B. B.After deciding on the car I wanted everything on my visit was done in a very professional and timely manner. I was on my test drive within 10 minutes and only a short period of time dealing with the questions about gap insurance etc and no attempt at a hard sell. On picking up my new car the handover like the rest of the the deal with Chris Oakes was excellent.
