Booked in for routine service . One or two extra, time related, issues had also become due and added to the job sheet, We had booked a specific slot so killed some time in Lincoln before collecting the car later. We received a video and a call to let us know how things were going. Collected the car and all appears to have been done. Very friendly and professional service, thank you

My wife as a VW purchased from you a while ago were as I own a vauxhall so my rating is based on your after sale service compared to vauxhall. My wife as a liquid air freshner hanging off the mirror this was tipped upside down and the contents poured down the dash and the touch screen on picking the car up. The car was left on the customer parking area unlocked so anyone could of got in the car. Also the washing and valeting service is very poor my wife never as the car washed anymore due to this. Good points the work carried out on the car is very good say a service for example or a vehicle health check.

Another fabulous experience at the Service Department at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln. This is the second time I’ve rung them with a minor problem with my car while I was visiting Lincoln and concerned about my 180 mile drive home. They sorted the problem immediately on both occasions. They were also really helpful and flexible when I booked my service and MOT - I rang them at short notice when I had to stay in Lincoln while my Mum was in hospital and my MOT was due. As with most dealerships these days parking can be a little problematic. Staff in the service department are friendly, polite and efficient, I booked a while you wait Service for my car this was completed earlier than expected. The car was washed and vacuumed very happy probably the best experience I have had at a VW dealership. It would have been 5 stars but the Covid measures were not what I would have expected.

Bought a car from this dealership on the 11th January 2021 dealing with Anthony and Brad, the latter mostly. The car purchase was done without physically viewing the vehicle and the car was delivered to my home address. The car was great and delivered on time. But most importantly is this, the car buying experience was the best I’ve had and I’ve been to many dealerships. Anthony and Brad made the car buying easy, no pushy sales tactics, a willingness to negotiate, honesty and above all made it a stress free experience. Nothing was too much trouble, great communication and a fair deal. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone, if my experience was anything to go by then you won’t be disappointed.

Bonus is that the engineer talks you through all his work and thoughts in a live video sent before the efficient and friendly staff take your money.

I saw the car I liked online, which was very desirable and at the lowest price I had found, so very saleable. I was able to reserve the car with a refundable deposit, while I decided on my finance option. The sales representative was not pushy or in any way anything other than understanding and human about my getting finance from the most cost effective source. This by no means altered any aspect of the service I received. I secured my finance and the car had been held reserved for a good two weeks by this time at no time was I made to feel like I needed to get a move on! The collection and hand over of the vehicle was a pleasurable experience, lovely to get my new car but also the way you get it makes it all the better. So all in all a place I would go back to next time I'm looking, good price and pleasant service and me a happy customer.

I found the car we needed at Lincoln vw and they reserved it for me to look at when i had the time a couple of days later. The car was a really good price after checking vw website nationally and the service by all the staff was really good . The salesmen Chris Dixon was not pushy at all and kept me informed through out the process of what needed to be done to complete the sale quickly and efficiently.
