Visited this Jaguar dealership today just to look around and the experience far exceeded my expectations.
Was shown around 3 spacious floors of elegantly displayed, sophisticated cars until I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of a very charming and well informed sales representative Neel Pounj (whom I’m considering head hunting for my own company - watch out Jaguar!).
Also had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager Jeremy, who helped close a very amicable deal and was a complete gentleman.
Also worth mentioning the tea/chocolate/coffee machine was quality and so were the biscuits.
I think this may well be the best designed showroom I’ve ever visited in London and I’d highly recommend it!

I know that many organisations value and ask for Google reviews from their customers, and I'd genuinely recommend Beadles Jaguar North West London without any hesitation. My wife and I experienced friendly, professional, considerate service from Sales Executive Riaz Sham - you'll be in good hands if Riaz looks after you! The year-old F-Pace I bought was presented in immaculate condition and I drove it away from the dealership feeling entirely satisfied with the part-ex deal for my previous car. And with a new car you always have follow up questions, don't you? Riaz has been prompt (and patient!) in his replies, which to me is a very positive indicator of the Beadles culture when it comes to customer service.

After trying to deal with another dealer purely down to location, where even the simplest of requests to just get the car booked in was a chore. The service I received from Beadles Jaguar in particularly Yasmiin Hassan and Kevin Grimes was nothing less than outstanding. Yasmiin kept me up to date throughout the whole process which was effortless, nothing was too much to ask and my vehicle was even ready early having also been cleaned. The efficiency and professionalism shown by Yasmiin would definitely make me go back (Over an hour drive) and recommend friends and family. Amazing!

Firstly, the reception staff are friendly and professional. A credit to the business. Two visits here for an MOT and a service. Communication has not been great on either occasion. Despite somebody calling me twice to tell me they were open, they didn’t inform me that the ‘while you wait service’ was no longer available. Similarly with my MOT the comms on the car being ready were quite poor. They make it difficult to plan your life around a service. It’s not an easy place to get to by public transport and they don’t offer a pick up service. Then when I went to pick up my car there was a wait. No evidence they think about the experience from the customer perspective.

Fantastic Team at Beadles!
Dealt with Neel Pounj initially and had honest and professional advice without the usual pushy sales pitch. His customer service along with Salvatore and their attention to detail and knowledge was impressive enough to make me buy 2 new I Paces for my company.
Got the cars for a great price and the whole experience from the girls on the desk to the lovely cup of tea and refreshments on offer means I’ll definitely be back.
