We have bought numerous cars from Horton Seat over the years and have been more than happy with the service that we have received. The customer service and aftercare that we have received has been exemplary which has resulted in us recommending Horton Seat to other people that we know who are looking to purchase a new car. Hence why we purchased the new Cupra Formentor 1.5 tsi 150 v2 from them and WOW.....what a car. Not only is it a FANTASTIC looking car it drives like a dream and is so quiet. The blue leather seats look so much better than the usual black, they are so comfortable and almost hug you when you sit in. The 12.5” touch/voice activated display took a bit of getting used to but once I understood it, it was easy to use. You can personalise the dash display, interior light colour, seat position etc., for each driver to activate on the display when they get in. Definitely getting a lot of car for the price. Highly recommend Horton Seat if your looking for a new car and would also recommend trying out the Cupra Formentor.

Recently purchased a Cupra Formentor through Horton Cupra at Lincoln. Fantastic dealership to deal with, kept informed throughout from ordering the vehicle to collection. Just been to Horton Seat for my cars service again. Having suffered shocking service at the hands of other Seat dealers, it's almost a pleasure to book in. Each visit is a 4 hour, 180 mile round trip for me, but knowing I'll get a warm welcome and my car is being looked after, it's well worth it. The staff are all very helpful, Sue and Harry are very attentive and make me feel like a valued customer. I needed a specialist Seat garage to fit a new Cambelt on advice from my usual garage. Online booking system easy to use, followed up with a confirmation phone call within the hour of booking. Car collected and delivered back to me once the Cambelt was changed and additional advisory maintenance was discussed with me before it was carried out. E-mail received with video clip of the health check carried out. Really useful and reassuring information. Brilliant service all round, friendly staff both on the phone and collecting/delivering. Best SEAT dealer in the UK! Picked up my first Ibiza three years ago on a fantastic deal, much better value for money than any other quotes I received. I have used Horton SEAT to service my Leon for around 8 years now. Very good prices and pleasant friendly and helpful staff. On the occasion when there was an issue with some works carried out (water pump seal incorrectly fitted causing a leak), the car was collected sorted and returned promptly and with no fuss or quibble. Recently went above and beyond by dropping off my service log book at my house to save me a journey back (I had lost it previously and they kindly updated the service information in it for me when it was found). Lee was very helpful with this. Recommend the Horton group. They also have a Skoda garage who have been similarly helpful to me when I ran a Skoda as a company car.

Horton have been brilliant so far! Out of the 3 seat garages near by this is the furthest but I always insist on taking our vehicles here. We purchased an Ibiza a few years back and was very pleased with the service. More recently I've had some issues with my Seat Leon which is less than 2 years old and they've jumped through hoops to get someone out to inspect and then arranged a collection and hire car in a very timely manner. I don't know the final outcome on my fault yet, but I trust it's in good hands and will be fixed and back on the road in no time. Highly Recommend over the larger companies such as Pentagon or Stoneacre.

Take my car here for its annual service,prices are better through the dealership than local independent places. Clean ,bright and welcoming. If you are dropping your car off there is a pub nearby or garden centre to plod round and get a cuppa

Collected my Seat Arona today from here. Jim was our sales rep at this branch. I would highly recommend going to him. He was professional thoughout. He made me feel completely comfortable from the point of doing the transaction to collecting the car whilst having a baby in toe both times.. bless him ..even with the test drive he helped me fix the isofix baby seat and is heavy... I recommend those with families to go straight to him. He has a great way with kids ... my son even got a branded seat teddy🧸 .. Made my sons day and mine 😍

Rang today about loosing a locking wheel key and the parts person was so helpful. I turned up at the place a few hours later and the lad sorted it out straight away took my old locking nut off with there master key set and got me 4 new nuts and put them on for me, checked all my wheel nuts were tight and gave me the key number to order a new one first class service.

Recently took hold of a Seat Leon from Jim. From the moment we walked onto the forecourt to leaving with a new car we received an excellent service of which we couldn't have been happier with. We had gone a little further afield than our local seat dealership and were pleasantly surprised with the offer available to us which was significantly better than other dealerships around Yorkshire/Lincolnshire. Id never thought about getting a Seat but a chance pop in visit has introduced me to a vehicle I now love.... The Car ( seat Ateca) is lovely and comes with the most Safety applications anyone could want..... As for Hortons .. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was special and that they really wanted to give me all their attention , unlike some garages where you have to look for assistants I didnt have too , they introduced themselves to me. All staff members were very friendly I cant fault one. I was a motobilty customer and again they gave me all the advise i wanted and rather than pushed a sale just gave me the help and advise I needed . Once i decided to buy they again made the pricess easy , and kept me informed throughout calling me with updated during my build. The car came within 12 weeks which is the time scale expeted. When I came to collect it had a lovely touch with a nice teddy bear in the back, which my daughter loved. After I drove away I was even emailed with a lovely message.
