Consulted at every stage,video of vehicle being checked,it's why it's worth paying that little extra to let THE REAL PROS at BMW do their thing!!

I have just taken delivery of my 4th 1 series BMW from Sytner Leicester. This time I have gone for the 128ti. I am thrilled with this new addition and it's performance. As always, the sales representative Kirsty Collins gave me first class service from ordering to delivery, keeping me informed on the manufacturing progress all the way.

Great service from the outset. Purchased an m140i from them. Car was and still is great. Reason for three stars is communication can be improved in certain areas. I was told that the car has apple car play. After the sale I found out that I had to pay extra to have it activated. It wouldn’t have changed my decision to purchase but definitely wasn’t great to find out after the fact. Was also promised a follow up call one month after purchase but never received one.
Overall I’d say give them a try but triple check the options that are important to you and that you don’t need to pay extra.

Absolutely superb service and patience. Was having trouble with my bank getting money transferred and Lee was very patient and understanding.
They even lent me a car to go and pick up my lad from school and partner from work, waited till I got back to pick up our car as the money was eventually transferred.

Great service from Sytner. Dealt with Karan in service dept. As soon as the technician drove my 6 Series from the parking bay he knew my tracking was out. This was corrected during my end of warranty check. Just goes to show that you can be driving around and everything seems normal, but in reality it's far from it. Car drives much better now. I felt the service at the begging was great and as soon as the purchase was agreed we felt the communication was poor, we had recently purchased a BMW from Cinch and found this communication to be a lot slicker, the car itself was in good condition except for a few stone chips on the bonnet that had been touched up with a pen, I was expecting higher standards from a main dealers but this was obviously not to be.
I feel you would possibly get a better warranty from a main dealers but this will be come more apparent as times goes on.
I just hope they don’t let me down when I need them.

You cannot fault the professionalism of the staff at Sytner Leicester BMW. I rang the dealership on Friday morning, looking to purchase and collect the car within 24 hours, I spoke to Daniel Parkes (Sales) who helped with with my request completely, within 3 hours we had sorted the financials, Saturday morning I was in the dealership, exchanging my car and picking up the new one. Had both cars in for recalls first one you lady who was awesome looked after me well kept me updated and helped me change the time in the next days recall for my 5 series. Second day nobody came to see me I sat there waiting 1.5 hours nothing. Then a chap came over and said all done for you sir and we gave it a wash and vacuum! Nooooo! I just polished the scratches out of the bonnet and not there are some fine scratches which have appeared. I asked i didnt want it washing?? And if you had come to see me when I got there I would have said. The service changes from person to person the young lady I had was really good! Manager praise her she was really good!

With the huge delays within the motor industry, Sytner did an excellent job in keeping me informed on all progress of my car.

Expensive but fixed my parking sensors issue. Good also they do an overall check and recommend other fixes e.g. wheel balancing. Don't always have parts in stock which meant even though I dropped the car at 9am, it didn't get checked until 4pm and being a Friday had to leave the car over the weekend.

From the first phone call from Ryan Kelly after my enquiry on a BMW 5 Series to handover, the customer service provided is second to none, great experience with a smooth handover.
He was not pushy at all like other sales rep my Wife and I had spoken to, he talked us through the process of purchase as well as part exchange, the Car was in Prep as it's a used approved, he kept us updated as to when our Car would be ready for handover. He was on annul leave for a few days, but was more than happy to reply to emails with queries that we had, Ryan was absolutely amazing, patient and understanding.
I highly recommend anyone who is interested in a new/used car to speak to Ryan, he might be young but has vast knowledge in the field and will be able to help you find the Car that is right for you, don't let his babyface look deceive you ;-)

After four weeks of purchasing a car from BMW Sytner I had minor teething issues with the car with the radio not working. I got in contact with Robert Clarke Sales Manager at Sytner and he organised pick up of my car and also arranged for me a hire car not to mention the distance of 240 round trip. Although it being christmas week he still managed to organise this for me and i got a courtesy car of like for like brand new.
Robert had his technicians to have a look at the fault.
The car needed a new part and had to be ordered from Germany and was on a back order. Rob kept in contact with me with regular updates and I got my car back all working and he also got the front bumper painted I requested. They did this as a goodwill gesture and did a great job.
I was very impressed with this customer service hence this is the reason i bought a used/approved car from BMW Sytner in Leicester.

