We bought a transit custom van yesterday and I cannot fault the service and attention we received. The salesman Leon was very knowledgeable about all the vans. We explained what we were looking for and he knew exactly which vans would suit us. There was no hard selling and all in all it was a pleasant experience. Not at all hurried and Leon is a thoroughly nice person. We then dealt with Paul to do the finances and he too was a pleasure to deal with. Quite - OUTSTANDING - I bought a Ford transit connect 16 plate. After 800 miles it broke down. I contacted Paul & Leon nothing was to much trouble - I got to them @ 8:30 pm, Leon was waiting with a replacement van for me - My Connect was taken to the garage the next morning & to start with the thought it was the head gasket - but looking into the bigger picture it required a new engine. So two weeks on I have been driving about in my loan van. Now I have my van (Connect) back New engine & New turbo. So all I can say is I have been very well looked after by Paul & Leon. Two very nice blokes. Great trade deal & great price I will be using LVC again. As i've already said nothing short of Outstanding all round service. Thanks Alf.
