From initial contact to delivery of my car, Forces Cars Direct responded quickly with accurate answers to any questions I had. They sourced a vehicle to my requirements that the local dealer couldn't. And they negotiated a fantastic discount. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

In general a fantastic service and if you can purchase a new car any simpler I wish you luck, I have just received my 2nd car through FCD and both times the service has been smooth and efficient. My only negativity is how the car is delivered, both cars I have had delivered have been filthy and covered in grime and dirt. The first time, FCD spoke to the dealer and the cost of a full valet was refunded, the 2nd time... "Oh Well, sorry I will pass that on to the dealer"..... thanks for that but I still have a brand new dirty car. Pardon the pun, but really takes the shine off purchasing a new car from FCD when it arrives dirtier the the vehicle traded in. Could be enough to send me back to a local dealer next time to receive that new car service.

Great service ! I think it was September 2021 when I ordered my toyota yariscross design, had Date for 10th January 22 it arrived at supplying dealer on the 08th, & I received on the 20th. Amy was looking after me, I am not that tech savey,, & I thank her once again for being very patient with me ! If I have any complaints, they have nothing to do with FCD, I just don't understand why cars for UK market, are delivered with, displays in kilometers. The dealer who put my car on road was/is over thirty miles away

This is my 2nd car purchased from Forces Cars Direct,and both times the experience has been first class. Unfortunately due to the global problems of materials etc needed to build a car,it took around 7 months for me to receive my new Toyota Yaris Cross.However frustrating this was,I was regularly updated by FCD,Lincoln,and that was reassuring,but I expected no less,as I had dealt with them before. The process from start to finish was painless,thanks to Richard Fogg,Amy Bennett & Radvile Radvilaviciute. I would recommend FCD to anyone who is eligible to purchase a vehicle through them,not just because of the savings on purchasing a vehicle,also the customer service they provide,no hard sell,just a great way to purchase a car with no pressure from a salesman.

The moral of the story with FCD is to shop around as many local dealers are catching on and offering similar discounts and at least matching FCD prices with, may I add, in some cases better finance rates. Update to the above: I did indeed shop around and after presenting my DDS card to the dealer,I was presented with a better deal than FCD.could provide. It also helped that the make I am buying have no issues with the global chip problem. New car arrives by 31st of this month. Very happy😄
