My wife and I had a great couple of experiences of Porsche Leicester. On arrival and during the visit we were offered refreshments and at our request left to look around at the vehicles we were interested. Once we had completed this we asked to speak to a member of the sales team and promptly Josh met us and we explained our position. We then entered the configuration room where Josh reviewed our configuration and provided advice on it and the delivery of the vehicle, if we were to proceed. Finally, we arranged a test drive of the same model a couple of days later. The subsequent test drive and discussion fully met our expectations. Daisy took me on the test drive around the local area, enough for me to get a good feel of the car. Daisy had a super style during the whole test drive and the accompanying insurance and digital signatures explained perfectly along with technical questions I had on the 911. After the test drive I met up with Josh and we agreed to follow up a few days later to discuss next steps after a period of reflection. This subsequently happened as planned. The whole experience of Porsche Leicester was extremely pleasant, well managed by very friendly and hospitable staff who know they Porsches. There is absolutely no pressure as they listen to your situation and simply offer appropriate advice. A special mention to Josh who has a fabulous manner and style and is someone I'd be extremely happy to work with as well as do business. I thoroughly recommend Porsche Leicester for their approach to customer relations and professionalism.

My vehicle was in for a service, Jack was my service provider, Jack is a asset to this centre, I have now had 3 dealings with him, and each time he will go out of his way to make sure we receive the best experience from any car dealer we have had any dealings with. Emily arranged a test drive at no notice whatsoever. Emily answered all my silly and stupid questions, configured a car for me (despite me changing the colour 3 times). Five star treatment deserves a Five Star Review. Having recently purchased a Porsche Approved used car again, I feel that I must commend Tim Hill for his excellent help and professional approach to the sale. Having met Tim before on a previous purchase, he has enhanced his customer relationship skills to even greater heights, for the benefits of providing first class customer service not only to me, but for all other customers that might be lucky enough to come in contact with him. My first thought was to search the Porsche Web Site to see if Tim still worked for Porsche, but it listed only senior management and not the individual sales people. Why do customer web sites list some but not all of the team?, I am not at all interested in the executives or senior management team but really want to know the customer facing team members. I say either list all the team, or nobody at all. Better still promote Tim to a more senior role so he gets onto the website, after all he deserves the credit for being a great asset to Porsche Centre Leicester. Overall I am delighted with the new car (718 Boxster GTS) and would highly recommend without reservation Porsche Centre Leicester. Thank you to Hytham Namruti and others for sorting out the business side of the transaction, and not forgetting the attentive ladies on reception who happily greet and offer quality refreshments to make the overall ‘Porsche’ experience a total pleasure.

A truly FANTASTIC experience of Porsche Leicester. I only went for an MOT on my car and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff - I felt like I was their No1 customer! The car was swiftly taken off for MOT - I was presented with a lovely cup of PROPER coffee, biscuits etc... sat down in the posh waiting area and had a friendly chat with some of the team... and when the car was brought back round to me it had been given the best wash and valet it had ever had, bottle of water in the cup holder, and a bag of Porsche sweets - HUGE thanks to Clare in valeting. All for the bargain price of a standard MOT :) I can't wait till next year for it's next MOT! haha

Was assured no service costs would be incurred for 2 years or 20,000 miles...4 months and 2000 miles later, the 4 year service was due and Sytner wouldn’t offer any form of apology for the incorrect assurances and any kind of discount for the £1000 service that was needed. Possibly, I was naive, but their customer service is poor. I would’ve accepted that I overlooked this aspect and pay most of the costs - albeit the salesperson did lead me to believe the car would be service free for a considerable time and not just 4 months, but would also have expected the dealership to make some allowances for this misinformation at point of sale with a small discount - but they offered nothing and no acknowledgement of their part in this costly error. However, missing this detail in my sales negotiations in January 2019 was a schoolboy error!! All this leaves me disappointed in Sytner, Leicester, and will not therefore be recommending them and using their services in the future. UPDATE - Porsche, Leicester, contacted me and we have come to a mutually acceptable settlement. The contact from their centre was incredibly understanding and I am happy with the resolution agreed.

On a road trip from Europe and had a problem with my brakes following a track day. Leicester was the closest Porsche dealership along my route and I called in without appointment, at almost lunchtime on a Saturday. Was greeted warmly by the reception staff and the service centre rep, who immediately took my car in for inspection and confirmed my rear brake pads were worn out. Unfortunately they did not have pads in stock or they would have been happy to replace them on the spot. I was assured there was enough pad material to cover the remaining 1000km to get me home (no more track days though!), which was absolutely correct. I asked for the bill for the inspection and was told it was not necessary - the rep was apologetic for not having pads in stock. Absolutely fantastic service, 1st class. I only visited twice to view 2 cars several months ago. I did not buy either car, but the 2 salespersons who dealt with me were professional and did not pressurize me, which puts one at ease. Can't comment on service dept or parts dept, but used sales were good to deal with, despite not making a purchase.
