Great experience with lincoln volvo! Matt was really helpful and friendly. Felt at ease with the whole process of part exchanging and getting a new vehicle from stoneacre. Nothing was to much hassle even offered a coffee on arrival. Very happy with the quality of service and the vehicle purchased. Matt also came in on his day off to valet the car and have it ready a day earlier than planned due to my work commitments extremely greatfull for this! Would highly recommend stoneacre with there Great choice of quality cars and friendly staff

The staff are knowledgeable and on point regarding the products they sell. They are very polite and attentive without being pushy. Probably the best car buying experience I have had. After having a multitude of issues with our vehicle with several fixes not working, we were quite annoyed with Stoneacre Lincoln. Corrected fault with my 4 month old car, expressed my opinion that not happy with a first fault but no valeting etc. and or finish perfection on Sales nor that personal contact, unlike a another dealer that actually went that extra mile! So today totally disappointed, with after Sales Customer Service ! Existing Sales staff didn't make any attempt to engage without me making the first introduction. Very poor from a womens' point of view but maybe could carry more weight if you were a male! Rest my case, even the fact that I needed to transfer my pup and dog cage from one vehicle to another no-one offered to assist!.. Customer Service? Well it truly died today as staff obviously didn't want to get caught in the rain to help it's customer!

Nigel was amazing! So patient and knowledgable, he really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find my perfect car. He was working hard to ensure I got the best price possible for my old car which I was wanting to part exchange, as well as the best price for my new car. He rang me as promised the next day asking how I was getting on and if I had anymore questions- very good customer service. He also told me I had paid £10 more tax for the year than needed so when I took my spare key and log book in for my old car, they put £20 diesel in my new car for the inconvenience. I am taking my car back to get the alloy wheels repaired as previous owner (discussed at time of purchase) and Volvo will provide me with a curtesy car while that is being resolved- Nigel even rang me to confirm I am happy with a time and date to bring it in. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the members of staff being so friendly and inviting who all seem so polite and chatty whenever you visit in store- would highly recommend!

The staff at Stoneacre in Lincoln are excellent. However the call centre staff, who take 11 minutes to book a car in for a recall, trying to sell all sorts of additional work. Reading very quickly from a script and give you the wrong information about how long it will take for the recall check to be carried out are very annoying.

Not impressed but to go elsewhere costs me my extended Warranty. I'm seriously considering letting it go and taking the car to my local garage where my other vehicles are serviced regularly without any 'mistakes'.

I initially looked at the car on the Sunday just gone, then went back Monday night for a second look and second test drive where they just left me to it to have a real good look round the car and take it out again, this time by myself so I could really drive it.
