I’ve used Luke on 3 different vehicles now, my pride and joy VW Transporter, my girlfriends Evoque and a very mucky X5 that I was about to sell for my sister. The X5 was disgusting, lived a lot of its life full of dust and sand in Spain, which I thought would ruin the interior and add in the dog hair and chews for good measure. Luke did an amazing job of bringing the interior back from the dead and also polished up the headlights, which looked dull and scratched, which I didn’t know was possible. The buyer picked up on the quality of the interior and bought the car. Luke gave the paintwork on my VW a real good decontamination and polish up, and it now looks amazing. He now cleans this regular for me and has just put on a ceramic coating, which has made the paint really stand out. The Evoque is in great condition anyway but Luke ensures it looks the part with regular clean and polish, including interior and under the bonnet. I’ve used others before and I can’t recommend Luke enough, and at a great price too.

My partner booked in with Luke & after seeing the incredible job he did I booked straight in for the following week! What a perfectionist! Luke went above & beyond with little extras & at a really fair price...no I’ll change that, an absolute bargain for the effort, time & work he put in to both our cars. Had the guys down to wash / polish / protect my RX7. Really pleased with the outcome! The guys were very professional and took the time to explain every step, the products that were being used and the aftercare needed to keep the car looking it's best. I'll definitely be inviting the guys back when the cars ready for another round of protection.

I've used It's In The Detail time and time again and the limitless service Mr. Smith provides makes his prices seem an absolute bargain. He's obviously very passionate about his work, the level of detail "no pun intended" is top notch, he really cares about the quality of his work, a perfectionist in his own right. If you or anyone you know is after really anything related to the care of your pride and joy, its in the detail seems to have it covered. Paint restoration and care, interior work, anything you could think of chances are he can sort it. 10/10.
