Thanks to Jonathon there, my experience with buying a Citroen C4 from there was smooth and enjoyable. Came all the way there from Sheffield and had a good reception and attention with driving trial in a couple of minutes. In 30 minutes, everything was done, and was driving the car back home. Very friendly and helpful garage. I had some concerns about missing service history for the car I was looking to buy, but Jonathon went above and beyond to chase down the history as it hadn't been provided to him, to allay my concerns. The garage had also fully serviced the car themselves and provides a years warranty on the car and parts. Buying a car can be stressful so this extra mile reassures me about the car I've purchased. I recently bought a Saab 9-3 from these guys. The car was priced well and in good shape. There was no pressure whatsoever when looking at the car and they let me test drive it alone for as long as I needed to. Richard, the salesman couldn't have been any more helpful and relaxed about everything. After owning the car for a couple of weeks a few issues cropped up, which I got in touch about. Paul didn't hesitate to have the vehicle back and even loaned me a car for two weeks whilst mine was being fixed. I can't recommend these guys highly enough and will most definitely be going back whenever I need to buy a car again. Check them out, you won't regret it.

Nice dealership, very friendly welcome when you arrive, and was left alone to look around at the cars which was great, as there was no pressure. We was able to take car out on test drive. We wanted to go away and think about car which they were fine with. Only down side was they are clearly popular as 2 of the cars we went to look at were both sold when we contacted them to buy the one we liked. Would look at this garage again as they have a wide range of cars.

Excellent customer service, trustworthy, honest and efficient dealer, Paul was so helpful, we called to book in a test drive on a car that we liked two days before we could get there, Paul made sure we didn't waste our time driving all the way to the garage, so he confirmed the evening before that the car was still available, he even opened earlier than usual for us on a Sunday, the admin team are very quick at processing the paper work for vehicle registration etc.. everything was done for us. I bought a Peugeot 3008 from Paul Greasley cars, from start to finish nothing was to much hassle for them. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, with no pressure at all. The 2 little faults (parking sensors and digital display) were repaired quickly and with the display by Peugeot main dealers. A first class dealer.Bought car from Paul and Jonathon which was a very easy process.Found slight problem after a couple of weeks with the brakes binding on one wheel. Took car back and it was diagnosed right away and fixed as well and I was on my way home within two hours. I was treated like family and am very impressed with the quality of service given to me.A dealer you can trust.

So bought a car from here for £5500 which within 30 mins was experiencing issues I believe a "dodgy" mot was put on the car by a local mot garage in a nearby petrol station because I health checked the car straight away and found warped brakes and a shock leaking oil and another shock almost leaking, and I was advised it also had a faulty injector, took the car back they replaced the shocks and brakes cleaned the egr valve and replaced sparks which seemed like a good deal but now as I pass warranty I've got to replace all the injectors myself I've never had any experience like this AVOID and if you buy and it has issues just return it. Edit: after talking to the team at Paul Greasley cars even though it's out of warranty they are willing to fix any issues free of charge my only complaint now would be maybe make sure the car has no issues before selling it, but my review has changed due to how this was handled it has been nice to see they are willing to help even past the warranty stage so if you have any issues short term after buying give them a call and see how they can help.

I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe some weeks ago now. It's been an excellent buy! On purchase I pointed out a missing cosmetic cover in the engine bay. That was ordered and replaced. The tow bar was damaged and we went halves on the cost of repairing this, which was perfectly reasonable.

The only thing to watch out for is that you go there with fixed ideas about the make and model you want and end up buying something totally different as the choice and standard of vehicle is impressive.

Went though CarFinance 247 as I'm self employed with 2 mortgages, I'm considered a risk so a lot of lenders wont touch me. Finance was accepted at an affordable rate, but the car I had my eyes on had too many miles on the clock for it to be financed. Found this one on line, 247 did the rest. Tied the collection up with a trip to Grimsby and collected it on the way back, and drove it back to Plymouth. Car was clean, enough fuel to get me to a petrol station. Piles of service history. Helped me out by using the office computer to tax it so it was all ready to drive away. Want a negative through all this positive? Next day the dipped beam headlight bulb went on the school run! Yeah that's nothing. Can happen to any car at any time it's a 'consumable' item. Would I buy another car from these ? Yes. Friendly and accommodating, helped me out storing the car for a while till we could collect it at our leisure.

Very nice, welcoming and most importantly HONEST people - hard to come by in car business. I am extremely happy with my purchase from Paul Greasley. A couple of minor glitches we had on the first day (quite normal for an old car), they were happy to send someone 70 miles round trip to collect the car, repair it (incl new battery + new alternator) deliver it back at my home address next morning. Got a nice focus from here good price Brill condition most these cars are high milage but the price reflects that. Good staff and no pressure selling . I had a problem with my car wich to be honest it was intermittent so the dealers wouldn't have known but they fixed the problem and gave a courtesy car. Can't fault them at all and this is coming from someone who had always been stung and ripped off by almost every car I've had but this company restored my faith in used car dealers. very good car dealer , pleasant sales staff , bought a cheapo Ford Fusion to tie us over until we can afford a better car , it had a couple of knocks on bodywork as you would expect from an older car which only cost £2200 and a small problem with coolant tank leak which they fixed straight away and fitted a brand new tank, it’s been a few weeks and the car is still running great , I would definitely use this dealer again and would recommend highly , thank you Paul Greasley cars
