Took delivery of a brand new Citroen C5 Aircross November 2021 Sales Staff were very professional no hard sell but offered a competitive deal compared to other dealers - I shopped around online and visited a number of dealers. Callum (sales person) - and his manager were very professional and advised precisely what deliver times would be and what was available to purchase immediately - lead times for personal choice/colours were quite long i.e. several months however they had access to a couple of vehicle specs I was interested in so I decided to take delivery of one of these vehicles and it arrived as Callum said it would i.e. within 7 days. Minor problem on my new vehicle found during initial inspection when I took delivery was rectified within a couple of weeks - when spare part ordered/arrived so after sales service was very good. Would highly recommend Lincoln Citroen based on my experience.

I cannot fault the servicing of my car. It was excellent. But .... as to the valeting, it was very poor. The car had been washed but little attention was given to detail and I found several areas where the brush/sponge had not reached and it had not been very well dried off. The interior had been sprayed with a rather unpleasant "scent" which lingered for days and some had ended up on the windows forming a mist which I had to clean off. I would rather not have my car valeted in the future and have £10 knocked off the bill.

Buying a used car in the middle of a pandemic whilst being confined indoors is a challenge to say the least, fortunately Pentagon Lincoln stepped up and made themselves stand out from the crowd. With the offer of Nationwide Delivery and a professional, attentive sales representative in Liam Swan, the purchase of an unseen car was made considerably less daunting. I found Liam to be extremely helpful and despite my numerous calls and emails, Liam was polite and courteous and answered all my queries in a prompt professional manner. Delivery was scheduled and efficiently conducted by Frank without additional miles on the car despite being 120 miles away in Hertfordshire. So, to recap, it has taken a week from first phone call to delivery for the transaction to be completed, a process that included numerous communications confirming photos, HPI status, service history, car registration etc. a full service, MOT, valet and detail and ultimately home delivery. New Mokka X Purchase Pentagon Lincoln Hi we live in Manchester and had purchased a new Mokka from Pentagon Chadderton Manchester Branch back in 2013. We decided on purchasing a new Mokka X ecoTec 1.4 petrol turbo model from Pentagon on line due to the Covid - 19 situation. We looked on the Pentagon website and found what we considered the best vfm option was actually purchasing our new car from the Pentagon Lincoln Branch. I tel initially and was put through to their Senior Sales Consultant Mr Ian Bishop who came across as being helpful, knowledgable, and courtious in all his dealings with us. Ian dealt with the sale and provided an acceptable valuation on our existing car which was being offered in part ex for the new Mokka X we were purchashing. The whole transition was simplified by Ian who arranged the 0% finance option for us, road tax, change of ownership and the delivery of our new car, all free of charge. The day after receipt of our new car, and on closer inspection, I noticed the plastic lid inside the boot which covers the space where the air tyre compressor is located was broken ie three plastic clips on the lid. As a result the lid cover wouldnt close properly. Also I had noticed the vehicle we had purchased had been advertised at the time of the sale as having front and rear parking sensors, but the car we received didnt. I contacted Ian re the above and he couldnt of been more helpful and understanding. Ian confirmed a replacement plastic lid cover for inside the boot would be posted out to me directly and that having checked the vehicle spec at the time of the sale also confirmed it was advertised with front/rear parking sensors. Ian advised he would be looking into this matter at his very earliest convenience. The parking sensors were a main requirement/feature in our selection process of this particular vehicle so Im hoping something will be done. The car itself is fantastic and superior to our earlier model. I can confirm its been an absolute pleasure in doing business with Pentagon Lincoln and in particular Ian Bishop their Senior Sales Consultant who simplified the whole sale and purchase experience in what are difficult times. Visited with a view to check out a Mazda 2 I saw on the website. Whilst Phil’s customer care was excellent, and his knowledge and advice/assistance very good, I do have concerns about the website. 1. First Mazda 2 I saw was priced £300 more on the forecourt than website. 2. Second I saw and test drove had a mileage of almost 5000 miles, but website said less than 3000 miles. 3. Bank holiday offer of £250 off used cars was misleading as a number of cars are excluded. This was hidden in the very small print. 4. Free servicing for any used car due a service within 4 months was also misleading - see the very small print again. I appreciate that car dealers are expected to make money, but misleading offers and incorrect information should be avoided to ensure customer confidence in the company.
