First time i've been to Sturgess, I can honestly say that the whole experience was fantastic. The salesman Nigel Ford went above and beyond what I expected, which resulted in me purchasing the car I wanted and driving away a very happy man. Dave Johnson and his colleagues were nothing but absolute professionals ! The entire process of purchasing a car was easy, straight forward and transparent. There we no hidden taxes, not yesbuts. I did my part, they did theirs and everyone was happy. Today I picked up my car. I was explained once again every commitment that I was taking, had my final credit check and there she was ! David sat in the back and guided me on the more not so obvious features of the car then answered each and every question I had at the time. I felt like all eyes were on me. I have recently purchased a used Jaguar E-Pace R Dynamic HSE from Sturgess Narborough Road, which although we still facing difficult times was a very pleasing experience, the salesman Daniel Farrell has been extremely helpful during and post purchase, nothing was too much trouble. The car itself is nothing less than excellent, there were a couple of niggles however, they have been sorted out by the service department with no hassle at all. Purchased an approved used car from Richard Brown @ Sturgess Jaguar Leicester. Richard was extremely helpful and customer focused throughout the whole process. He arranged a test drive for us with a small refundable deposit to hold the car until the weekend which he advised and I'm glad I did otherwise the car would have been sold to another customer. On the day of the test drive everything went really well. Richard was happy to rectified any minor bodywork issues the car had. Not sure whats happened to these guys lately. My Jag XE has always been a bit flaky but the saving grace was that Sturgess Jag really looked after me whenever I had any problems. However in the last week I've called four times asking for the Service Department only to be told someone would call me back, I haven't received one call back despite making them aware of the issue on my last call. I ended going to Jaguar Coventry who called me back in half an hour and had me booked in for a 'while you wait' repair 3 days later. Hopefully it's just a bad patch or maybe they are short staffed at the moment.
