contacted Liverpool van centre regarding a used transporter but spoke to Rob glover in new van sales and he gave me a great deal on a brand new transporter which I just couldn't turn down!!!!,he kept me updated through the whole process and I had the van delivered to my door step, Rob phoned me a week later to make sure I was happy with everything and to inform me that id overpaid, How many garages would do that !!!,overall absolutely delighted

Liam was awesome, along with loaning me a brand new VW transporter van which had only done 7 miles for my tour of Devon/Cornwall. I did 1200 miles, in the van and it was spot on 100 percent. Look forward to renting again from VW, can't recommend them enough.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the team at Volkswagen Van Centre Liverpool for another great job done on my T6 California Ocean. I had a set of new Sportline alloy wheels and tyres fitted on Tuesday. Given the current situation with the Covid restrictions the service that I received was fantastic. The wheels and tyres were fitted at the agreed time and were done to the high standards that I have come to expect, very efficient. The only slight criticism would be that there was in my opinion too much tyre grease left on both the wheels and tyres which could have been cleaned off prior to collection. But this is only a very minor issue. Just wanted to say thank you to Billy on the service desk who was great and very professional. He dealt with me throughout and kept me updated on the progress of the work. Which I appreciated. I would highly recommend VW Van Centre Liverpool.

Absolutely amazing. I visited as the shower in my VW California had stopped working The fault was diagnosed and resolved quickly. However, stopping the feedback here, would not reflect the level of service provided by this dealership. I can honestly say that having owned many cars over 40 years of driving, no dealership has come anywhere near their standard of excellence! My main member of staff whom looked after me was Ann. She must be second to none with customer care, professionalism, integrity and friendliness. Ann was just so helpful. It is a struggle to find all the appropriate adjectives to describe to reflect her service provision. Billy was equally as professional and friendly too. Finally, was the unknown member of the team who valeted my vehicle. He could be the unthanked person, easily. But, he nearly completed the whole magnificent experience , BUT for the complimentary bottle of champagne given to me by Ann. So, thank you to all, for going that extra mile. This a brilliant Van Centre. Fixed 2 fault codes initially on my new Campervan. Unfortunately they came back up again. The Centre immediately booked me back in and spent 2 days fixing them. All under warranty whilst lending me a van. If you want top service with a smile go to Liverpool - they don’t give up and get the job done.

Fantastic service and very helpful from beginning to end with the purchase of our California Grand 680! We had some very specific requirements which Adam Eburn helped us with along with the fitting of some additional items (tow bar, rear camera, tracker). We had seen other vehicles local to us but the specification and price made buying remote/online during a difficult time from Liverpool simple. Adam provided us with several walk around videos and pictures. The other very helpful service was that of 'California Chris' who's videos on YouTube helped us in our decision and setting things up post delivery. Really helpful staff, Josh Lord dealt with us initially and helped to sort the finance - he had a lot of time for us and explained everything really clearly. Andrew did the handover of the vehicle the following week and once again he was super helpful, gave us lots of time and went through all the features clearly. It's the first time we have bought a new vehicle and we have been really pleased with the friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful approach of the team. Many thanks to the team at vw van centre liverpool for fixing my van, I purchased it there in 2016 and always return for mot and services. Its had quite a few warning light issues over the past year and intermittent problems, but everything now seems to be ok and my van is running really well. I use my vehicle for work and and its essential that i dont have any problems, I'm now confident that the issues are resolved. The staff are always courteous and listen to what the problem is and try and fit me in as soon as they can, this time round they also provided me with a courtesy vehicle allowing me a lot less disruption to my work. all in all great service. Sent my van in for ECU flash and software update after having a poor remap which caused issues. Dealt with Billy in the service department, really easy to speak with, down to earth and sorted my van out for me. I originally spoke with the bookings team and they don’t really have a clue about anything more than booking a service, better speaking with people on site. My advise is phone through to parts department and ask to speak to someone on a service desk, as I say Billy was good to deal with.

Massive choice of vans, obviously a little dearer than an independent garage although they are mostly 1 year old with the remainder of VW warranty and breakdown cover remaining. Sales guy Carl was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Very nice new sales area with free hot and cold drinks and a nice clean toilet. Al in all well worth a visit as you may be surprised at the price (no scene tax added)

They are competent. Qualified and experienced. However limited and rigid in following VW providers and in bookings. Ok if your van is newish/under warranty and just need standard van maintenance to keep it as new. If it's a bit older and things go wrong, that are a bit more rare, they are not much help and expensive. I had a welded nut that holds up my spare wheel shear off. They made me book a standard appointment, with an advance fee, that would be deducted from the work they did. Then they took the wheel off, left it inside the van, told me they couldn't fix it, washed it( it has just been washed anyway) and gave me a list of faults with it that they could fix together with some high prices. Then they charged me £50!!! Unbelievable. So that is £50 to take a wheel.off that I wanted on, and give me a quote which I hadn't asked them for, and which should be free. Needless to say it is highly unlikely I will ever go back.
