Suzuki Vitara 2019 Looking for a new car can be both time consuming and exhausting but not with this family run company. David Boulton was extremely professional and didn't try to upsell the kitchen sink like some do and made our purchase extremely easy to complete. David answered any questions we had during the process especially it being a remote/long distance purchase. Becky brought our car to us on a low loader Leicester to Devon so a bit of a journey but it arrived lovely clean and tidy. Becky had kept us informed as to her ETA along the way so we knew exactly when she was arriving. If You are looking for great Customer service, fantastic quality cars. Sturgess are the ideal solution.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Sturgess twice (purchasing vehicles) and on both occasions I have found it well worth the drive from my home in York to Leicester to do the deal. The price that they offer on the cars they are selling is very, very competitive and the part exchange value offered for my car, on both occasions, has been extremely fair. Their showroom is immaculate, the vehicles well displayed and the staff, without exception, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would however particularly like to single out Mr James Fry for a special mention. Excellent service from initial enquiry through to handover. James provided personalised and informative videos which helped me to gain an overview of the cars before I came over. He had even parked the cars under cover so I could inspect them at leisure. It was no problem to test drive more than one car. He was helpful, not pushy and efficient. The experience of purchasing a Hyundai I10 with Carl B was excellent, an easy approach to all the details and options were clearly presented with no high pressure salesmanship. Carl was very knowledgeable about the car and if he did not know the answer to a specific question, he made it his priority to find the answer. We went to Sturgess of Leicester to see an Ignis that had only done 5 mile rang before we left yes the car was still there got there an hour later to be told the car had been sent out as a curtesy car we where disappointed but where told a 70’s weekend and maybe they could get us a new car for a good price which we did end up doing the Ignis We bought is nice quiet and we are really pleased with it. David has been really good has kept In touch made sure we are happy with the car and that we had no problems. He explained everything to us and is a good salesman. I have only put 4 stars as the valeters let the car down we lifted the mats out to see if we could change them for rubber mats we where surprised as under the mats it there where muddy foot prints and dead leaves. There was polish on black surfaces and in the grooves round windows. Yes My husband and Son are in the motor trade so are fussy. I was more upset about the muddy foot prints than anything else. When I told David he to was upset and offered me a free valet but Birmingham to Leicester is a long way. We went to there because Suzuki Sutton Park could not be bothered when we went there. Well Done David.
