Just had a great Camper UK experience getting our Habitation checks, engine service and some extra bits and bobs on our Burstner IXEO I 720 done this week. Many thanks to Martin who couldn’t do any more to show us the work done and the attention to detail. The ladies on reception were, as usual, excellent in logging us in, and keeping us informed as the service and habitation check was carried out. Can’t praise this company enough. A pleasure to do business with.

Cannot praise the staff at Camper UK, in particular Mick Johnston, the After Sales Manager. Whilst we bought our motorhome from Brownhill (Camper UK were unable to get the model we wanted) they were unable to deal with faults that occurred as their workshop cannot cope with the amount of after sales problems etc. Mick Johnston, very kindly, has taken over any warranty issues on our van. We had a major one with a recall on Fiat's engine earlier on in the year where we were advised to not even drive the van. There were huge waits everywhere as there was a nationwide and European shortage of the parts. Mick Johnston managed to resolve the problem for us. Have now just been and collected our van as there were a couple of other issues. All sorted, staff lovely and friendly - cannot fault them.

Went to look at camper and but to me compared to the caravan we have they have no space whatever you pay. Everything on top of each other. Was wanting to change to a motorhome but now in 2 minds whether to stay with caravan at the moment. Any help with anyone who own a motorhome who had a caravan first would be great.

So far so good. They are approaching a warranty claim with Fiat in a professional manner... Even though I bought the Moho elsewhere. Staff are helpful and polite... I will amend this review when the situation is resolved and if all goes well I WILL go to them when I consider our next Moho. Ammendment.... Situation resolved and my opinion remains very positive, even though the warranty claim was dismissed by Fiat the company agreed that there was no obvious stone damage (as suggested by Fiat) and finally got Fiat to sanction the warranty claim, subject to photographic evidence. Unfortunately once the radiator was on the bench it could be seen that something had in fact hit the radiator and I ended up paying.... Which I agreed was fair (although my wallet cried a lot)! Update September 2019.... After changing our MoHo via Camper UK I remain impressed....Very pleased, excellent attention and great staff EVERYWHERE on the premises!! Update October 2020 and the level of service continues to impress. If anything it seems even more friendly, but maybe that's because I haven't needed to grumble about anything. It doesn't matter where you have tried before, I would suggest you try their service for yourself. It may well prove to be the best company you have ever used.

Excellent service, each time we bring our motorhome we are always taken out to the van & the work is explained fully what has been done & if there has been anything noticed by the servicing staff. Their advice has always been good & we were never given such good service at the previous garage we used! Nice to know good customer service is still out there. Well done Camper UK.

Purchased our Burstner from Richard Sinclair and we didn’t make it easy but he coped extremely well and was always available to answer our questions. The handover was excellent and professional. We went back for some warranty work and was blown away with how easy they made it and how efficient they were. Our 5th Motorhome but first from here. 5 stars.

My wife & I bought a brand new Burstner T690G from Camper UK in Lincoln and love it! We also think potential customers should know just what a really superb company Camper UK are. With something as complex as a Motorhome, you expect to have minor teething issues but until you put a company to the test, you never know how well you’ll get looked after once they’ve got your money. We have had absolutely exceptional Customer Service from everyone at the company but especially from their aftersales Managing Director, a very genuine, helpful & ‘bothered’ chap Alan. When we dropped the vehicle back with a small ‘snagging’ list, Alan oversaw that everything was done properly - & we were kept informed as to the progress of our work by the (lovely & on-the-ball’) service reception staff. On just one of the issues, the Burstner factory mistakenly didn’t fit one of the roof skylights & Alan went out of his way to arrange for the ‘missing’ one to be ‘chased-up’ & fitted. It is so refreshing to deal with a friendly, PROPERLY run & managed Company, who really care about their customers. We would highly recommend Camper UK to anyone who wants to know they will be thoroughly looked after. Spot-on, good old-fashioned, no-nonsense 5* Customer Service. Thank you. Btw, we had never heard of Camper UK until a chap I work with mentioned his brother swears by them. Although we are not local to Lincoln, we think buying from a proper, professional business - that genuinely cares about Customer Service - is THE most important consideration when making such a big purchase. Incidentally, we shopped around for the deal we wanted on our second motorhome & Camper UK also worked really hard to get our hard-saved pennies. An all-round First Class Business. Well Done.

They did miss telling us that the cambelt needed replacing when the service on MH was done and told us after. We had to take it back again. We bought a Burstner Harmony Lyseo 590 just before Christmas from Camper uk. This was our third Camper we had owned and we traded our previous much loved same older version in during the sale . I can not speak highly enough of the service this company supplied. Having never dealt with Camper Uk before we were delighted by the fair honest way in which we were looked after. Richard Sinclair is superb!! With a lovely relaxed non pressurized way of dealing with customers. We were given a good price for our vehicle and went away feeling that both parties were happy with the confirmed deal. He trusted us and in turn we trusted in Camper uk. On the day of collection we experienced the best hand over ever, covering everything. All the people we dealt with had time for us and really made it a pleasure, from the service department to the on site shop. We were given a free overnight stay at their nearby campsite and were even shuttled into Lincoln to look around the christmas market. All in all a 5* service and the best we have received so far in our 8 years campervanning !! We would highly recommend this company and will most certainly be returning when we next change our holiday home on wheels!!

Hired a motorhome from these guys last week and was very happy with most of it. Wasnt quite as clean as we had hoped but service from Joe is second to none. How about this for service. CamperUK of Lincoln agreed to take on some warranty work over two days (they are an AT authorised repairer but do not sell ATs) , our Habitation door and a wheel arch clip needed repairing. The weekend before the repair date our Habitation water pump broke. I took the moho in on Monday and asked them to put a claim in for a new pump and fit me back in as soon as agreed with AT. The next day (a day early) I got a phone call to say the Moho was ready and they had replaced the water pump. In total they rang me three times to update me on how the repair was going. On collecteing the vehicle the engineer who did the repairs accompanied us and went through what he did. I have never had that quality of customer service from a car garage/dealer. So if you live near Lincoln and have an auto-trail that needs a service or repair check out CamperUK, oh they also have their own camping site a short way outside of Lincoln. Highly recommend them. These guys (and ladies) are honestly great! I travelled from Australia and I bought a van in June 2015 with an agreement that it would be repurchased after my wife and I had toured the UK. This was going to be a 50% saving on renting a motorhome for the same period and it meant we got features you will not get in a renter. We visited a number of dealers before choosing camperUK because we found that the stock they had available to be in the best condition and at competitive prices. Also our sales guy, Neil Holt gave us confidence in their product and in the company's reputation. I was not disappointed! When we had a need for advice during our trip (I had a few minor accidents) Neil was always available to help and advise us. When we returned 3 months later the hand back of the van went without any hiccups. We were also able to use the CamperUK workshop to do the repairs and they liaised with the insurance company which allowed us to continue on with our trip without delay. The whole experience meet and exceeded my expectation and for that reason I can recommend CamperUK without qualification. Good professional people who do what they say and can be trusted to deliver on their promise.
