I have recently had dealings with two of the staff at Sturgess Fiat Leicester for two separate vehicles! Ellie Chapman and Muhammed Variava. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! We received the best service from the very first enquiry for both cars until the day of collection from Ellie and Mo! Both extremely friendly and helpful throughout every step of the process and made it so seamless and personal and EXTREMELY professional. On hand over the phone and over email for any questions or queries we had without any hesitation! They sent me regular updates on the process and personal videos of the car when it was ready! I bought a Fiat 500 soft top in February. I found all the staff very helpful and knowledgable. All business was conducted by phone and email as I live a long way from Leicester. The staff on the switchboard soon got to know my voice after a few phone calls! Callum managed the sale for me and explained the process excellently at every stage. Tariq sorted out the road tax on the day of delivery and the young lady who delivered it negotiated our crazy one way system to park it right near me. I bought a used 2015 Fiat 500 from Sturgess Leicester in December and have been asked by Sturgess to leave a review. The help in answering my questions, arranging for collection and all round customer service was very good (from the sales side of the business). I bought this car on line and spent a lot of time asking detailed questions to make sure I was buying the car that I wanted. I would however say that there was a couple of questions where, looking back, the reply's that I received to some of my questions were cleverly worded and avoided the full facts. For example I was to that I would receive the Fiat used car warranty. On the face of it you would think that Fiat provide the warranty. In fact this is a third party warranty where you have to obtain approval from the third party in the event of a claim. In itself I don't think this would have been an issue but this should have been explained clearly as I was given the impression that the warranty was a Fiat warranty. Secondly I asked a number of times about the car's leather interior and was told several times that the car had full leather seats. In my mind and I think quite reasonably, I was paying a premium for leather. In fact the leather is not genuine leather. Fiat use a form of imitation / synthetic. Again this was not in my view correctly represented or explained and only came to light when I had the car for a couple of days. I like the car that I have bought, but there is a disappointment as I feel that I was not given the full honest facts when I asked.

Extremely helpful although not fully transparent when purchasing a car although as with a lot of dealerships they significantly inflate prices and required work when it comes to servicing (if they even remember they sold you the car) and had poor after-sales although I hope that has changed now.
