Picked up a New car recently. Initially was looking at the C-HR and Charlotte Covell-Rendel was amazing! Young lass full of knowledge and very personable. Really good with info on the cars, only 1 question she didn’t know and she had the answer for me within 5 min! Got set and paid deposit on the C-HR only yo change my mind and went for a Corolla instead. Communication was excellent and through the days leading up the the handover Charlotte kept in contact and made sure everything was set and ready to go. Day of handover was quick and simple process, hassle free. After driving for a few days I noticed my car (which is the JBL spec) has a rattle which turned out to be a blown speaker. Listers has this in a fixed in no time! Really flexible booking for appointments and they didn’t mind me sitting in there doing some work whilst I was waiting. Staff are highly attentive and refreshments were amply provided with multiple complimentary hot and cold drinks. Totally recommend! Charlotte gets a solid 5⭐️ From me. Can’t fault my experience

Wonderful service from Edward Woodland from start to finish when purchasing our Toyota Yaris! We recently decided to buy a plug in hybrid and after taking one for a test drive Listers Toyota sales staff helped us choose the right model for us. Ordering and finance options were handled very professionally and we placed our order. Chris was pleasant, friendly and explained everything to do with purchasing the car and there was no pressure to buy like you can get in some dealerships. Five stars for excellent service from Chris and Lewis. This is the second new car I've purchased from Listers Toyota Lincoln. I had my previous Toyota for 16 years and 135,000 miles, which says something about Toyota longevity. Both 16 years ago and now, there was no sales pressure for a quick decision or for extras before the car was handed over. The customers decision was paramount. That is much appreciated. New car was ordered in February for delivery in July, due to component supply problems. Then it became August, so I asked to wait until 1st September when registration numbers change. No problem, and I was kept informed throughout. So thanks again for a good experience and, by the way, the coffee at Listers is good as well!

Purchased a RAV4 from Listers, the experience was interesting, they agreed to supply a tow bar with electrics, after agreement they informed me the wiring loom would not be available for 5 months , offered that I had it done at a local Toyota dealer, whereby I found the same issue, eventually got it sorted two weeks after paying the deposit by suggesting a third party fit it on their behalf,” not sure why they couldn’t have considered this option “, the rear bumper was scratched upon collection , they offered to rectify this but I would have to return a week later. In conclusion, some small issues which they politely resolved upon my insistence, a shame they couldn’t have completed these small services prior to me complaining which would have scored them a five, the four is for their ability to rectify issues of their own making Overall, I would recommend Listers ….

Intuitively Charlotte knew we were there to get a deal done, no messing around and dealt with our requests effectively. Simple. I have been coming to Listers Toyota at Lincoln since 2005. Love my AYGO X even though I have only had this for one day. Gone smaller due to not driving the longer distances anymore, it’s lovely to drive, especially when the sun is out and you can open the canvas roof. Ed has kept me up to date with phone calls, texts and confirmation emails all the way through from picking which AYGO X spec to go for to my phone call 24 hours after sales care. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. Very happy that I chose Listers in Lincoln. Kisalene spotted me as I wandered around, and I was soon test driving and then buying a car. She was professional and replied promptly to my emails and any questions I asked. She was a pleasure to buy from and I didn’t feel pressured to buy any of the ‘add on’ products. Trade in of my old car was also easy. I chose to have my personal plates supplied and fitted prior to collecting my car. Unfortunately I didn’t mention retaining the plates already on the car and they were therefore destroyed. Maybe this should be pointed out to future customers as I now can’t replace the original plates (without having more made up) if I need to reassign them in the future. I consider this a misunderstanding, and doesn’t detract from the service I received. Reception staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Toyota Yaris GR, after waiting along time for my car to arrive it finally here. Picked the car up and when we finial got home under the garage lights you must imagine the disappoint to see scratches to the bonnet roof and doors. I contacted the dealership and took the car back, they kept it for 2 days to try rectify these scratches/marks. At this point I do believe this damage had not occurred at the dealership. The dealership employee have gone out of their way to try fix these but unfortunately the marks on the door and roof are still prominent, visible and larger than what is allowed for end of finance vehicle returned. In all thanks for trying Matt Jack and Aiden for try to address the scratches, but in the end it not a 10 I think you'd probably understand that. Maybe you guy should take this up with Toyota

The car is better than expected and the fuel consumption is massively better than the Mercedes I had previously. Time to do the 3 months review: In the past, I had quite a terrible experience with purchasing cars from official dealerships. All of the issues are related to the extended warranty, refusing to fix a car. Without going much into detail I was surprised by the Toyota Lister services. So far the car is performing flawlessly, without any issues but what else would you expect from Toyota. I did, however, had a small issue at the start when I realized that the steering wheel wasn't straight, bear in mind that was a month after I purchased the car. That was fixed without any questions asked even after the month of purchase. I have all faith in Toyota Lister and looking forward to booking major service for my car in January.

Nice staff but the showroom needs an update ASAP. Some carpet in there looked like it should be in my grans house! Below standard when you compare to other showrooms in Lincoln. Salesman Chris was superbly nice and helpful for my disabled father who is a pain to deal with. Tested the new RAV4 which is an awesome car but the one we tested was a managers car. He had all his vaping kit in it which wasn’t nice for customers and the car was getting a ridiculously low mpg compared to our test drive. He must be ragging the car everywhere!

Compared to the other Listers I have visited, I found Lincoln's customer care and services excellent. I went there yesterday with my Toyota diesel having developed a major fault. Staff was very helpful and sympathetic as I had to travel back home a very long distance in the evening. They repaired the car by 5pm and I was able to drive off same day without any issues. Yes the prices in all showrooms are high if you go to them with a fault but these guys especially Richards explanations and reasons for the price consoled me for the bill I incurred!. I was looking for a replacement for my car as I need to change to something smaller. I have been a fan of Toyota cars for a long time and I can now say I am a fan of a superb company who look after their customers. I made an enquiry after seeing a car I was interested in on line and arranged to view it on the same day. For 90% of the process I was dealing with Juan who valued my car, gave me a test drive in the new car and provided me with all the details one needs when purchasing expensive items like these. At no point was I pushed into buying things I didn't want and I felt to be a valued customer at all times. (They also provide a decent cup of coffee). Within two days I had a replacement car and was heading homeward again with future servicing organised, car insurance with Toyota Insurance set up and feeling totally confidence in my purchase. All the staff were friendly and greeted you with a smile. The showroom is clean and well organised with lots of areas to have a private chat with your representative and I cannot find anything reason to criticise any part of the process. Recently had the TPMS on my Yaris Hybrid coming on and going off, at random. My in-house Mr Fixit suggested I take the car to Listers, Lincoln, from whence it was purchased....(courtesy of the lovely James Tilley). Anywho, off WE went to Listers. Reception was brilliant as ever, great coffee whilst waiting for Service chap. After a very few minutes, (I hadn't made and appointment), Richard Thomson (?) was listening to my tale of woe. He thought it might not be an actual problem but merely a set of circumstances. My lovely Yaris was whisked off to the workshop for a check. about 30 minutes, and more coffee, later. Richard came back and said the system was working exactly as designed, but fluctuating temperatures were affecting the tyre pressures and tripping the system. The tyre pressures had all been reset as had the system, and all was well. Oh, and my little motor had been washed and valeted as part of the FOC courtesy service. Here's a question for you? Where's the TPMS re-set button on a Yaris Hybrid? Don't know, eh? We do...now. This was service over and above from what may well b, be the best dealership in the known universe. Thank you Richard, and the Service team, and, of course, the lovely Receptionists.