I might be rating the MyBMW app rather than Sytner. The quote of the app was not the same as quoted by the service person on arrival and the 90 minute waiting appointment was over 2 hrs. If the app hadn’t set expectations then I would say the experience was 5 stars. Plenty of space, video update, car wash and vac. All reasonable value for money for BMW.

Sytner always deliver first class service from the pre call letting you know who is keeping you up to date about your car whilst it’s in the workshop.This is why I always take my car there, they keep you well informed and send a health check video so you can see for yourself the health of the car and any issues they identify. Been using Sytner for 4 years, everything on my BMW gets done here bar tyres, but this visit I initially had a bit of trouble with a service advisor over a warranty claim and wasn't happy with how she handled it, Not going to mention a name as it's all sorted now but at that point it did make me want to use another BMW dealer next time. But I'd like to say thanks to the service area manager Gareth Sheldon who took the time to phone me up the day after to sort it all out over the phone and sorted what I went in for the day before straight away the same day he phoned me. Fair play he was a really nice bloke and couldn't have been any fairer and more helpful than he was. Sytner you've got a good service manager there and he's kept a loyal customer! All companies sometimes have problems like this but it's how they sort it that counts and I honestly can't fault Sytner for how they sorted it. Thanks again!

Will Thomlinson looked after us from start to end. He was very helpful in finding the car we wanted and kept us informed at all times.
We did wait a little long for the car to be prepared and delivered from another branch, however, that wasn't Styner Leicester's fault and thanks to Will who helped speed up the delivery.

I was baffled as to why you don't, on a major service, replenish the ad blue. You do after all top up the screen wash. Coincidentally as i collected the vehicle it said the ad blue reserve had been reached. Why don't you do this at the service? Not very satisfactory.

Hello, this is my first time buying a BMW directly from a dealership and I have had a pleasant experience.
I made an enquiry on the BMW Web page and a sales representative called Andrew phoned me to discuss my requirements and other factors.
Shortly after Myles called me to discuss about a different vehicle. Which in the end worked out to be a much better deal.
The process was completed within less then 48hrs over the phone with the car being delivered to my door step.(Today 30 May 21)
I noticed a dent on the passengers side door but I am still giving this review 5 stars! Why because even after noticing this I was assured the error will be rectified with a replacement car from Andrew who personally drove the car to my house for delivery today.
The manners respect and professional courtesy shown was the main factor for me to conclude my business with this dealership. I asked multiple questions regarding the vehicle and not once was there any sign of annoyance from Myles he answered each question and where he couldn’t he didn’t just play ignorant or feed me a false answer.
I hope this review assists both the supervisors of Myles and Andrew, also anyone else looking at this review prior to their business with the dealership.

From initial inquiry through to collection of the car, Dave was patient whilst I was making a decision and didn’t make me feel pressured. I repair cars as a hobby and had couple of technical issues with I couldn't seem to resolve o know what issues were. I know it would cost more if taken to a independent Diogenes garage as I know sometimes they diagnose by replacing parts unnecessarily until they come to a actual fault part which cost alot more. Were there company that developed the car would have a better understanding on there models of cars.

One minor issue with a missing owner's manual but that was rectified within a couple of days. I was concerned about buying a car without being able to see it in the flesh first, but you do have peace of mind that there is a 14 day cooling off period, and I'd have no problem doing it again based on my experience.

