Just bought my second ever Audi, this time pre-used and I can’t rate this team enough. Peace of mind through the roof. Huge thanks to Gary who looked after us. Thorough, patient, and professional. Might have a second hand car, but felt like I was buying one right off the factory floor. Very impressive.

5 stars for Alex, who spent a lot of time with myself and family to explore what kind of car would best suit my needs. Although Alex is new to the job, his service was impeccable, and although I ended up not purchasing a vehicle due to personal reasons, Alex would have definitely got my sale. He was friendly, personable, enthusiastic and overall an asset to the team at Wimbledon. I saw him do far more for clients than his colleagues who were too busy flirting with the receptionist to notice anyone needing help.

Popped in to see if an Audi was affordable for me and in my price range. Sat down with the manager Yasin and he was very helpful. Really tried his best for me. His customer service was amazing and everyone in Audi South Wimbledon was very polite. Even though they were setting up for an event they still had time for all their customers. If I had a higher budget I would definitely go back to purchase an Audi from them.

I initially test drove my first Audi at this centre and haven't looked back since. I went on to purchase that same model, with the help of the excellent staff at this particular centre. I have been to another Audi dealership and was highly disappointed with they're customer service, so I will be taking all my future business to the Wimbledon branch.

We found sales manager Harrison Gaw very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He had encyclopaedic knowledge of cars, even non Audi. He even knew the operating mechanism for gears, clutch etc. It was delight and pleasure to deal with him, he never employed any pressure sales tactic. I would highly recommend the place.

Cramped for space, no parking unless you're lucky. Nice cars. Check out the A4!. Customer Consultant took me for a test drive gave me an attractive deal but never called back to follow up my interest and in the interim I chose a different car. Their loss my gain.

My wife and I purchased a brand new Audi A6. Yasin Mohammed (Business Manager) at Wimbledon Audi. I have had previous dealings with Yas but this was anew dealership. The experience from start to finish with Yas was perfect. Explained what was taking place, what the vehicle we would be getting, explained in detail the deal that he had arranged for my wife and I. He deserves "6 stars" if i could give it. Always the ultimate professional with the human touch. Really listens and understands the customers needs and any concerns. Had to go down there today to get a new MMI cable as mine was not working with my audio set up. George in the parts departments sorted me right out, he had to try a few different types of leads to find the right one. He got it all working and did not even charge me for the cable or time he spent sorting it out. top guys down there, would recommend to anyone
