1st class service. I have never experienced a more hassle free exchange in my life. Mark took care of everything, including delivering the car to my home earlier than agreed with a time that suited me. The car is in excellent condition inside and out as described on the website, a true reflection of the honesty of the dealership. Will be buying here again.

What can I say mark has been brilliant, he brought the car to my house as I said husband would not agree to buy without my approval and then let my husband test drive the car with the caravan on to make sure it would be suitable, unfortunately we did have a couple of problems after that but mark was quick to sort it out. My dad has used Brant Road Motor Centre for his servicing and MOT needs since 2017 and has always highly rated them to me for their great customer service, excellent work and fair pricing. My dad has now decided it's time to stop driving and tasked me to sell his car. I went for a ride around Lincoln and got 3 offers for his car and the 4th price was from Mark. Out of all 4 prices I got Mark's offer was the highest, the lowest being over £1000 less than what Mark offered. Brant Road Motor Centre Very pleased with the car purchase. Mark was knowledgable about its history and if he didn’t know something then he checked the documents. No pressure or heavy sale tactics, just let us look around the car at our own leisure. He gave us the keys to take it on a test drive, and was genuine/ not pushy. Everything we agreed on was done before we collected the car. Payment was via BACS but I would have preferred to have paid with credit card. A few days after we bought the car a warning light appeared on the dash, so we called Mark. All was quickly fixed and the problem was resolved without any dispute or arguing, and Mark even dropped the car off to us after it was repaired. Excellent customer service

A little while later i had an issue with acoolant leak but rang them up and they were straight out to get the car and even arranged another car for me to use so i could continue to get work. Faultless Customer Service. Recently purchased a MINI Hatch from Brant Motors. Unfortunately, the engine light came on shortly after the purchase. Within an hour of contacting Brant Road Motor Centre, they had arranged for the car to be repaired by a BMW specialist at Lincoln and also arranged a hire car for myself in the meantime. The MINI required a new VANOS sensor and drive chain; the total cost was almost a quarter of what I originally paid for the car, and was totally covered, without a quibble, by Brant Road Motor Centre?s warranty policy. I now have a very tidy looking MINI that is running like a dream. Would happily recommend Brant Road Motor Centre to my family and friends.
