I've been looking for a Toureg for a few weeks, and done a lot of studying on what I wanted. I've approached several dealers who had various cars on sale, but they either didn't bother to respond, or the cars had been sold. When I left a request on Parkway Volkswagen's website, I got an immediate response and call from Henry, he was exceptionally professional, went above and beyond in making me a short video showing way more detail than the online images of the vehicle. He responded to questions immediately and within less than 8hrs we'd come to a mutually agreeable deal. Having been a global sales director for over 25 years, I know what good service should look like, and how important it is to engage with the client; Henry did all this and yes I love the car I purchased, but equally we buy from people we trust and that is something I felt I could do instantly with him. I visited VW parkway on the off chance of getting a new car. Everyone i came into contact with greeted me with a smile, were dead friendly towards me and made me feel very welcome - the staff are alot friendlier than other teams i have came across at other car dealerships. I sat down with Oli and explained that i was looking for a T-roc and what can he do for me. He sourced the perfect T-roc for me and two weeks later i drove it away. The whole process was easy relaxed and efficient and will definitely buy a car from them again in the future when im looking to upgrade. Bought a nearly new Golf GTi and I must recommend the whole sales team for their highly professional service. Dan Usher the sales rep is early in his career, but has been trained well and was a pleasure to deal with. He developed some video content aimed specifically for me that was well made and really made a difference in my decision to purchase. From the start of the process to the handover, nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to Steve too, the area manager with whom I had a tough but fun and friendly negotiation on price. The best deals are when both parties feel 100% happy with the deal struck. Just purchased a 2016 VW Touareg "at a distance" and Henry couldn't have been more helpful. Always a concern when you are paying out a large amount of money for something but when it is 200+ miles away it's even more so. Henry did everything he could to make me comfortable with what i was buying - great communication, emails, personal video emailed to me giving a walk round of the car, then another just before it left the garage for delivery yesterday. I spoke to the finance team to get their bank details and to check that my money had arrived and again, first class service. From start to finish, I could tell that Parkway volkswagen had customer obsession at their core. From the initial engagement made from Nathan my sales advisor after I had designed my ideal Tiguan R online, through the process of obtaining my vehicle, right up until I picked my vehicle up, nothing was too much trouble to get me the information advice and help I needed to get the perfect car I wanted, and in the easiest way possible. Nathan was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. After our initial contact, Nathan made myself a short video showing me lots more detail on the vehicle they luckily had in stock than I would have been able to get from just the online images alone. He made himself completely available to any queries I had and responded to them immediately when I did, with the vital information i needed. After having found me the perfect vehicle, unfortunately, because of my own reasons not being able to confirm straight away, I lost the vehicle to another salesman and customer that the next day. Nathan was straight onto the phone to let me know the situation and was proposing other options straight away, as well as putting feelers out to get the same vehicle I lost if he could. He also told me that until the deal on the vehicle I lost was 100% complete, there could still be hope...... And that's what happened. The sale fell through, Nathan got me straight back in, and we were able to make the deal happen 4h later. Top... top...service

This is the only dealership I’ve been to where I’ve not felt pressured or fobbed off with standard car salesman tactics. Me and my partner traveled from Leeds after VW Leeds just didn’t have a care in the world and were as much use as a chocolate fireguard. (If you’re thinking of going to VW Leeds don’t waste your time, the staff were unhelpful and just didn’t have interest in helping) Parkway VW Leicester is the place to go!! We viewed the car online and contacted them before travelling down to make sure it was there and still available; I spoke to Daniel at VW Parkway who was straight away was more than happy to help with the interest in the car. It was a 2 hour drive down, when we got there Daniel had the car ready for us to view and even sorted out the test drive quickly so we could get the proper feel for the car to make sure it was what we wanted. Daniel took his time with us, he understood our requirements and helped us from start to finish hassle free. He did everything to help us and went the extra mile by far. We’ve had the car less than a week and Daniel has still been here to help out with little bits when we have needed it. 100% recommended. 100% Daniel Usher is the guy to go to. Henry Jervis was very responsive. Superior level of customer service and level of care. Henry Jervis was very responsive, very open and honest if asked any questions. Seeing as there’s a waiting list of 46 weeks for a new ID.3, I opted for an Approved Used Car. From reserving my VW ID.3 in the early hours of the morning at 4-5am, Henry responded as soon as he woke up, around 7am. Above and beyond his call of duty. A personalised walk around video of the car was sent, inside and out. A few emails and 1 call and we were finalising everything. 