We have just picked our new car up from Mike and can honestly say it’s been the best car purchase I’ve made to date. The car is lovely and perfectly clean. Mike is really nice and helped us through the process and spent plenty of time going through all the paperwork and the cars features. Ohh and makes a lovely cup of tea! Thank again Mike!

Brilliant service from Mike. We sent a message via a motor selling platform at around 7pm. Mike got back to me straight away and was happy to speak with us over the phone, despite it being outside opening hours. We discussed a car we liked but due to the distance and work commitments, we would have been unable to view the car until the next evening. I offered to pay a deposit to hold the car. Mike said he would do that, explaining the risk of it being non-refundable should I not like the car. We did not feel pressured at all and he was not the one to initiate leaving a deposit. He was also honest about the PX value he would be able to give for my car. He stayed a little later than opening hours the next day to allow for my wife to travel from Stoke on Trent to Liverpool after work. He made my wife a cup of tea and did not rush her whilst I was 50+ miles away arranging bank transfer of the outstanding balance and sorting insurance etc. Genuine, decent dealer, that is hard to come by nowadays. I’m always sceptical due to the amount of times I, plus family and friends, have been ripped off by garages. But this was a pleasant experience, easy, simple, hassle free. I’ve had the car for 4 days now and it is perfect. We will definitely refer Mike on to family and friends and use in the future.
