I bought a Japanese import from these guys & what an experience. I have never known any car salesmen be so friendly and not pushy, they were so helpful & honest it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely be recommending them to others & I will always use them for future purchases. Keep up the good work guys. This is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a good Japanese vehicle.

Lock up full of imports, very helpful but fixated on selling us one car even though there were better models and lower mileage ones! We arrived at about 10:30 and despite there being several issues with the car he said it would / could be ready to go by 4pm and if anything was outstanding it was covered by a 3months warranty. Sorry but I’m not spending £10k to collect a car that might still have faults?? We didn’t purchase from them I’m afraid, but have since found a very honest and helpful importer a bit further afield so will still find our perfect import!

I recently purchased a Honda Spada Stepwagon from Nippon Autos and not only that the car itself have been excellent, the service I received was one of a kind. Coming from London, I was not able to obtain all the necessary documents such as insurance to enable me drive the car to London on the day of the purchase. However, the sales person I dealt with, whom, in the person of Javed, offered to deliver the car to me in London at a later date once all the documents are obtained. Even on his way to deliver the car to me in London, an issue emerged about converting the mileage in the car from km to miles. This made him to return to Leicester and sorted out this issue before I picked up the car at my convenience. Overall, I am happy with the car and the service I received from Nippon Autos.

When I bought my Noah they said they can get any part if I have problems. Recently I had my car broken into. All the main garages have said they couldn't replace my side window. I called Nippon Autos and they said its not a problem. My car now, has its window back in place.. So Nippon Autos... I wanted a Disabled car for my wife . Looking around I did not find what we wanted . I saw Nippon on eBay had a Toyota voxy . Never seen one before had all the boxes ticked . I was very apprehensive with one being so far away and also import . What I know now I should not have been . Friendly dealing very honest and man of his word . Muhammad is polite, knowledge about his cars for sale. I bough Toyota Estima from him. Car was clean and well prepared for long journey, all equipment was 100% in working condition. Muhammad kindly replaced rear brake pads before the car was delivered. So far, I have done 2500 miles and there is no problem at all. Car is quiet and really confortable, equipped with CVT Constant Velocity Transmission which is fuel efficient solution. It is a pleasure to do business with Muhammad, I recommend.

I bought an excellent Elgrand earlier this year. After an extensive search I narrowed down to Nippon Motors. I am very glad that I did. Nippon Motors supplied me with an outstanding example of an Elgrand. It was fully registered and taxed, also a full service with under sealing and a full MOT. Now, if that was not enough, they delivered it right to my door for just a little extra. This was from Uxbridge, London. down to me in Dartmouth. South Devon.! Nothing was too much trouble, even my never ending questions and "what ifs", it being my first ever Elgrand. It has behaved impeccably all this year.My wife says that it is the best vehicle that we have ever had, and we've had a fair number of vehicles over our 50+ years of marriage. The only fault was that it lost some letters from its name badge, Nippon Motors came to the rescue and supplied replacements at No Cost at all !! They have assured me that they can supply me with any spares that I might need in the future, and I have complete conviction that they will. Now,, will I buy from Nippon Motors again? You bet your life I would. No hesitation !!
