Amazing experience with Neil. Bought some products off him for my car. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way for me to make sure i am well versed in car care at home. Providing excellent tips and advise. He was open and honest and providing genuine help and spent a good amount of time with me, which i well appreciated. Very well priced products and have a real good touch to them, i can tell its good stuff which you normally find way more in the shops. Will definitely be visiting again for more product and to get my car done!!! 10/10

Just had my Lexus SC430 detailed by Neil and I was literally left gobsmacked! My classic car looks so much fresher and the paintwork looks immaculate! Neil also did a Carbon clean which has made the car so much more quiet and responsive at the same time. My brother recommended me to Neil and I am so glad he did. Neil is a true gentleman who is really passionate about cars and of course detailing which shows with his level of craftsmanship. Next up the ISF Neil can't wait to see how that turns out after some NP Detailing Magic!

CARBON CLEAN WITH GREAT RESULTS. Took my well maintained diesel to Neil as it was vibrating more than it used too. Mechanics said it was normal over time and I was imagining it as the scan found no issues. Had the car carbon cleaned by Neil whilst I waited. The engine was grumbling before and now it purrs. Much smoother, the accelerator responds easier, and the engine is quieter! Will be bringing all the family cars here from now on. Thank you Neil.

I took my car to Neil, after a previous owner had left bad smell of cigarettes throughout the interiors. Other people who tried cleaning it couldn't get rid of the smell. Neil did an amazing and thorough job and it was like a new car once he was done with it. Neil is a quick communicator, helpful and skilled at his job. Have met Neil at Auto Italia and got some great advice on various products I purchased a selection of product all of which have now replaced my previous cloths. I also have to thank him for the amazing preparation he did on my Maserati 3200 at a recent show at Stonor Park. The drying towel he recommended made the last minute wash ahead of the event very quick. On the day he managed to get the car looking so good I was given an offer I couldn't refuse and the new owner collected the car the next day. I can't recommend the products and advice highly enough.. Gave my Mercedes A-Class AMG Line to Neil for paint correction and Matrix Blue Ceramic Coating. I am extremely pleased with the result. The car looks better than it did when it was new. The gloss shine is mirror like and the speed at which Neil did the job was brilliant. He kept me informed of progress along the way and addressed any concerns I had. I cannot recommend N.P highly enough, took my very dull looking Ford Cmax, with poor headlights, the results are really amazing, the car looks new, even the engine bay looks like it has never been used,and Neil is such a nice guy as well, Ceramic coating next, 100% genuine company

Had a carbon clean done today by Neil. Night and day difference. Engine was "clicky" when arrived, after 30mins it sounded allot better. Highly recommend. Top quality bloke.

Thoroughly recommended! Neil is a real down to earth guy. I had the full interior/exterior/engine bay package done and he explained exactly what he would do and he did exactly what I expected, and more! Unfortunately the car hadn't been looked after very well by the previous owner and there were various deep scratches on the boot and bonnet from bags being dragged along the surface, as well as others on the roof, doors and wings. Neil did his best to remove all of the scratches and spent 3 hours on the bonnet alone! Most of the scratches have now gone and you can't even see the deep ones anymore unless you look up close! Interior and exterior and leather seats are now treated and protected. Paintwork is really smooth outside and dirt/bugs/etc. do not stick to it and dash/seats are protected against UV rays. Engine looks good as new! Neil will not try to rip you off! My car has done ~15k miles and I asked whether I need a carbon clean and he said that I won't need one doing until the car has done 35-40k. He also took the time to talk me through how to look after the car going forward as well as which products to use. Money well spent. You will not be disappointed!
