought it was a positive experience. They seem to be good people whose reputation seems important to them so no complaints from me.

They gave me a good deal for my part exchange and even dropped the new car to my door. Additionally, I was given a 12 month warranty showing they are excellent and trustworthy.
