Bought a car from Gem Cars about 2 months ago and we’re really happy with it. It even came delivered which was great considering where we live. The video was absolutely brilliant and covered all the main areas you’d expect to look yourself for a quality second hand car (I’m not even that clever with cars, but this helped me understand). They clearly took the time to ensure the car was well presented when delivered. Gina and Mark were so helpful throughout the whole process and seem a great team. Cant praise them enough Many thanks for your transparency throughout and afterwards when I had questions.

Wow, what can I say. Gem 💎 by name, gems 💎 by nature! I spotted the 09 plate Merivia we have just bought online, and what a find. Just over 40,000 miles, few age related marks. Well serviced well looked after. The video of the car was epic, I think Mark the owner really makes sure he points out all the good and bad points if any everything with these guys is really transparent. It's a family run business from their lovely home. Only met Mark briefly, really lovely, and welcoming. What can I say about Gina, she is a real Gem and really friendly, welcoming, professional. She really is very good at what she does, very informative, open and honest. The communication from the initial contact right through to picking the car up today was brilliant. The car was Mot'd flew through as we expected. Showed my dad round the car took him on test drive to make sure he was happy. Upon collection today, she handled all the paperwork swiftly made sure it was taxed online for him so he was fully covered before we left. It was like we had known her years, we chatted away like we had. Gina made the whole buying experience painless and we will be checking what they have when it's time to buy my daughter a car. Hello Gem Cars Just thought I'd drop you a line as it's approaching the 4th anniversary of ownership with Skoda Octavia ##10 AJV. Purchased from you guys. Obviously, writing this, I still have the vehicle, still love it. Now 11.5 yrs old, it's still a pleasure to drive, everything still works although the rear wiper motor & cruise control have both been replaced recently. Still has full service history, been fully ceramic coated so just needs a chamois after rain to clean 😂 Mileage is now low 60s but still drives same from when purchased, probably better as it has had recent complete filter change & carbon clean. It basically wants for nothing. I'd buy another car from you in a heartbeat but would take something really special for me to change 😉 Anyway, just wanted to share 😊 Best wishes Andy

We bought a Skoda Fabia from Gem cars a couple of weeks ago, And sadly it broke down on my way home from work. Anyway, called recovery and the RAC came out and fixed the car at the road side. My wife contacted GEM Cars Ltd who then dealt with the warranty company on our behalf. This happened last Friday and we had a call from GEM Cars today asking was everything OK, and the warranty company will be reimbursing us. If only other dealers gave this level of customer care. Great customer satisfaction in my opinion.

A review about Gem Cars: a very real gem indeed-at a time of catastrophic personal upheaval l found myself in desperate, immediate need of an affordable utility vehicle. Gem were able to kit me out with a lovely Berlingo and went the extra mile to get it MOT'd expediently since l come from Gloucestershire and was briefly visiting Family in North Lincolnshire. I returned recently to have some planned work carried out and Mark, the proprietor, was kind enough to ferry me to and from the local station himself .His team is excellent: Phil, the salesman, is a brilliant communicator-friendly, informed, direct, very helpful. Gina, at the office nerve centre is so on-the -ball, always responds to messages,arranged everything for my recent visit absolutely spot-on. Mark ensured all was sorted out as requested . Everyone was kind and helpful. In short, a local Family business run to excellent traditional standards, absolutely Brilliant. As a lady of somewhat senior years who has only just now been able to return to personal car ownership, l have found the Team at Gem Cars so helpful and confidence inspiring . Thankyou so much, Guys. There was absolutely no pressure selling at Gem. We saw a video on their site which was very comprehensive indeed and subsequent to that we arranged a viewing. Mark was on hand to answer any questions (but wasn't breathing down my neck) , I took the car for a test drive, decided to buy it and Gina handled all the necessary paperwork swiftly and expertly. They made what can be a stressful experience a very easy and pleasurable one. We are very happy with the car and would unreservedly recommend them.
