Having recently had my car stolen I have spent some time searching the internet for a replacement. I had made phone calls to several dealers but really didnt get the feeling, with most of them that they knew much about the cars they were selling. I then identified a car on line at Auto Trader, being supplied by Stoneacre and phoned and spoke to Matthew who was more than knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and also very helpful in getting answers to the questions I had. Matthew was also very professional in the way he dealt with negotiation discussions with me and was not in the least bit pushy in trying to secure the sale. It had originally been my intention to buy from a main dealer for the car I wanted but Matthew gave me a lot of confidence in the Stoneacre Group and I have ended up buying the car without a test drive. I’m delighted with my recent experience of buying a car from Kia Lincoln. A poor sales technique with a competitor just round the corner left me feeling buying a car was a game to be played and a real chore. A minute drive round the corner & what a difference! Bought a 66 plate Hyundai Tucson from this Kia dealership on trust without seeing first, as could see online was a professional and reputable dealership. Great price, prepped and ready to go. Picked up on a rear bush advisory in last MOT. This was replaced before purchase and i was taken to purchase on trust! I travelled to Lincoln and was picked up by Ollie from Lincoln Premier Inn after my breakfast the next day. Drove me across town to dealership. placed me at complete ease and effortlessly guided me through the purchase process. A problem occurred as the drive home insurance inclusion was referred (for unknown reason). This was no problem for these guys! Adam arranged and paid for comprehensive cover to get me home with peace of mind- WOW :) A windscreen chip repair had failed and required a replacement screen. £50 excess. Contacted Ollie and said whilst age related, happy to reimburse my £50 insurance excess- What more could i have asked for!!! TBH-This was a first class excellent honest customer service from experienced customer facing professionals delivered without any qualms and nothing was too much trouble. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They could not have made the process easier from initial enquiry, to arranging a test drive of the e Niro. The time allowed for test drive was long enough to drive the vehicle on several road types including on busy city traffic. No high pressure selling, just lots of information on difference in spec and things to consider in helping me to decided which version of e Niro to purchase. I was given enough time to consider all options before ordering my choice of the e Niro. Just waiting now for the car to be available, which shouldn't be too long. Would definitely recommend the team at Kia Stone acre Lincoln.

Bought a Kia from elsewhere but discovered much later it had an issue. I took it to Kia Lincoln to get looked at under the excellent Kia warranty. They fixed the issue and ended up replacing one or two other parts (all free to me) so the car was back to 100%. I think they also regassed the air con for free too. If my car has another issue I’ll definitely be heading back here knowing the service they provided previously was excellent. The loan car for the day was a 2018 model and was quite fun to drive too.

Been to Kia Lincoln several times over the past 6 months looking for the perfect car. After my first dealing with them in March I recommended them to my mum, Gavin and James helped her find her car and she left very happy having chosen a Rio. I then recently found out I was going to be losing my Niro after a change in circumstances. A MASSIVE thank you to the staff at Kia, in particular Gemma. I went in on Saturday 5th to have my Rio serviced - which was easy and completely hassle free to arrange. But then came out two hours later with a new one 🙈🙊 There was some body work that was required but it was booked in first thing on Tuesday 8th and the appointment was made to fit in with school and nursery drop off. Gemma gave me her car to use for the day, which was amazingly kind and helpful. She kept me updated, throughout the day with the work that was being done. The car was ready in time to do pick up! My car is beaut! Both inside and out. The upholstery was sprayed to ensure easy cleaning which is a must with and 3 and 4 year old - also a 37 year whom uses it too 🙄 Everything was done to the highest standard and all staff were ace, professional and nothing was too much bother - very attentive. Then, just when I didn't think it could get any better, I went into my boot this morning to find a bag of goodies! 💯 recommend the dealership and will be back!