4-5 days later, collecting the car and handing over the keys. Super slick online seamless process. I wanted Henry to be the only point of call from start to finish. He was very hospitable and even made us coffee and treated us well, even when we came back to DiamondBrite Protect the car. I wanted all the bells and whistles once I knew I could trust Henry, which included the tyre, alloy, gap insurance and Smart Insurance. It all came down to the way he went above and beyond. (I never normally like buying into the “extras”). Zero salesy or pressure, this was all because of the process and 1 person from start to finish. THAT’s how you do it! I look forward to future exchanges with Henry Jervis. He is an asset to the team at VW and I was even met by the manager on collection day to ask about how things all went. Now I have my first full electric car, it’s very quick and looks brand new. (Free to charge at Tesco - amazing!💥🦾 or charge over night at home, super cheap to run). From start to finish I was totally impressed with the service I received at VW Leicester Parkway. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Oliver. The car I was interested in was still available so Oliver talked me through how I could purchase the car during these COVID restriction time. After pay just a £99 deposit, the vehicle I was interested in was secured.. I was then sent a personal video of my car by Henry, clearly taking me through some of the cars functions, and a close up view of the interior and exterior of the car. I had contacted a couple of other VW dealers in my local area (Leeds) who were less than enthusiastic and then I messaged Parkway in Leicester. Bought a 2019 shuttle early this year 2021, i travelled from Scotland to Parkway Leicester with advance notice. When i arrived the vehicle was not ready, i waited two hours for the delivery, the interior seats had marks on them and was not clean, waited further to have the sat nav programmed ( nice guy ), the advert said that the vehicle had only just over 4000 miles on it, the true mileage was 6200miles. Excellent. Why am I restricted to just 5 stars when I want feel they deserve more. My elderly mother in law had previously had several bad experiences when dealing with car showrooms and their staff. I decided I needed to help her to prevent people trying to “rip her off”. Never had to go to the showroom or service department unless our plan had to be renewed. The drivers always picked and dropped the car off. Due to the service plan Parkway actually make you a valued customer. Sometimes they go over and above expectations after you complained about a fault etc. Sadly we had to sell our car and the refund process was very quick and got the money back in the same week. We rang the next day to tell them we could not buy the car. I cant remember the gentleman's name but he was really understanding he made us feel better with the decision we had made. I bought a Passat from here in July and was very happy with the purchasing process. However 3 months and 6500 motorway miles later, the rear brake pads failed whilst in France. At the time of purchase, the car was recorded as having 6mm on the rear pads. I questioned this at Parkway and was told 1mm wear equals 1000 miles (something I doubt is correct or new pads and discs each year is going to be expensive) therefore, even though I had only had the car 3 months, they would not be contributing towards the cost (£290) new pads and discs that were now needed. I do except driving styles differ and the fact a DSG uses less engine breaking but; The rear pads have 10 or 12 mm when new (10-12k miles lifespan if the above is correct!) but average life is in excess of 30,000 so the VW technician has informed me. The visible (outer) rear pads had a good 5mm visible when I took the car in. In conclusion I honestly believe the inner pads were at the minimum when I purchased the car or the calliper was not applying braking pressure equally or had malfunctioned from purchase. Either way it should have been covered by my Das Welt warranty or at the very least a significant contribution to the repair by Parkway. Shame but only 3 stars total as I the sales dept was very good but the service side is not as customer focused. Since been contacted by Parkway who were, very fair. In my opinion they now deserve the full 5 stars for the sales and service dept.

Great service department but sales leaves a lot to be desired. Not helpful. I managed to walk in, ask a question and then leave straight away. Didn't even try to sell me a car! Very strange. Returned the following week. I knew exactly which car and spec I wanted (having already got quotes elsewhere as well). I said at the beginning, rather than waste our time going back and forth, just give me your best price, the lowest price you'd feel comfortable with. I'm only taking that first price. That first price when it came back was £7'000 more expensive than Loughborough VW for the same spec vehicle. I have been using this garage for 8 years and have to say its truly world class service from the Leicester branch,by the work shop staff to the front line staff , we have 2 VW GOLF'S and both are in regular on service plans-(arranged via the garage) , MOTs and general wear and tear. We get a courtesy car and free pick up and drop off (subject to availability and only if and when required, it's not always necessary) - or a taxi service locally. Having a service plan really helps as you don't have to part with a lump sum on every service as money is taken out in monthly instalments. Staff are always polite and welcoming even when under immense pressure , work required explained by staff in layman's terms and a short video as to where the faults are,unlike some other garages who are not always upfront and honest. And car gets a good clean before returning free of charge-happy days. Having used many garages over the 25 years this is by far the best. Thankyou VW especially Holly S and manager Ashleiegh Palmer, you are a credit to the organisation in many ways.