Sytner Leicester is a warm and welcoming BMW dealership. I hadn’t driven a BMW for 8 years and was thinking about moving over to petrol. I found a car I liked however had no idea of the drive as I had been driving an Audi. All I wanted to do was get behind the wheel, get a feel for the drive and then decide what I wanted to do in my own time. I was introduced to Simeon Mitchell. Simeon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times! He wasn’t the typical pushy sales man, I was actually dreading just speaking to him. I was completely wrong. We spoke about my requirements, he listened and then he went to work.. he found me a couple of options within budget and spec. The one I test drove wasn’t quite right for me. We increased the budget by a little bit and we found the perfect one, obviously we went back and fourth on numbers, however in the end everyone was happy. The level of customer service is always exemplary, however I was slightly annoyed at being held to ransom over the cost of a new tyre in order to achieve my first MOT pass! We managed to compromise on price, but it was still more expensive that a a local tyre fitter.
I had my alloys appraised and Sytner actually gave me a competitive price, unfortunately you have been poor at getting back in contact to discuss the work, along with a lack of reply regarding some warranty work.
Your customer service (in the showroom) is excellent, less so your body shop follow up.
(As an addendum to this review Sytner have been in contact and we have resolved the matter satisfactorily with a plan going forward. Raj (the body shop manager) has been extremely helpful and I now have the MINI booked in for repairs. I’m looking forward to having the work carried out and seeing, in particular, my alloys looking as new).

I’m very torn about how many stars to give them.
I took it in to them and asked them to look at the Bluetooth in my car for my phone. They found a fault, told me the only way to fix it was to order a replacement part and quoted me. I agreed to have the work done.
Throughout the whole time of them having the car (Thursday 20th May - today, 24th May) they’ve kept me update via text or my service advisor called me, he tried his best to get me a courtesy car so I could go to work today but no luck, not the end of the world, I’ll have the day off.
I collect it and find that I’ve lost a few functions my car used to have before I took it in... before I could use Aux-In and DAB radio but the Bluetooth for my phone wouldn’t work. Now my phone works but I’ve lost DAB radio and my aux-in function doesn’t work.
As soon as I noticed, I pulled over and rang them, and asked to speak to my service advisor and I’m still waiting.
For the fact they kept me up-to-date throughout, they carried out a quick look over (which I did not ask for), they washed it and hoovered it out (again I didn’t ask for it), the professional and caring treatment of their customers at the service centre was beyond any treatment I’ve had at another garage is the only reason why I’ve given them 3 stars. It could’ve been 5 if everything was perfect.

I recently purchased a nearly new X3 from this dealership - so far so good. The car was competitively priced and well presented when I came to view/collect it.
The overall experience was as good as it could be during these unusual times. The salesman, Jon Mills, was very responsive when I dealt with him over the phone and by email - which wasn't the case when trying to deal with dealerships closer to where I live. He provided a detailed video presentation of the car within an hour of me making my initial call and despite clearly being busy he made the deal happen in the coming days without ever being pushy.
Since owning the car I have received a courtesy call to make sure that I am happy with the purchase and to answer any questions I have about the car as, due to Covid-19, he couldn't do the usual handover that would normally take place.
Overall very happy with the car and service received.

Now I've owned the car for just over 6 week's I provide a further update. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive and doesn't disappoint so I am very glad that I made the purchase. It's an 2.0d X-line edition with plenty of standard kit for the money. Smooth comfortable drive and very quiet. I had looked at an Audi Q5 which was nice but not roomy enough for a family of 5.
I did develop an issue with the tyre pressure on one tyre. This was flagged up on the initial video presentation before viewing the car but was fine on collection. As this was a distance sale the salesman promised me that if there was an issue later on to let him know and he would get it resolved. True to his word, within an hour of sending an email I had a response and everything was resolved in the form of reimbursement for a replacement tyre in 24 hours.
I feel it is very important to highlight the great service I have received from start to finish with this dealership as in general we are quick to complain when service is poor but don't always give credit where it's due when being treated well. Many thanks to Jon Mills and Sytner Leicester. I would recommend them.

I, like some others, decided to take the plunge during these uncertain times and purchase a car during lockdown. Having not seeing the car in person or having to test drive, it was a risk but turns out was well worth it.

I have had several BMWs over the years and have always used Sytner for their servicing. Their servicing facilities are great - indoor drop-off area with someone to meet you and take your car, modern waiting areas and even a hairdressers! However, the weak spot was often the staff who were professional, but also used to seem disinterested and not hugely welcoming.
However, a recent experience has changed my opinion completely.
My car needed a Brake Fluid Service in April but couldn't due to Covid 19 closing Sytner down. However, recently they re-opened their servicing department, so I rang to book my car in, thinking that I would struggle to get an appointment any time soon. Amazingly, they gave me an appointment for the very next morning.
The whole experience from that point was fantastic. I was appointed a customer care agent - Lisa - who was lovely, and contacted me straight away to explain the Covid measures in place to keep me and the staff safe, and again at every step throughout the process. The staff at drop-off and collection were all brilliant too, despite the pressures and difficulties they must be experiencing at the moment. And to top it all off, the cost was very reasonable!
So thank you to the servicing department at Sytner, and especially Lisa, for making it all such a pleasant and painless experience for me.

