I bought a second hand car here from Donna and felt really safe with her expertise and experience. It felt like a personal interaction and not just a sales transaction. They buy cars that they are happy to sell to their local community and there's no reason for them to mess anyone around. I've had the car for 7 months now and I feel I got exactly what I was told. Purchased a car 2 years ago - Mazda 2 - for my wife and it has just sailed through its 2nd MoT. When we bought the car we couldn't fault the service provided. No pushy sales just an open, honest discussion about the car we ended up with. The garage took it through its MoT so we had 12 months 'ticket' and anything flagged as advisory was fixed before the car was handed over. We will return here when we're looking at buying again.

Everyone knows going to buy a new car cab be a stressful experience. However the staff at Sapphire really put you at ease. They are very friendly and they make you feel like you have been friends for a long time. They where very honest and you can tell they buy cars that have been well looked after. We had a small issue but it was quickly rectified. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a mid priced car. The prices where very reasonable so no need to barter. When you don't know much about cars it can be difficult to find the right car but with expertise on hand at the garage we where over joyed with the outcome and we are totally in love with our new car.
