Very professional team.. Saw the advert online, went for next day viewing and we finalised the deal immediately, because the car was in perfect condition and at very good price (below market average infact). They helped me in fitting the reverse camera and delivered it at door steps quickly :) Looking forward to drive my first car

From the initial phone call to driving the car away the whole process was a pleasure. Adam was very helpful on the phone and when we turned up to view the car he let us have the keys and then left us alone to look over it. So different to most dealers breathing over your shoulder telling you how good the car is. I then emailed some questions later that evening. Adam answered and I paid a deposit to hold the car. I turned up next morning and the car was ready for me. The paperwork was really quick and I was on my way with my new car which I am really happy with. Avoid the car supermarkets and support a local business, highly recommended

Excellent customer service from the team. I was supplied with a video viewing of the car along with pictures of all the paperwork which I asked for. After hunting for ages looking for my second car that ticked all the boxes, I came across Syston Autos with a really nice VW Golf GT 2009. It was a bit late to view but me and my dad went anyways and we were greeted with the best staff I have seen yet. They geninely cared about helping you find the right car, and explained everything that I needed. ( I had been to other garages saying cambelt had been done but on visit it hadn't) Once we checked out the car we went for a test drive where we was very pleased with the vehicle. On test driving the vehicle there was one thing for concern which we brought forward to the dealership and then sorted it within a week with a local mechanic that truly enjoys his job. Upon test driving it again I went with the purchase. My favourite part about this garage is there standing support with customers that is untouched by any other garage. Post-Puchase If you encounter any mechanical faults within there large list of stuff they will fix this for you quickly. I have since took contact with this mechanic with his amazing work and he will be my first call if anything goes wrong. Kam, you were amazing and since buying the car in january, the vehicle has been amazing. Keep up the good work! Danny

I needed a car and quickly. I was searching around for a few days, but didn't find anything that suited the budget and specification i needed. This place came up and i thought i'd take a look as there were a few cars in my interests. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely gent called Kam. He guided myself and partner around the dealership and took us over to the cars i'd already viewed. Shortly after, we made a decision on the car we liked and the rest of the process was just so smooth. We're now happy owners of a volkswagen up which has great mileage with 3x previous owners.
