Team UBV had been such a asset to me I can’t thank them enough! A fantastic online training platform with loads of helpful down to earth straight talking videos, online support and a really helpful S.O.S feature that’s got me out of some sticky situations. Training guides laying out the basics in wash stages, polishing, van building and business! I have them all and refer to them constantly. I have also invested in the training at HQ and before there was a HQ! Travelling over 600miles to train with the best and have never been disappointed! The 1-1 training is personalised to your needs and nothing is held back! The hospitality from Liam, Maddison and team is second to none they have really looked after me every time I have visited and have grown my business to heights I could of never imagined! I would recommend any of there services to anyone from weekend warrior to getting your detailing business off the ground invest in yourself and invest in the best!

I can't recommend Liam and his team at UBV enough, these guys have set me on a new career path that I'm embracing every day. After spending an intensive week's course back in January. I have recently set my own mobile valeting & detailing business up off the back of this training. I'm only just starting out but things are slowly starting to happen after working on my skillset over the last 6 months. Their training is more than just the practical side of the art form, it's knowledge and experience that you can only get from people who live and breathe the industry. The online subscription and in particular the SOS function, that's part of the aftercare service to help Detailers if you are in trouble with a job, is genius. A bit like 999 for Detailers:)

Where to start with Urban Valets? UBV's social media, online training platform and on site training are like no other. The knowledge and practical experience given away for free is to be commended but if you decide to take advantage of the online training subscription or better still, invest in training at the HQ this is where the real value lies! Liam not only teaches you everything and i mean EVERYTHING you need to know about valeting and detailing with every piece of detailing kit available on the market at your disposal, he also teaches you everything you need to know on how to run a successful business in a straight forward no BS manner meaning you come away knowing exactly what you need to do and how to do it. Furthermore he is always happy to help you out in the future following on from your training and always gets back to you asap if ever you're stuck and need some advice, this is invaluable at times and certainly not something he is obliged to do so it is greatly appreciated. The HQ is a very cool place to be with a fantastic team and as mentioned previously, every single piece of equipment you could every dream of! Training is never generic and is tailored to your skill level and business type; You tell Liam what you want from your training and thats what you get plus a whole lot more! In conclusion, if you're considering booking some training with UBV I would highly recommend that you do so, my business has excelled since i was there and yours can too! Thanks UBV

Traveled from South Wales to Liverpool for a 1 day training. This alone should tell you how highly regarded in the the industry Liam is. The day did not disappoint, on arriving into a clean well prepared and presented unit showing that standards are kept high, first meeting with Maddison makes you feel at ease. Chatting whilst awaiting other trainees, the day is then tailored to what you would like to learn. This way your getting the benefit that you would require. Liam is exactly what you get on Instagram, down to earth no punches pulled genuine guy. You get full use of the facilities (coffee is a must) usage of polishers and you can tap into a wealth of experience and knowledge that Liam has. Is it worth the money. Yes it is free (if your on the online subscription) so well above what you expect, if your not in the online subscription which you should be as this basically pays for itself monthly then you won't get access to this without paying a premium price. The subscription has a ton of helpful content updated regular. Theres a SOS feature on there if your in need of help or in a tricky situation. You fill out the form and he will get back to you ASAP. Did a weeks training with Liam at ubv. You can tell he wants you to succeed. At the begining of the week we sat down and discussed where I was at, things I needed to learn and things I wanted to learn and we worked at it. Had both my previous car and new car on the maintenance scheme last few years with Liam due to not having the time to do my own anymore and local car washes doing shoddy 5 minute jobs leaving paintwork swirled. He brought my red mini back to gleaming after a day detailing it and was well worth the wait for booking. Then removed a very smoky odour out of my new car that emerged after the car sales had plastered it in air freshener and it wore off. Would not use anyone else ever again his attention to detail is second to none!
