We found it a absolute pleasure to purchase our new car from Tara Smith . This garage provides a really friendly and non pushy approach to sales which for us , keeps us interested. The car sold itself to us and the job was done as this particular car was sat in the showroom saying buy me , however , rather than just get us to sigh the paperwork, Tara wanted to make absolutely sure we was happy with this car and shown us our other choices of cars which could of resulted in spending less money with the garage so really felt looked after . Even when we had signed the paperwork, Tara’s communication and help was fantastic, and she was so helpful sorting out our own plate without and problems on the day of collection , Tara gave us lots of her time explaining the car and controls . We really felt the whole experience was a joy and can not thank Tara and her manager enough for their fantastic service . I had a problem with my Ford edge and I took it in earlier than they said they could look at it. I spoke to Nicola on the service desk and she was more than helpful from start to finish, great customer service. They diagnosed it as a faulty injector and replaced it the next day which was great. I was also very happy with how professional Matt the head technician was and how he explained everything to me. I would recommend ford to anyone 👍

Derren was extremely efficient and managed to get my car diagnosed that same day and booked in to be repaired the following day. I have purchased 4 cars from the used Ford department at Sandicliffe Ford, Leicester over the past 8 years and will be picking up my 5th today. Chris is our usual sales guy but all the team including Lee, Andy, Rob, Simon and James, not forgetting newbie to the team, Tom are all fantastic and make you feel welcome, a drink is offered from the coffee machine and you are not pressured in any way, shape or form to make a purchase or decision. I had some issues with the finance company that Sandicliffe used to finance my latest car for my new business and rather than just tell me they couldn't do anything they advised me to give them some time to come up with a solution and they would get back to me. This they did within a few hours, talk about go above and beyond the call of duty, I honestly don't think any other car dealership would have gone the extra to help me the way Lee and his team did ! This is why I keep coming back, nothing is too much trouble or a problem, they always do their best to find an answer and solution that suits your needs. I collected my New Focus Focus St Line X from Sandicliffe in August, I am delighted with this car so far, it's the 1st Ford I have had and its great. The customer service from Daniel Bird has been spot on from start to finish from discussing which car to have the ordering and collection nothing has been to much trouble for him. Daniel has answered all my questions either face to face called me back or emailed me. I am very impressed with the level of support and knowledge he has provided over the whole process. On the day of collection my new car took pride of place in front main doors waiting for me, it's was beautifully clean and looked amazing sitting there when I walked up this added to the excitement of the handover. Again Daniel took the time to go through all the cars settings and gadgets no rushing me off. It was nice to see Nik the sale Manager come out to thank me and wish me happy driving.... good old customer service at it best. I have meet many smiley happy Sandicliffe staff on my visits to the showroom over he past few weeks all saying hello. Thanks Daniel and the team great experience with Ford so far... 5 stars from me. Pleasant and friendly staff but ultimately the quality is not up to scratch. The team repaired my car following an RTA but I’ve had to make two separate trips back to the garage (at my own inconvenience) to have two faults fixed that should have been caught before the vehicle was handed back to me. The faults were minor, one electrical/cosmetic (running lights not working) and the other being a cracked and therefore empty washer tank (leaving me unable to wash my windscreen) - even though both are minor, it’s still frustrating that they weren’t picked up in quality control. I’ve had to go back twice to have them resolved, taking around 3-4 hours out of my time and requiring my employer to be flexible with my start time as the body shop is only open Monday to Friday and shuts at 4:30PM. In my view, both issues should have been caught before the vehicle was handed back to the customer following the repair. After raising both issues the team in store were friendly, helpful and apologetic but I do feel that either/both Sandicliffe/Ford should and could have done more to apologise for this.

If possible, I would have given more than 5 stars. I went to the Sandcliffe branch in Leicester where the direct manager was Sean Barker. I was tended to by Mike Sirrell who was beyond helpful. He helped me throughout the entire process which made it so much easier for me to make my decision in purchasing the vehicle. When I went in to purchase the vehicle, I was amazed by how well everyone was following social distancing rules. I had my first service carried out on Tuesday 28th August. Initially there was an issue with a software update which they had not been able to complete on the day, of which I was unaware, after talking to Pele Acierno this was quickly fixed, i took the car back to them without an appointment where the software issue was promptly sorted - Thanks very much for that, they even offered to put fuel in my car to cover my extra mileage and also road tested the car to investigate a knocking noise from the near side front and this is now booked in for warranty repair in 1 week. This rating is based solely on the after service for sandicliffe Leicester. Nobody like to take a vehicle to the garage as it usually means it's going to cost you money. But sandicliffe are not too bad. It can be difficult to get through to them on the phone and you do have to go through the call center. Most of the vehicles we take here are under warranty so can't comment on labour rates etc. They staff are friendly and do give updates. I don't know what the buying experience is like but there's lots of vehicles on display new and used. Some nice vehicles parked inside on the display. As well as WiFi and tea and coffee facilities in the waiting room.

Another 5 star experience from the team at Sandicliffe Ford, Welford Road, Leicester. My Ford Focus developed a fault yesterday afternoon, booked it in straight away with Derren on the service desk for 8am today ( Friday 22nd February ) ...as my car was still driveable, even in "limp mode" I took it down and was booked in by Liam on the service desk, another extremely polite and professional young man. Just over an hour later the fault had been diagnosed, repaired and my car was ready to collect. How good is that for customer service ? Thank you Liam and Derren and the techs that sorted the issue, very very pleased and happy with the service. Once again, I highly recommend Sandicliffe Ford , Welford Road Leicester who deliver great customer service every time. Thank you all.

Sandicliffe took over the Ford franchise from Evans Halshaw earlier this year. The service is mediocre. My parents live near their Hucknall dealership, they were offered a stupid figure to part exchange a c max which was originally supplied by them plus the cost of a Ford Ka. The monthly payments were ridiculous. Fishers of Wigston offer better deals

The dealership is easy to get to near the Leicester Tigers ground. Parking isn't a problem despite how busy it gets as you are greeted by a staff member who helps you park. Everyone is really friendly leaving you to browse in your own time but are there if you need them. It's even better that there's a cafe there that you can have breakfast or lunch at while you make up your mind. The beauty of the dealership size is they have a lot on offer so often more deals and more cars to test drive!

I have usually found Ford to be very good but a recent MOT for my daughter was not so good. Car delivered the previous night with the MOT planned for 8am to 10am. She got a call mid afternoon as they could not find the keys!!! They asked about the person who took the keys. They then got a call saying it would be ready to collect between 5pm to 6pm. No call to say come and collect so they phoned Ford at 5.30pm and were told it was ready for collection. When they went to collect it they were trying to charge her for the MOT even though she has a Ford Care Plan which includes MOT's. I had to take my car in today and there were two people who were not happy with their service. Hopefully just a glitch for this week but be prepared for confusion.

Just taken delivery of my new Kuga. Tasha in sales was very good and kept me informed from day one. Ford themselves let sandicliffe down with appalling delivery schedule, over two months for a pre built model. I actually started to feel sorry for Tasha, I know she did everything she could to speed things up. Since delivery she has checked in to make sure everything is ok and I’m happy, sorting out one small issue the same day, and also getting me details so I could install dash cams and parking cameras. I would definitely recommend Tasha. Not pushy at all just gives you the details, prices etc. I will definitely deal with her again.
