We have just collected our lovely new Mini Cooper from Soper Mini in Lincoln - After being disappointed by the other dealerships around Lincoln we wandered in to Soper Mini to be greeted by Nigel Emberton who was a total professional, friendly sales person but also a great listener and sorted out a 48hr test car for us to experience. He was confident we would love the car and promised to take care of us if we wanted one. No hard sales, just a confidence in a quality product - He then amazed us with how hard he worked on the price to get us the car we wanted, eventually only costing £10 more than the very best deal we found in the UK. We told him we wanted to support local business and stay local and he made this possible. What a fantastic buying experience and by far the best dealership in Lincoln. Recently bought an approved used Mini Countryman from soper mini, great communication from Storm Willis and the team there. Very keenly priced and any issues were resolved quickly. Handed over in a covid secure way and they were very apologetic that they couldn’t do a more fancy handover due to the rules. I would definitely buy from them again.

We were looking to buy a Mini for some time. Challenges we faced from other dealers were slow response time. Pushy salesperson. Unable to negotiate, lack of understanding of the product (car) and so on...... As we live in London we thought we had a challenge, but credit where credit it due this was simplified by Anthony. No hard sale and communication was spot on! People buy from people and we were happy to spend more money feeling comfortable knowing we weren't being sold something we didn't want. Visited the BMW side of the business. Excellent service was received. My vehicle was in for recall work, it also had a full health check as a courtesy and was washed/ vacuumed. During the heath check 1 issue with a road wheel was identified, and a video clip of the issue sent to me to support the finding. I was already aware of that issue as a pot hole was the cause! Being ex trade I am always a little wary of dealers, however I cannot fault the service received with no attempt to sell further work. Detailed paperwork was provided for the health check for my records along with a breakdown of the costings to correct the wheel issue. I would certainly recommend Soper.

Thank you to the fantastic service team at Soper MINI(Joanne,Roxi,Matt,David) for going above and beyond to service my car so efficiently when my local dealer could not see me for weeks. I was given a lift into town to get my haircut ticking another task of the list and picked back up to the MINI service centre which was way above my expectations! I was then sent a video from the techs confirming the condition of my car; they even checked the tyre inflation kit expiry date! My car is now clean and performing well. The coffee is also very good and I did not feel I wasted a day off waiting for my car to be serviced. There is also plenty of food outlets (if not too many )and a garden centre to kill the time if you want to avoid the temptation of wanting to buy a brand new car on a waiting appointment. Newspapers and WiFi etc is also available. 10 Stars not 5! **********