I purchased my BMW 840i gran coupe from sytner Leicester, this was my second car purchase from this dealership as I am familiar with the sales team and also as the finance package offered was a key factor in me purchasing the vehicle. As this was an online click and collect purchase due to the covid-19 restrictions it was a different experience of buying my new car, it was simpler than I expected though. What a brilliant experience he made it, having discussed my requirements he showed me a selection of vehicles, each presented like a beautiful woman, which narrowed it down to one. I then received a fully personalised video tour of the car demonstrating all the key features, following this I passed over full details and images of my own car too and recieved a valuation rivalling Phil schofields, but with better humour and without the hassle. The exchange was ahead of schedule, seemless along with being fully covid safe and I was very pleased to find the car had been fully sanitised.

Massive thank you to Trevor Bailey and the nice man in the finance department for helping find the right car for me, originally wanted a 3 series but was best suited to a 1 and glad I went down that route. The car is amazing made my childhood dream come true of owning a BMW, the customer service I received is above and beyond what I would of expected or have experienced when buying a car in the past.
As the car was bought during the current covid-19 pandemic the measures put in place to protect me were second to none the car was fully sanitised everytime before I had contact with the vehicle aswell as temperature check upon entry into the dealership, which is also spotless! The environment felt very clean and safe, with all distancing measures being taken seriously.
I Was blown away by the £20 of fuel and the fancy autoglym care kit aswell as the communication and felt like I had a real personal, honest and generous service and certainly no pushy sales men👍overall amazing experience will definitely come back! Overall a good experience. Lots of cars on site to chose from and very helpful sale man who was not pushy at all. Car was beautifully presented and only minor disappointment was the very short test drive and that when I agreed the purchase the sales man said that he would make sure that there was "plenty of petrol in it" and on pick up none had been added which seemed a shame for the sake of a £20 additional cost for the garage. I recently purchased an 8 month old M240i, which, due to Covid-19 had to be done via telephone. When I went to collect the car I was less than impressed by the standard of its preparation and the amount of stone chips on it. It had had a very quick wash judging by the amount of dirt still showing and I dont believe the chips had been touched in properly. I expressed my dissatisfaction and have since had it detailed so it now looks great. Thanks to BMW for following up on my complaint nd restoring my faith in their customer service.

I got my car from these last year, excellent customer service for the sales part, which you'd think is just to get a sale out of you. But the after sales for these guys is amazing.
The sales process was so smooth with great advisers, I'd personally go as far to say as they train people on what a pushy sale is so they don't follow that process AT ALL, because I felt so at ease when making my decision and felt 0 pressure to buy.
Just got my car back from it's first MOT, which was again, incredibly easy to get it booked in, again the staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. They got it booked in, fixed it, complimentary wash and vac both times (as I had to take it back in as I couldn't leave it with them to do the repairs due to work commitments) and all covered under the warranty as well.
Over the moon with the service here, will definitely be getting all my BMWs from these guys as well giving a strong recommendation to anybody who asks.

I bought my brand new 18 plate car recently through the sales team in Leicester and we dealt with the entire process remotely via email and telephone as I live 70 miles from the dealership. You may ask why I’d buy a car this way and then travel 70 miles to collect it? Well quite simply the deal I negotiated on the car was too good not to take. Compared with several other well known dealership chains that I spoke to, many of whom failed to even call me back let alone try and sell me a car, the sales team at Leicester (Nic Kearney, Harry Swindell and Jonathan Gamble) were straight on it and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly if they’d tried. Most of the time haggling for a new car is a trial of pain and frustration but not here. I got the exact car I wanted, at a price that was thousands less than what I’d been offered elsewhere, and all without any pressure to buy. Also the team kept me up to date at all stages of the process once I’d placed the order and even offered to deliver the car to my home on collection day. I actually decided to drive to the showroom and collect the car in person as I wanted to meet the team and say thank you. The handover of the car took a couple of hours during which I was offered refreshments and a £324 saving on the GAP cover cost too. Harry handed over the car and was as excited about it as I was and he spent ages going over the features of the car and answering my questions. And as for the car itself, well I’m chuffed to bits with it as it really is the ultimate driving machine. Well done indeed Sytner BMW Leicester. You certainly get my vote.

