D. B.Good quality cars for sale. Watch out for sales staff, some of them are just sales sharks looking to make as much profit as possible. Don't think about customers returning to change their cars in a few years time.

The whole experience was about as positive as you could ask for: we were greeted on arrival by a member of staff who immediately found us a sales rep to talk to; he (Jack) was fantastic. Patient, thorough, absolutely no pressure but very attentive. We also had contact with several other staff (all friendly and helpful) including the sales manager, who was only too happy to talk us through various options, and try to find us a deal that worked for us.
The whole atmosphere was pleasant and friendly, and the comfy waiting area with drinks and biscuits was very much appreciated, especially by my gran! Staff kept checking in on her, demonstrating much more care and customer service than you find in many other places. Wholly impressed with the experience from start to finish.
