Everything was explained to me fully from the deposit, to the collection of my car. Very smooth handover. Liam had sent a quick video of the car and controls prior to picking it up but also, on the day he took the time to explain all the details about how the car worked – very knowledgeable he knows his stuff - excellent salesman. Brilliant service from Mark Bartlett and Brendan Kelly. Ordered a new ProCeed, on arrival a fault was discovered it was likely going to have to have the dashboard removed (heated steering wheel didn't work). I explained I wasn't happy about this on a brand new car. Mark and his team sourced another brand new ProCeed and left me in a courtesy car while I was waiting for the new vehicle. Excellent company, who were very helpful in an uncommon situation. Would definitely recommend.

What a superb service myself and my wife received when we went to purchase a used car. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with the team but mainly Josh who was superb and not pushy in the slightest. We were greeted on our first time visit at TMS Kia Leicester by Salesman Liam Kempster. We enquired about an Electric Kia Soul. We were shown this vehicle and offered a test drive which we took the offer up of having. My car was inspected and priced up for a part exchange deal whilst we were on the test drive. A day later I was contacted and asked whether I was still interested in the Kia Soul. I was and reserved the car with a deposit. A few days later we went into complete the relevant paperwork for the sale of the the Kia Soul. We arranged a time and date for collection. On the day of the collection I received 2 emails from Salesman Liam Kempston containing videos of the Kia Soul’s controls being explained to me and videoed by Liam. This was the handover under current Covid regulations. On completing the needed paperwork and payment for the car I was shown to the car. Inside I was told were some flowers for me. This was a very kind gesture from Tms Kia Leicester. We were thoroughly pleased with the way the sale of the car was conducted. I would certainly recommend the TMS Leicester Kia garage.

Found the car I wanted on the KIA website and it was at the TMS delership in Leicester. Did the deal on the phone. They were professional, helpful and responsive. Liam dealt with us throughout supported by his manager Kevin. On the day of collection the car was immaculate and Liam's knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. Very efficient handover. I have been an Audi driver for the past 10 years driving 4 different vehicles. Unlikely I will ever go back to them. The quality of KIA vehicles has improved so much that I would say in many ways they are on par with Audi. The KIA dealers are certainly a lot more profficient having had a previous test drive at the equally helpful Boongate Motors in Peterborough.

I can not recommend Sandicliffe Kia Leicester enough. My car was struggling to get into gear and Dele (service manager) checked it over and established the problem very quickly. He booked my car in for repair and booked me a courtesy car for the whole week. When I took my car in I was really looked after and the service advisors were very friendly and professional and covered everything I needed to know. My car was ready within 3 days and I was informed about everything along the way. Everything was covered under warranty and all I had to pay for was £10 for insuring the courtesy car. AT THE DEALERSHIP ON TUESDAY, DRIVING OUT IN MY BRAND NEW LIMITED EDITION ON THE THURSDAY!! With my parents already having a great experience with Kenny at Sandicliffe Kia, it was a no brainer to go there for my next car. Called in on Tuesday morning to book in a test drive for a Kia Stonic, having already decided on the Stonic's limited edition Mixx line, and was told I could come in that same afternoon to give it a spin. It drove beautifully and Kenny gave us all the details of the car as well as what would be included in the Mixx line during the drive. When we got back to the showroom to start going over the details, we were offered a hot drink by Kerry before we had even sat down and Chloé came over for a quick chat about the car and how much the other people who had bought it really loved it too. Kerry had also offered to move my car into a bay for me since it was real life Tetris in the car park. After discussing prices and extras etc. Kenny had a look at the system and found 1 available Mixx in Nottingham and as soon as we gave the green light, Kenny had the car reserved and a call was made to have the car shipped down to the Leicester branch. Unfortunately it couldn't be shipped, but this wasn't a problem for Kenny who very kindly drove down to Nottingham to personally collect my car on Thursday morning! I had a lovely email with pictures attached of my new baby to tell me my car was ready for me to pick up. I really appreciate the lengths Kenny, Henry and Kerry all went to to give me the best and most pain free experience I've ever had dealing with a car dealership. Kenny really went above and beyond to get my Limited Edition car for me to collect in less than 48 hours!! Thank You to everyone on the team.
