We were given the opportunity to test drive several cars before deciding on the right one for us. The customer service was excellent and we did not feel pressured to buy at any point. After getting the car home There was a small issue that was dealt with straight away without any problems. I would definitely use Mynextcar again in the future.

I found MyNextVehiclePro through an advertised vehicle on Facebook. The staff’s communication was very efficient arranging a viewing and a test drive for the next day! The condition of the car stood out among the other vehicles I viewed that day, having all relevant documentation to hand, including receipt of advisories from previous MOTs being rectified. I liked the car so much that I bought it from the owner, Jack. Who, on arrival had all the correct paperwork to fill out handing the logbook over to me, informing me that if I have any issues I should not hesitate in contacting him. I took the car home and later that evening I went to test drive it and the battery was flat. As stated, I rang Jack with the issue and he was nothing but apologetic. The fault was probably due to it being sat for a while and the cold weather. First thing the next morning Jack and his colleague Ben came to my house and fitted a new battery with no issues, apologising for the inconvenience throughout. The car is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting to buy a car, or like me, wanting to buy their first car! Even despite the issue with the battery. It’s not about the problem at hand it’s about how you fix it and MyNextVehiclePro did not let me down!
