Excellent service from the mini sales team as I don't live near here and it was all dealt with over the phone or email. Special thanks to Kerry Hill who was very helpful and dealt with all my queries promptly. She is an asset to the sales team and very professional in her approach. Although I couldn't meet her when I came to collect the car, she had arranged for Paige to complete the purchase and it was all so easy. Car is perfect and I am delighted with my purchase. Given 3 stars as the sales team were great. We were however not impressed with the vehicle prep and in particular the lack of time spent on preparing the bodywork. After having the car home for a coule of weeks and having washed it we are aware that the bonnet is peppered with chips and marks which were not visable previously. Partly my fault as i assumed that a main dealer would have spent the time deal with these issues but I have been assured that is to Mini standards. Hopefully they are looking at their standards as i dont believe this is a good as it should be. Its also frustrating when a customer gives feedback and arather than take on board the comments and looks the standards the company brings out their defence. A little dissapointing

We have recently bought a 2nd hand mini from this dealership. I don't bother to take the time to write reviews....only if I have had a bad experience, however these guys have earned it. We weren't able to get the car when we had planned so they sent another in place for a week until it was all the way from Leicester to Surrey!! They have been outstanding. True professionals who care about their customers calling when they said they would and instantly responding to emails. It has made the whole buying process a breeze and they have all been a joy to deal with. AJ you are brilliant.

Had some initial difficulties with a mini I purchased earlier in the year. Mini Leicester were fantastic at sorting this out promptly, provided a car for me to use whilst mine was looked at and then offered me an amazing deal on a new one. Popped in last weekend as my wife was interested in the Mini range. It was an hour before they closed and I have to say service was quite mediocre. We had a look at a few cars on our own but no one really gave us much attention. It may be that everyone was really busy or they were winding down for the day. I have just bought my first Mini from Haidee and had a fantastic experience throughout the purchase, despite the limitations of COVID. I recently visited Leicester MINI in the search of my new car. I didn't buy there on this occasion as I had already contacted a different branch about a car I had seen and ended up purchasing through them. However, I did enquire to Leicester about a vehicle and I was contacted quickly by a lovely Sales Executive Kerry Hill who was absolutely great. I had told her I would look at the other branch first but then last minute decided I would call in and make a visit and she made sure there was a car I could look at. When I had been to the other branch to look at the car she followed me up with a call to see how it went and to see if there was any way she could help me further. On this occasion I found my perfect car in the other branch but I would recommend Kerry to anyone, she was a very helpful and informative person to be in touch with when looking for the perfect car and she will provide you with fantastic service!

These are unusual circumstances and call on people to be mindful of how stressful sometimes these types of purchases can be, so it’s good to be able to report that in this circumstance it was handled extremely well, making it quite a satisfying experience. Every member of staff is so friendly and we were given a lovely cup of coffee and little biscuit, one of mums favourites actually, whilst we were going through the whole process. Was quick and easy, which is what I wanted. I only had a week off from work and I needed a new car within that time frame. They could not have made the entire process any easier! I went into the showroom and spoke to a girl called Chelsea Hill, she explained what my options were within my budget and she talked me through the whole process! She never put on any pressure on me, she allowed me to take the time I needed think clearly about the purchase (I ended up going home then coming back 2hrs later!) She was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and answered any questions I had! Also when my car finance went through, there was an extra one-off charge of £50 on my monthly payments which I hadn't been made aware of that I wasnt too happy about. Sophie Langton who was my sales rep offered to pay the £50 fee which I was so pleased and grateful about! I couldn't recommend Sytner Leicester MINI enough, my experience there was seemless and when the time comes to trade my car in a few years time, I'll definitely be going back there! 5* rating from me!

Hi there, we have just purchased our first mini from Leicester Mini. First of all we want to thank Denise (Deni), she gave us the full 5 star treatment and made us feel like VIPs. This was a strange purchase as we live in Scotland and so needed to be 110% sure before travelling. Denise very patiently walked us through the whole process, and provided us with very detailed description, photos and videos of the car giving us absolute assurance that this was the car and dealership for us. As this was a special birthday gift, Deni had arranged a huge bow on the car as well as giving us a very personalised gift which she had remembered from a previous conversation. If you need to service your car, ask for Junior - he is excellent at replying to emails and taking care of you. They have a shuttle service, and a buy back program, too, if you need to relocate. I LOVED having a Mini (softop). Such an easy car to operate and drive. Okay so there's not much room. This is a car for women like me whose kids are grown and they're not driving a full load of people anywhere. It's a JOY to drive!

I bought my 9th Mini from Sytner Leicester recently and as always the service and the experience was very thorough and professional. I thought Haidee Cooper was amazing! Haidee organised the transfer of the car I wanted from Cardiff to Leicester really quickly. The sales lady at Cardiff ( don’t know her name) also deserves a mention as she made a video of the car for me to watch prior to buying). Haidee then organised the transfer of my personal plates very quickly as well with no fuss. It was also lovely to be looked after by Jade Spencer again who explained all the financial side really clearly and again dealt with the settling up of our previous Mini and the setting up of payments for the new one. I am hoping to get to 10 Minis sometime in the future and will definitely return to Sytner Leicester for this when the time comes. Final special mention of Junior Malcolm for always looking after our servicing needs etc.

Another bad experience at Sytner. Having arranged a test drive with Harry at 1400, we were left twiddling our thumbs for 15 minutes. No sign of Harry. No apology. Just a nice coffee. Very disappointing. What is the point in making an appointment. We have since had communication from Sytner, and in all fairness, they have arranged for two 48 hour test drives for us in different vehicles. It's just a shame that people have to go to the top with a complaint for things to make a difference.
