Picked up our 2nd new Fiat within the space of 6 weeks from Sturgess last weekend. Great service from Amy and the team who were willing to do that extra bit to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and help facilitate the 'deals'. A refreshing change from other local dealers (Coventry I shouldn't mention them really *cough* Research / Allen Ford / Suttons) who talked the talk but failed spectacularly to walk the walk.

Dealing with Sturgess Leicester for the purchase of a new Land Rover has been a refreshing experience, in a world of under-performing dealers. Having been bored by poor service locally, I chose a dealership 90 miles away, which was recommended by a friend. Glad I did, couldn't be happier with the personal service I received and the support and advice during the buying process from Daniel Farrell. My car was delivered on time and with quite a ceremony. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and engaging and they clearly have a passion for looking after their customers and cars. Outstanding!

I have just purchased a used Land Rover Discovery from Richard at Sturgess Leicester and had a very refreshing experience. I am very happy with the car, and the buying experience was relaxed and honest. No pressure, and a practical approach to what options that were available to me after having very recently bought a car that did not suite our needs. Richard was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making me make the correct purchase. I went away from Sturgess without the usual dribble of fuel in the tank and three Kangaroos and an umbrella. The coffee Machine was out of order but you can not win them all. WHAT SERVICE!! I have recently purchased a 2020 Evoque from Sturgess Leicester. Jack Davey the sales man who dealt with my purchase was amazing! To say the least it was not a smooth deal but Jack did his best under extreme pressure ( Not to do with the Dealership).Jack kept us informed at all stages of the process and was outstanding in his determination! I am so pleased with my new car. Land Rover have done a fine job on this new car. What a difference from my old Evoque (2016). I hope the Service Department can live up to the brilliant service I have received from Sales. CONGRATULATIONS JACK!!

Travelled to Leicester to meet with Nigel to view an Evoque and from the minute we arrived we were looked after at the front desk and offered refreshments. Nigel was very prompt for our appointment and extremely helpful and took the time to address our questions and go through the entire purchasing process with us. Even though we were buying an approved Landrover, we were treated as if we were buying the top spec Range Rover, with no pressure selling on either the car or the products. A totally pleasurable experience would definitely recommend Nigel and the dealership to provide you with that extra special customer service.

Having an older Volvo we have been looked after extremely well. There is no pressure to change it for a newer model and the staff are excellent. We are told what any repairs are going to cost beforehand and there is no pressure. Customer service is excellent and they could certainly teach others how to treat customers. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will always be taking the car back to them in the future.

I found the whole experiencie great! Never having spent so much on a car before I wanted to make sure that my new Land Rover Discovery Sport was going to be dovetailed to exactly what I wanted. Simon Row (Sturgess Land Rover, Leicester) was very helpful in this respect and also very patient with the many "tweaks" to our order that we kept making. Very good at explaining all the ins and outs, not only of the buying process but also of going through all the controls and gizmos on handover. Would definitely buy another car from this guy!

This is my second experience of purchasing a car from Sturgess, I have been very happy with the service as they seems to go the extra mile to seal the deal. On 15 August '19 I was served by James who was very easy to talk to and not remotely pushy. I ws initially disappointed with the car options I had to choose from on a tight budget but after a couple of test drives and a lot of discussion I decided on a Suzuki Baleno. I'm very happy with the car, a lot more leg room and boot space and just feels more robust, quieter with the added features of sat nav, air con and reverse guide. Thanks Sturgess.

Absolutely first class service, from the team at Sturgess Jaguar/Land Rover. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from them. The courteous professional approach, starts the moment you arrive at the dealership. The door is opened for you, followed by a greeting from the friendly reception staff. Refreshments are then offered, shortly followed by another warm reception by a member of the sales team. I have found the whole process to be smooth and faultless, from inception, to hand over, where the vehicle is unveiled for you. A big thank you to Ivan Whittingham. We bought a lovely White Renault Megane Covertable last Saturday and just wanted to say how pleased we are with the car as well as the level of service we received. We travelled a long way to view the car we saw online and we were not disappointed. Kiril was great, very friendly and honest, he had nothing to hide, as my husband actually works for a Renault main dealer as a senior technician, and we were able to check the car over thoroughly. We would definitely recommend Sturgess in Leicester as all the staff were great but a special thank you to Kiril.

