I didn't know what to expect, having never used this kind of service before. The lady who did the inspection and sale was really nice throughout-not in a 'salesy' way but with a far more genuine and relaxed manner. I was also really happy with the valuation, which was only around 10% lower than the online quote (which I never expected to get-it's an old car with bits of wear and tear.) The process was also really smooth-so easy to sell the car, and they even initiated the road tax refund. I went in feeling nervous that I might get stung, but left feeling that I'd got a really fair price, and been really well treated.

I was a little cynically, thought I would get down there and the price offered would not be honoured! Wow Matt at Abbey Lane could not be more helpful… there was a queue, he gave me a timeline I sat back in my car & he was over as promised. Made the process so seamless …. We change our car every 3 years and the likes of S##### Group who has in my opinion ripped us off so many times on part exchange over the years !! Strongly recommend this service impressive !! My thanks to lovely Nav on Sunday (we couldn’t sell, as we couldn’t find our V 5) ! Good Job !!

Sold my van here. They quoted a good price. The van was in perfect shape and practically bramd new as only had it for a few months. It had a couple minor scratches on the front bumper paintwork, which i pointed out to them. I was expecting them to 'find' lots of problems but they only were really honest and no fake issues were found. The price was adjusted for the scratches but was within the ampunt i would realistically expect so went ahead with the sale. Really changed my opinion of them. Thank you.

Thought the service was really good. I was quoted a value on the website and made an appointment the same day. The guy inspected my car and made a decent enough offer which I accepted. Was enough to pay off my finance agreement and have a chunk left for myself. The whole thing was done within approx 45 mins.

It’s okay. The office is very dated and old. Really needs doing up. The advisor was okay but didn’t talk much which made the appointment a little awkward. Please note when using we buy any car you will NOT get the same price as online. If you haven’t had a service that is £100 off right Away any rust will ruin the price. Once you have agreed to the funds you can have it right away which you pay over £29 or you can wait up to 4 days for a free transfer. Always know what you would accept and what your car is worth. Overall it’s not bad it’s easy and fast. Just very awkward at this branch but not bad

Friendly staff however you will not get the advertised guaranteed price. 'Admin' fees and fees to receive payment are deducted as well as very minor things on the vehicle you may not have noticed yourself.
