I have just purchased a Suzuki from the Stoneacre Lincoln Dixon Street Dealership. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Despite my limited budget, Stefan located my vehicle of choice with all the safety features required, it was within budget and also had extremely low mileage. The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally simple. Upon collection of the vehicle, it had been serviced and cleaned throughout with the addition of paint and fabric protection. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or second hand car and would certainly go to them again.

My wife has always wanted a FIAT 500. I was running a Volvo V70, albeit 20 years old, I enjoyed it and was loath to downgrade to a smaller car. On the way to a shopping trip and passing by Stoneacre at Lincoln we saw an Epic Blue 500 on the forecourt which was gleaming, in all its pearlescent shine, in the sun. We agreed that on the way back we would stop.and 'have a look'. We met Constantin the salesman who showed us around, answered all our questions very professionally. I was still sceptical about the size of the car but once I sat in it all my doubts evaporated, it isn't aVolvo, but still had a lot of room for me and I felt comfortable in it. We ended up buying FIAT 500 Dolcevita plus which is a minor hybrid with all the bells and whistles. We've had just about 24 hours now, but now I'm finding my way round how it works I love it, glad we have it. My wife has named it Luigi and he already feels like part of the family. All the staff at Stoneacre were very professional and looked after our every need. It's going to be a while before we need another car but we will go back. Constantin, if you read this, thank you once again. You really are a credit to your company

He answered all of my questions so I would fully understand as well as putting me at ease due to previously having a bad experience. He knew what I was after and I ended up going for the car I test drove. I came back again to pick up my new car a few days later and everything was set up and organised as soon as I arrived. No one was overly pushy as I was strict on what my budget was, so even Matt from finance was quick and went over only what was required rather than trying to sell more to me. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Garry from the sales team made choosing the car simple and stress free, clearly explained everything to us including the extra warranty. He didn't pressure us at all and was happy to answer any questions. Garry let us know the car would need bringing back in for a new MOT and a new cambelt as it had some signs of wear and we could book in for the work to be done at a suitable time. Allowing us to drive the car away as quickly as later the same day rather than waiting for the work to be done before taking it. Steve from the finance department went above and beyond to ensure he secured us the best possible finance deal. During our first meeting with him he let us know the payments/term which were alot lower than we were expecting, he took all the details he needed and told us he would get it all arranged and we agreed a suitable time to collect the car (2 days later, could of been later that day but we were busy). He then called us the next morning to let us know he had been able to get us an even better finance deal saving us even more money both monthly and over the term. We went to collect the car this evening to find that they had managed to get the MOT and cambelt sorted today, so the car no longer needed to go back to them! The car is immaculate and drives beautifully and had almost 3/4s of a tank of fuel. And we've just had an email to say we get a years free AA cover! Personally I have always avoided bigger dealership as I'd heard how pushy they can be, especially with a female. But I am so glad we took a chance with Stoneacre Dixon Street and have said next time we need a new car we will definitely be going back to them! They really did take the stress out of buying a new car and made it an enjoyable experience!

Garry dealt with the motability car we ordered for my adult child. His professionalism far exceeded our expectations. Not only did the vehicle we chose need to suit my child's mobility requirements but the vehicle also needed adaptions for me to be able to be the dedicated driver as I'm unable to drive a manual or standard steering wheel car. Garry arranged for a local company to supply and install the adaptations I'm required to use by law to drive safely and the vehicle was ready to be collected as soon as we returned from a lovely holiday we had booked. Called in at Dixon Street 15.05.21 late afternoon, close to closing time, and met the lovely attentive Garry in sales. This was after a poor experience at another showroom where we were left waiting / forgotten about after our test drive of a vehicle we were set to purchase. I was determined not to buy the first car I test drove. I was only going to compare two dealerships. I received excellent customer service from Kevin - and he found me a really nice car at a great price with what looks like a solid guarantee. It was very hard not to say yes there and then, but I was determined to do the sensible thing. I stayed in the showroom (with only one other customer in it) at Andrews for about 10 minutes and since nobody appeared to want to sell me a car I went straight back, signed on the dotted line and bought my new car. I received a text saying that I could change my car and pay the same monthly amount plus £250 cashback. I made an appointment for the next day. When I went for my appointment I was kept waiting for half an hour. When I finally got to see someone they tried to sell me a brand new car for £60 more per month than I am paying. The cheapest deal I was offered was £27 more per month on a used car. I wasn't offered anything for the same monthly amount despite them sending me the invitation in the first place. Very misleading.

COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DAY 1!! 👌🏼 I have recently purchased a car from the Lincoln dealership and I am over the moon with how amazing and helpful the staff were (Fabio is the main guy) from the very start of the process. From day 1 he was so patient with me constantly calling with a million different questions and concerns and answered them all and took time (a lot of it) explaining everything I wanted to know about until I was settled in making a decision. He always rang me back when he said he would and never once made me feel like I was being pressured into a sale, unlike the other car dealerships I had already went to in Newcastle. On the day that I was travelling from Newcastle to Lincoln to collect my car I missed the second train from Newark Southgate Station due to delays in the first one and when I got there, there was no other trains to Lincoln for hours. I called Fabio really stressed and he rang me back within 10 minutes saying one of his colleagues would drive 40 minutes in the heavy rain to come and collect me! 🙌🏼 Sam was so friendly on the drive back and when I got to the dealership Fabio was great. I had a 3 hour drive in my new car to get home and he called me to make sure I was okay driving back too. I’m so thrilled I purchased my car from this dealership and Fabio is an absolute credit to the Stoneacre Motor Group family. We initially had a bad experience at the dixon street branch, we where hounded by one of the sales team during our time looking at the car we were interested in to buy it there and then without a test drive. We felt pressured and and annoyed by the usual sales tactics so we walked away from the sale. However we decided to try again and we where met by Tom who was on his first day at the job. He was professional throughout and made me feel at ease and most importantly not under pressure to part with my cash!

I was met by Ley Bamford who was really great from the outset. The key factor was he actually listened to what I wanted and what I was willing to spend.
