Was in search of a replacement locking wheel nut key. Having called to book an appointment I was given a good time to pop in without booking a formal slot. Once there I was seen immediately and the correct key code was established. A few days later the key arrived in the post. No hassle, very helpful, making everything simple and straightforward.

I am now the proud owner of a new Jeep compass part exchanging my 14 year old faithful Volvo moving into the modern era!!!! I had the best experience buying a brand new car at the Sturgess dealership. I was impressed from the first call I made and contact with Amy Willett who was terrific. Buying any car is a major deal and Amy made the process a very good experience for me. Having found the deal online and explained what I was looking for we had a chat and the phone call made me feel that I could trust her and follow this onto the next stage which was to visit the dealership in Leicester. The building was very warm and welcoming and the staff in general from reception, other sale staff and the Manager that I came into contact with were all genuinely friendly and welcoming. So after a successful test drive the wheels were in motion and the deal sealed, getting what I describe as the deal of the century, so good in fact I was sure the pound sign was a missing digit it was so good. The car is a dream and now I am studying the manual there are so many features, it seems that it is practically doing the driving by itself! Amy was the Sales Women of the year and was very patient, and Kind and genuinely seemed to care about any query around the car and allayed any concerns I may have had around things I didn't not understand in the beginning. I felt I got the added bonus in what was my first experience of a Female sales assistant, I suggest more are needed for the car industry. What I got here with Amy which other dealerships did not meet, was her ears. Amy listened to all I said I wanted and then was able to help me achieve that and was able to reiterate that back to me when I was becoming unsure of what I should do around which offer I needed. I was given time, I did not feel rushed, I was shown hospitality whenever I visited, and I was manually shown how the car operated before driving off. Thank you Amy for making what can potentially be a stressful experience into a delight and very empowering one. I highly commend you for you professionalism as well as your humanity, you managed to do the two excellently.... after all that's what life is about isn't it!

Very helpful with finding the part I needed on the phone been in another time in person very helpful in finding me the parts I needed. They even gave me the parts diagram for future reference. Cheap prices on parts and got it delivered for the next day. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased an approved used car from the Sturgess Dealership and cannot fault the service provided from beginning to end. Initially it was a mere trip to look at a car. It is true what they say - you don't just buy from a place, but the people too! The car salesman, Ross, said he has not been there long and I would not have known if he did not say. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much for him and he was so patient. George was also just as attentive and friendly. Both Ross and George made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you both very much for making my first car purchase from a dealership such a pleasure. Very impressed by both the deal & friendly service from Dipesh & Megan. Dipesh was able to locate a Stelvio Quadrifoglio with a sunroof and in the colour I wanted, when the local Southwest Alfa dealer said, that no such car was available in the country or even on the Alfa stock list in Italy! Dipesh gave me a fair price on my trade in and it was well worth the 200 mile plus trip to Leicester to collect my car, that had my list of extras added, all within 3 weeks of placing the order.😀 I would thoroughly recommend Sturgess to anyone looking for a good deal on an Alfa Romeo

Great car love it, only disappointment was the car had only 6000 miles on as it was there demonstrator but they could not find its handbook or service book and the spare tyre with its tools where just lying loose in the boot, not good as they had a week before I called down to collect car.