Just bought a beautiful 17 plate Audi A6 black edition for these guys. I dealt with a lovely young lady called Cora. Not once did I Experience any pressure sales talk from Cora. Lisa was great. She explained everything clearly, explained differences between cars and made sure I had a decent test drive. The car I chose fits my needs and has the things I wanted in it, such as inbuilt satnav. Sam sorted out the financial side of things abnd (thankfully) he explained what the different financial bits mean. This is the 2nd car I have had from Sturgess, the previous one had all its services and MOT there and it was a pain free experience. I had previously shied away from dealer service as I assumed it would be much more expensive than elsewhere. Overall, it was a really good experience and although I have only just got the new (used) car I would happily recommend Sturgess Leicester as 'good guys'.

Would have had 5 stars but here's the verdict. Plus points. Excellent pre-purchase service from Amy. Used Alfa Romeo FP67 WVE. I live in York so I bought the car remotely from Leicester. Got the train to Leicester and Amy picked me up in my car. Scuffed front valence replaced even before I've seen the car.. excellent. All good! Minus points. Disappointed on the tear found on the driver door seal when I got home. This should have been spotted and rectified. I now need to go to my local Alfa dealer for a warranty claim. Tyre emergency kit is missing from the boot well. Currently waiting for response from Sturgess on this. Most Importantly, I was disappointed that with only 2268 miles to the 36000 miles service that I could not get this cost included in the price asked for the car. Overall good service but the detail things listed above not great.

having been a loyal customer of a large BMW dealership for many years i found myself looking at other alternative vehicles to suit my changing requirments and the Hyundai santa fe was looking a possible choice (if not somewhat reluctant after owning bmw,s for over 12 years or so}but when i contacted Olivia in sales via email she very promptly sent me details without bieng pushy then followed this enquiry up a week or so later to which i called in and test drove the vehicle at my leisure again to pushy sign here tactics instead i was leftb to walk away and consider my options, i duly returned and purchased an ex demonstrator Hyundai santa fe which was fully valeted and sent through the workshops for a detailed pre handover inspection to my complete satisfaction {not an easy feat i am quite paticular!]. The whole team from sales ,reception and workshops are a credit to what seems to be a genuine family run buisness that really does put customers first and i look forward to a long lasting customer relationship with them,all staff that i have had any interaction with have been great nothing too much trouble, well done Olivia,Mark{sorry again about your pen!]and all the workshop& reception

We were originally looking at the Hyundai Tucson at the Anstey dealership as a tow car for our caravan. We decided we prefered the Santa Fe but none were available at our price range. We spoke to Ben Love who we had dealt with from day one and he agreed to source a Santa Fe from elsewhere on our behalf. As promised, the Santa Fe was waiting for us on our return from holiday and following a thorough inspection and test drive we bought the vehicle. Additional items such as tow bar and side steps were fitted at a very competitive price. We had one item which needed action to be taken and I returned to the Anstey dealership to address the matter. The service manager dealt with the matter personally, took the vehichle to their workshop where the matter was rectified whilst I had coffee in the dealership. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Ben Love should be commended for his "going the extra mile" mentality. He was first class throughout the whole thing, Nothing was too much trouble for him and he fullfilled every promise he made. It has been a pleasure doing business with Ben and we thank him for everything he did on our behalf.

When I called the following day to enquire about the car, I spoke to Carl who was extremely helpful and after information that I wanted to know about the car, I reserved the car until the weekend to go and view. Upon arrival we were greeted and dealt with brilliantly by Carl. The whole process has been easy and seamless, with excellent customer service. I love the car and will certainly be recommending them in the future.

Cannot rate this dealership enough !!!! I had so much hassle trying to get the documentation together and they sorted everything for me . Disappointing. Took my Nissan Qashqai for a service as a first time customer and noted a couple of faults that the Strugess say they was unable to replicate. I was also promised a valet with my 5pm pick up which was also not done as promised. I can only think they were not bothered with the problems and valeting the car as promised. If you promise something then deliver! I won't be back and won't be recommending either.