I really like the covered arrival / collection area. Plenty of tables to work at if you want with hot drinks and WiFi. Or you can have a day pass to the Spa in the hotel opposite or have a ten minute walk to To see park shopping centre.

I have taken my car here for some warranty work twice. Both times for the same issue and there was advice given and/or the issue sorted. Car washed and vacuumed for free and there is a decent waiting area with coffee etc.
James Howitt dealt with me and he was exceptionally professional and also arranged for me to get a lift home as there wasn't a courtesy car available.
Would have scored 5 stars if the cost of the tyres wasn't so high in comparison to other suppliers (back tyres were 70 quid more per corner on a like for like basis).

Tony was incredible from the initial enquiry back in Jan and up to the car pick up yesterday. He made whole buying experience a personal one and the service he gave was second to none and I have been buying cars for a very long time.

Seems a nice showroom with plenty of stock, however the salesman came across as being a bit aloof when I asked about test driving vehicles. "Only if we think you're going to buy it" and "test drive the one you want to buy." I understand they don't want unnecessary miles on their stock, but its not exactly accommodating for the customer like me who isn't quite sure which powertrain is right for them having never experienced them before. I think I'll be looking elsewhere for a dealer thats willing to help me decide.

Always have a superb experience from sales to services across the whole team. In my experience, staff go out of their way to help you and lots of 'free' perks.
The reception staff are lovely, the admin staff are efficient and the checks/technicians highly competent. I wrote in praise for one technician (Jack Dean) who fixed the clip on my convertible roof lining, again for free (took him 30 minutes) which saved me at least £500 for a full replacement fitting.
There's wifi and coffee while you wait (free), the car gets washed and valeted every time (again, free). I find their tyres/parts prices fairly competitive and avoids all the hassle of shopping around.
I'd recommend Sytner Leicester to anyone, very satisfied.

It has been a very pleasurable experience buying the new car from Liv I’ve been in contact with Liv since I spotted her introduction to the 3 series video on Facebook.
I delayed changing my car for a year as I wanted the new model and I kept asking about the new 1 series, Liv was very helpful and kept me updated and arranged a test drive for me once the car was released.
It was very nice how Liv listened to the kind of car I wanted and built the car for me on the computer, Liv also helped me choose the right specification even though I didn’t really know what most of the options are or even know they could be fitted to a car. Liv explained them to me in a way that I understood and was very patent.
Most importantly for me didn’t try the hard sell which I’ve experienced at Nottingham, Derby and Chesterfield which resulted in me walking out and not going back.
This approach was a deciding factor in me buying the car from Leicester rather than Exeter. As I find buying new cars very stressful. After a bad experience buying my first BMW, Liv made the experience very unstressfull. Practically doing everything for me and was a pleasure to deal with.
I did some shopping around to get a fantastic deal and Liv worked very hard to better the deal I found in Exeter.
My poor car got lost at sea and even though Liv was away I was kept upto date.
The hand over from Liv was fantastic and entertaining even though I forgot my debit card. Liv found a way for me to pay for the car.
When I come to change my car or the family change their BMWs I’ll recommend they talk to Liv. Highly recommend.

I have to say that my dealings with Sytners have been nothing short of outstandingly brilliant. The customer service has really blown me away.
In the 25 months i have owned this superb vehicle, i have had cause to bring 2 issues to the attention of Sytners and each time the way i have been looked after as a customer, has been brilliant. I wont go into detail on the issues, but on both occasions, the faulty parts have been replaced without a single quibble or debate and in both cases, the value of the items that Sytners insisted on replacing were of a significant cost.
I have never been treated so well by a main dealer and i have owned more than 20 cars over the past 35 years.
I would not hesitate to buy from Sytners in the future and would confidently recommend Sytners to anyone looking to buy a quality top end vehicle with outstanding customer and after sales service!
